Its difficult to buy each type as these are mostly available in packed boxes with predefined quantity. But nothing to worry about , they provide a gift pack which contains all the popular ones. The usual petha
2. Rasbhari Petha
Unlike the sada dry petha this one is dipped in sugar syrup.
3. Gulab laddu Petha
Reddish laddu type peta with rose essence.
4. Sandwich Petha
This is similar to sandwich chene ki barfi. Mava barfi sandwiched between petha layer
5. Dry Fruit Petha
This is little unique in taste, resemble chikki. A must try.
6. Coconut Petha
Round petha garnish with coconut and softer than sada petha.
7. Pan petha
I would say this one the baap of all Petha I had, looks like pan. It's create with thin Petha layer and stuffed with mava.
8. Special Desi Ghee Gazak
Better than the usual one and contains dry fruits too. Smells amazing.
9. Sada Dalmout
Combination of masor daal and fine besan shev. In maharashtra's quantity of daal is more but this one is opposite and taste better.

As the name, its the expensive version and contains whole lot of dry fruits and better masala
Agra is always fun. We all visits two famous place of Agra - Taj Mahal (of course) and other Panchi petha. They have lots of branches now, so it is easily available.
First I will say that this is the best petha franchise in the country. I tried Chocolate petha, Dry angoori petha and Pan petha. All were awesome. I specially came to this place for petha from kanpur.
All the flavours of petha are good and gulaab ladoo petha is also a very good.

Panchi is a superior store specialising in deserts.I tried the Kesar Petha.It was amazing.As a tourist visiting Agra,this is the premium store in Agra.There packing quality is also very nice and very healthy.
In Agra, there are so many shops having names like udta panchi,khada panchi,baitha panchi etc However,this is the genuine panchi store which offers variety of pethas at affordable prices
Agra is famous for its Petha, there are many many stores who serve petha but the king is Panchi petha hands down. The flavours and the different varieties make one drool. In Agra genuinely panchi petha is the one that can be trusted blindfolded. The Angoori pethas are the all-time legends. Rest chocolate, sandwich, Kesar, orange are all masters. Never disappointed by the prices too .

Petha - One word I've heard through out my 2 days trip to Agra. Eventually when I decided to try Petha, people unanimously suggested one name. It was Panchi. Panchi Petha it is!
But wait, I found numerous Panchi's Petha store throughout Agra. Most of the stores seemed to be fake, not the traditional old one. That's when an auto-wala helped me and Zomato came to rescue. I zeroed in to this tiny place just to find it heavily crowded.
Google maps would help you in locating. It's accurate.
Since Petha was a whole new thing to me, I wanted to try and buy it! Unfortunately, they don't have such service and eventually I ended up buying half kg's of 6 flavours and thus paid ₹440.
Flavours of Petha grew as time progress, I believe so. What must have been the only original Dry Petha has evolved into so much of flavours.

My favourites were the traditional dry petha and the coconut petha. They have two big let downs though they are legendary in what they do:

We have bought Petha and Dal moth from this place whenever we visit Agra. Both, quality and pricing, are the best. For sweets and namkeen this is the best place and they have outlet just near Agra Cantt railway station.

Panchi petha is famous of all petha in market and is one of the most trusted brand of petha.There are various types of petha.Pan petha,strawberry petha,angoori petha(recommended),honey petha,chocolate petha etc.We tried all the flavours and at last bought the best one(Chocolate,angoori and simple).We also bought Dal mot which is tasty.
Though the shopkeeper didn't give any discount.
But pethas are not too expensive.

As we all know Agra is famous for mainly two things Taj mahal & the pethas.
Agar agra gaye aur petha nahi khaya ya pack karwaya toh kuch nhi kiya
This us one of the legendary shop since many many years which serves many varieties of pethas some of them are sada petha,angoori petha,choclate petha,kesar angoori,paan and many more.
But my personal favourites are the sookha sada petha & the paan petha totally dectable.

