This place serves amazing food with wonderful service.

I went for an Agra tour and I was staying in Radisson Blu hotel. I went for the dinner with my wife. She loved mughlai food with the drinks. She was so happy after the food that she thanked me and requested me to make her visit again.
Panner Dishes, desserts especially raj bhog were good.

The ambience is beautifully crafted and the day we went for our dinner was full of french peoples.
It looked like we were in france and having indian food. I can recall my paris visit.

Thanks Staff for cordial service and yummy food.

Amazing food and ambience! Infinity the sky lounge is a rooftop bar with swimming pool on one side and awesome and mouth watering food was served leaving an impact that will last long. Open air dance floor. Dawat e nawab on the ground floor had an ambience of the Mughal era wich is beautifully designed. Cutlery were clean and nice & finger licking food.

First visited for my birthday celebration in 2017. Food is nice with a right balance of spices, a good mughal ambience to spend a quality time. The only downside is the service quality which needs to be improved for which I will deduct a star. Nonetheless a place to visit again for a quality Mughlai food.

Amazing food and ambience!
An experience of a lifetime!
It was great to have Diwali dinner here with my family.
The Mutton Seekh Kebabs, Chicken Tikka Kebabs, Galauti Kebabs & Fish Tikkas in the starters were so amazingly delicious!
Shorba was refreshing.
The main course having Mutton Nihari, Chicken Dish, Paneer Dish & Dal Makhani along with Gosht Biryani & Raita were really nice too.
The sweet dishes including Badam Halwa & Raj Bhog completed the amazing experience of the dinner.

During our recent stay at Radisson Blue Agra we had a chance to dine at this place. The experience and decor is truly luxurious. They have designed with expat tourists in mind and they are truly in awe. There is a live orchestra of local artists and is really enjoyable.

One must try their Thali for a true experience.

After going through various dining options, we decided to give this restaurant a try. A beautiful themed, vibrant and musical ambience thrilled us as soon as we entered.
A musical duo of santoor and tabla was a perfect evening we could possibly think of.
We ordered Dahi ke Kabab and Mutton Seekh in starters. Each bite of these starters will give you a royal taste and were very soft and succulent.

In main course we ordered Butter Chicken, Dal Makhni and Tadka Dahi and got no disappointment whatsoever.

We also got a starter and a gulab jamun as a complimentary dish. I would give a big thumbs up for the hospitality, food and ambiance. Specially, since I am from Delhi and had big expectations for a restaurant in a five star property, it fulfilled all.

Perfect restaurant for people who love North Indian/ mughlai cuisine.
To start with, the ambience is just perfect. The staff is always smiling, charming and receptive to what you say and want.
starters which included chicken malai Tikka, galauti kebab, fish Tikka, seek kebab were awesome. I personally liked galauti and chicken malai Tikka. They were cooked to perfection.
Then we had main course which was served in thali which was huge. It had mutton nahari ( by far the best dish) , butter chicken , dal makhani , veg curry along with lamb biryani, raita and different breads.
Mutton nahari was awesome since mutton pieces were tender. Lamb Biryani was good too. Dal makhani was superb. Food overall was beyond expectation. Definitely worth coming again

It was a quick dinner but thanks to the good service, calls for a review.

Decor is quite nice as one would come to expect though it's kept more contemporary than "nawaabi".

It was a very late minute order and the restaurant host was very kind to accommodate even though they were in the middle of serving a large group of people.

Paneer angare as starter and subz diwani handi, salad and dal tadka with crisp breads as our main course.
It was a vegetarian affair thanks to my company but was a decent fare.

Paneer angare was quite good. Marinated well and cheese was tender.
The mint chutney was the only downside to this entire meal. Too salty and strangely enough - a little tangy.

We went for dal tadka as we didn't want the run of the mill dal makhni's which every restaurant has come to serve as there speciality with their own tag name for some strange reason.
Dal was quite good. No oil/butter floating on top, spiced light and cooked well. I prefer dal where it's not become a mush or is too watery and this one was just right.
Subz diwani handi was the best of the evening thanks to its creamy gravy and spice blend.
Mix veggies all blended quite nicely except for baby corn which was too firm. Take that out and this one was a winner.

Nothing standout here but all in all a good meal.

We recently dined at Radisson during our visit to Agra. Though I generally avoid commenting on ambience, I have to mention I felt quite good entering this restaurant. The seating options are nice and the restaurant has a nice airy feel to it once you're inside. I would have liked to see a cleaner Sofa though! Coming to the food, we just ordered fixed portion Thalis for our selves and we were mighty pleased with the quality of food and efficiency of service. I liked their service concept for a thali where in they serve all three courses in a time separated manner, unlike most other restaurants where in they bring everything on the table together. Must I state, even this fixed portion thali was quite a handful for us. There are more than adequate options in the Thali to satiate yourself. Taste and quality of food was also very nice. Adding to the experience was heavy brass utensils they used. We enjoyed having food in brass utensils for a change. The service is swift yet the servers had a sense of calmness about them and they serve you very nicely. The prices are also very decent for the amount of food and experience they serve per unit of money. Overall, it's a very decent premium dining restaurant in Agra with more to enjoy and less to complain about!

Chef Sanju of the dawat-e-nawab is a true master of mughlai cuisine. By far the most favourite meal in Agra. For starters melt in your mouth seekh kebab, Nalli nihari and naan for mains. The vegetarians had a mix veg in palak based gravy that they enjoyed too.
We ended the meal with creamy paan icecream.
Highly recommend dinner here.
The ambience with live indian classical music played gives you to a surreal experience.

Had a terrific time here. Tried couple of kebabs and it was awesome. Ordered a lamb gravy and we just had the gravy alone as our bunch don't like the lamb flesh. Couple of staffs Just hurried to us seeing this and enquired abt the gravy and we Informed that the gravy is fine and it's just that we dont like lamb.Just for that they complimented a dessert and didn't charge for the gravy. The staffs were that courteous and I would say that its one of the sweetest gestures ever from a restaurant ! Thumbs up!

A place with some of the most awesome Kebabs & Biryani !

Dawat e Nawab is an Awadhi and Mughlai speciality restaurant located in Radisson Blu Agra. I have tried food at some of The Great Kebab Factory outlets of Radisson chain but I found the stuff served here to be of top notch.

I tasted some of the best kebabs that a premium place ever offered as mostly upscale places charge you like crazy but the end product served is not quite at the desired level but not here.

However not everything is honey and roses here as they fail quite miserably in some of the main course dishes but largely I found the overall experience to be pretty good.

Soup recommendation - Gosht Paaya soup was pretty good and had just the right flavors and small chunks of minced meat that accentuated the dish pretty well.

Starter recommendations - Murgh Malai Tikka & Gosht Galouti Kebab, both were melt in the mouth absolutely tender preparations with subtle use of spices and offered a typical awadhi flavor. A mushroom based tikka called Khumb aur Daliya ke kebab was pretty good as well however Paneer Angare only had one thing going for it - the raw taste of Laal mirch, it was indeed an Angaara sans any taste whatsoever.

Main Course Recommendations - Kadhai Gosht and Paneer Tikka Masaala - these dishes were the saving grace as otherwise in a dud of a main course where it's difficult to decide which one is the worse namely Dum Aloo Banarsi, Navratan Korma, Daal and Kacche Mirch ka Murgh.
However the real star of the Main Course was the Mughlai Biryani which is typically more spicy than your usual Awadhi variant but is less spicier than the Hyderabadi variant. This must have been easily the most repeated order at our table and we enjoyed ourselves to the fullest.

Desserts - The Desserts again were pretty basic - A Rajbhog flavored ice cream but a rather tasty and Khoa stuffed Gulab Jamun that lifted our spirit at the end of the meal.

Ambience - The Ambience was royal starting from the Marble like interiors with murals which try and emulate the ones on the Taj Mahal come out pretty good and even the dining utensils give guests a Royal feel with live Indian classical instruments playing in the dining area only adds to the ambience.

Areas of Improvement - When you're charging your customers a bomb for dinner i.e. close to 1300 per person AI and that too a set meal on the table it's imperative that most of your dishes hit the bull's eye however sadly this wasn't the case when we visited. However some of the Kebabs and Gosht Biryani were so good that I am still giving them 4/5 but even if some of the stuff would have been average they easily can be rated 4.5 everytime but I guess the aforementioned is where they have to improve and also think on enhancing the number of desserts in comparison to what they currently serve.

Despite some really disappointing dishes overall we had a  good meal :)

I had been to this restaurant a few months ago. The food is tasty and they have a lot of options to choose from. Although, the food is well above average and some items are good as well but it could be still better in taste. Their North Indian gravy items are well cooked.
The ambience is the best! I absolutely love their décor and interiors. The staff behavior is superb! Service is also very good. Overall, a nice restaurant to be in Agra. Divya Devanshu

Daawat -e Nawab- I have been to The Great Kabab Factory - Initiated bY Radisson Hotels
But on My Previous Trip of Agra, I got a chance to explore the beauty of Royals Nawabi Era though this Restaurant.

Daawat E Nawab: Ambience is classic and Royal Look. It was stunning and Perfectly done. to give A Royal Nawabi Pattern they have used bright light. Wooden classic Furniture, Placed heavy chandeliers on the roofs. antique wall lamps were placed on Every corner,

Crockery : This need to mention special - it is made of brass - Hand crafted crockeries

Menu: it is not fixed- Liked The Great Kabab Factory it is rational-  Unique System:  This  restaurant features separate vegetarian and non-vegetarian kitchens for preparing and serving food, a first for Agra.
We have tried thier Royal Menu and every dishes have great taste and flavours.

Pricing: This would surely hole in your pocket.

When in the town of the Mughals, one has to feast like the Mughals, it was certainly time for Daawat-e-Nawaab. As the name literally means feast of the royals, we knew we are in for a royal treat. The restaurant, keeping true to its name was designed to showcase grandeur. The large dome in the middle with hanging chandeliers, exquisite antique wall lamps, mughal style jaali work, engraved marble on the walls along with brass cutlery and uniquely designed table mats made you feel, you are the kings and queens of ‘”Agra”. Like every royal court, even we had live music playing to further enhance our Nawabi experience

ABOUT THE FOOD

One can order ‘Choti Daawat’, which is a three course meal with limited servings. The other is ‘Badi Daawat’, which is a four course meal with unlimited servings. We were offered the latter. The menu is reasonably priced and a la carte is not entertained.

The service was prompt and the staff was very friendly. They described the menu to us and explained us the different courses. They also told us that their daawat is best enjoyed without the use of fork and spoon. I am a big fan of eating food with hands, somehow it always tastes better!

Fun Fact- How did the practice of eating by hands start? The practice of eating with one's hands started from the Vedic times when people used to believe and respect food. They believed that our bodies are in sync with the elements of nature. Ayurvedic texts teach that each finger is an extension of one of the five elements. Through the thumb comes space; through the forefinger, air; through the mid-finger, fire; through the ring finger, water and through the little finger it is earth. The joining of all fingers while eating was believed to improve our consciousness of the taste of the food we eat.

The daawat began and the food was flowing on my table. From Seekh kebab to bedami tikki to paneer tikka, there was on overflow of food on table. For non-vegetarians, the daawat is quiet more extensive, as they get servings of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Dishes started rolling one after the other- Chicken tikka, Mutton Seekh followed by Galouti Kebab. We were informed by the server, that he had saved the best for the last and sticking to his words Galouti kebab ruled our palette, it was super delicious.

We then had our share of soups, Tomato soup and Mutton shorba. It was served in tea cups with two handles to grab and sip it, without the need for a spoon. Interesting concept, I feel this concept should be adopted by all restaurants. It’s so convenient and makes the soup a wee bit more flavorful. I quiet enjoyed the Shorba, the flavors were quiet complex and on a monsoon night, it is definitely my type of comfort food.

The non-vegetarian daawat comprised of kalmi hara masala, gosht ki nihari, aloo anardana and dal makhani/lehsuni with gosht biryani. Assorted rotis, burrani raita, vinegar onions were served on the side. For the vegetarians, there was Methi Chaman, tamatar ka bharta, aloo anardana and dal makhani/lehsuni. The food was well cooked and my friend just kept on raving how extremely tender mutton was. “The meat was just falling off the bone and it was quiet succulent!” his exact words on the description of the dish.

Biryani was quiet flavorful, definitely not Hyderabadi but being a biryani person, I quiet enjoyed it. The daawat was actually a feast for royalty. A plate full of so many flavors would definitely cater to different palates.

No daawat is complete without the desserts and we were served gulab jamun and rabri. Classic Indian desserts and one can never ever go wrong with it. Overall a fabulous experience, quiet enjoyed my feast like a royalty!

We were at Radisson for our first wedding Anniversary. Being in the city of Taj, wanted to have authentic Mughlai food. This place did live up to its expectations, rather, above the expectations. I rated this 4.5, but revised it to 5. The mutton seekh kabab's taste is still lingering in my mouth. Will visit again whenever in Agra.

I don't usually rate restaurants 5/5 but this place forced me to. Believe me, if you haven't been here, you haven't had Mughlai food.

They have these fixed orders of two types each in veg and non veg. I had the veg (smaller one for I wasn't very hungry). They served 3 mind blowing starters of paneer achari, dahi kebab and veg seekh kebabs.

Next up in the main course were 3 gravy dishes and one dal makhani with tandoori rotis and biryani. These were literally the best mughlai dishes I ever had.

The desert was a special double ka meetha that was smooth and just optimum sweetened.
I would love to visit again.

Had their dawat at the Indian restaurant. Tasty food although the amount they charged us was a little too much and the food wasn't as great as the price. The servers were quite friendly though. The galawati and the seekh kebab were nothing great although the fish was nice and tender. Even the chicken tikka was well prepared . rest the entire food was nominal.

Headed here for a sit down buffet dinner. Non veg is Rs. 1099 and veg Rs. 999. The restaurant has a beautiful Indian ambience and you are welcomed by a maharaj at the entry. The service is very good, quick and friendly. You are served papads and chutneys when seated followed by starters- mutton seekh (super soft), fish tikka (super yum), galawati (can give this a miss), chicken tikka, planner tikka (not prepared with any spices) followed by soup (thought I would taste a sip or two, wasn't worth it, it's a bit oily and not flavoursome), followed by the thali with dal makhani (having eaten these in delhi this was a complete miss here), mutton Nihari (prepared beautifully with melt in your mouth mutton pieces), chicken curry (which was quite tasty), aloo gravy (frankly I was so full with all the starters that I just ignored this and went straight for the non veg preparations), selection of assorted breads (we had lachha parantha, ulta tawa ka parantha and naan, followed by gulab jamun (wanted only a bite and ended up finishing the whole thing) and kheer (gave it a miss). Overall it was a good dining experience and as is with all buffets remember to starve yourself enough before heading there to justify all the food being served :-P

I have been here about twenty times. I have lost count and it would probably be more than that. We generally hit the bar which is the best in town and then for food we go to this restaurant which has excellent snacks. To be honest there is little room for the main course and I generally have a bit of the biryani which is standard. The food is a bit heavy and the diet conscious would probably faint. But the food Is good and very tasty. The snacks are brilliant tandoori snacks. The fish the mutton and galauti are excellent.

They also make a very good yellow Dal which can be customised to your palette and that is not to miss when here. This is apart from the mains you get. We always choose this over the standard Dal makhani.

The reason I have not given it a full five stars is that I don't like the deserts which are boring and very uninteresting. Although they are nice to replace it with an ice cream I would prefer someone reading this from management to better the desert options.

Overall highly recommended. They do remain very busy and waiting is standard as the In house hotel guests them selves fill this restaurant. We are locals so make prior bookings.

One of the best "Taj" experience ever.... Awesome food, delightful service (especially by server in blue blazer, hope he got share in tip taken by other server) Food: 5/5 Ambience: 4/5 Food Presentation: 4/5 Service: 5/5 Price: 4/5 Food was royal, out of the world tasty, extremely flavorful, aromatic. Food way better then other Taj restaurants. For appetizers we ordered Galouti Kebab 3 ways and dahi ke Kebab. Both were very nice, both melted in mouth like butter. Nadru and anjeer kofte was star of the evening. Texture, smell and ofcourse taste was beyond words. Kofte were fluffy too. Paneer Lababdar was nice too. Among bread must try missi roti and fennel naan. Malpua with Rabri dessert was tooo good. Malpua were so soft and rabri was extremely creamy. They offer 3 Malpuas. Kulfi was delicious too. Among drinks we tried mojito and Guava mary. Both were normal as expected. Coming to ambience, place has royal touch to it. So was their food presentation. Brass utensils, Mughal style paintings. They have live music too . Singer was melodious. Price was below other Taj restaurants and will be around 2200-2500 per person. Overall it was memorable experience with one of the best Indian food served.