I haven't visited this place but asked someone to bring assorted pethas from this place. The pethas are simply amazing, succulent and sugary. The rose flavoured petha is my personal favourite but if you like paan then pan favoured petha is a must try too.
If you are visiting Agra and didn't have the world famous 'Petha' then you have certainly missed something. Panchi Petha on other hand is a perfect example of 'How to make lip smacking pethas'. One must try 'Paan Flavoured Petha' which will leave your taste buds asking for more. Must visit for sure.
Best brand to have a petha of agra..... I went there on my trip to agra ..... They got a lot of variety of flavour in petha's...... neat and clean place for petha.
This is the best petha store in Agra they have lots of different pethas. Kesar petha is my fav. Unique petha is chocolate and pann petha all other are also worth trying. They make the best petha of agra. And their dal moth nankeen is also good. U can try them.

Panchi Petha is famous, but I was very much confused as 90% of the sweet shops in Agra use the brand name. Zomato helped me up to locate the nearby store while we are going back from Agra. Chocolate Petha is the showstopper, this is a must try item. Other items are okay.

This can be called as king of petha. Their petha is just one in a million thing. They have huge variety of petha. My favorite is their coconut petha, in which wet petha is coated by dessicated coconut. Their dry fruit petha..paan petha..chocolate petha..everything is just lovely. So it's a must must try if you are in Agra.
If you have a sweet tooth you have to visit this shop. I have tried so many sweet shops in Agra during my stay but nothing beats the taste of Panchhi Petha. Its sweets have the perfect blend of sugar and the flavor. If you visit this place, do not leave without trying their famous Angoori Petha. The price chart is also very decent. the customer service is commendable. Thus this sweet shop ends up being my favorite. And they also provide their products online on Fomokart.
After Tajmahal, Petha is Agra's second best & popular thing to offer. For petha go straight to panchi Petha! Blend od Variety, taste and uniqueness!

The Original Petha Store. Don't go to any other store as there are so many Petha shops in agra in the name of Pathi/Pankhi/Panxi etc. Panchi Petha has so many varieties of Petha but Angoori Petha,Pan Petha are the best one and worth trying.
Old and traditional store of panchi petha. Its adjacent to antique showroom. Don't go to other petha stores in sadar bazaar opposite ice cream parlour. Tried following flavours
1) coconut petha
2) Paan Petha
3) Sandwich Petha

Taste: Every petha has its distinguished taste. I liked paan petha.
Value for money: 7/10

Best things: Paan petha, angoori petha (kesar), flavoured petha (strawberry).
So so: Chocolate petha (just petha topped by a layer of chocolate), coconut petha
Pricey, which they defend by claiming high quality. Having tried numerous imitations(panshi, paanchi, punchy, panschi,...), I can vouch for a noticeably better taste of the genuine panchi petha, but not good enough to justify the high prices.
Also, dislike the fixed size packing, leaving the consumers with very little choice in the amount they wish to buy. I had to buy 7 boxes just to try 7 different pethas, totalling to 1900 bucks!
Agra has the distinction of having maximum number of shops under single name- Panchhi Petha Store- famous of its awesome pethas and dal moth

Located at the heart of famous sadar bazaar, this place is an eye catcher for all petha-lovers...personally visited this place countless times for buying their petha from the large variants they have to offer....Though my favorite is a doda petha, but I have tried almost every type they make...sandwich petha, chocolate petha, pan petha, kesar petha, angoori petha and the list goes on....

This store is an integral part of Agra. They have loads of variety on terms of flavors of petha. Love their coconut petha. Didn't like the chocolate one though.
Recently a family friend gifted us a packet of Pethas from Panchi, Agra. He described the sweet not as pethas, but laddu petha. To be very honest, I'm not fond of pethas. They're too sugary and sweet.
But this set of pethas was something different. He got us Gulab laddu petha, which was a fusion of ladoo and with Gulqand* stuffing. It was so yummy!!! The laddu pethas were totally melting in our mouth. Not very sweet, perfect amount of sweetness, perfect amount of stuffing and the aroma was simply amazing.

Though I am not an ardent admirer of petha...but on my short trip to Agra I just happened to visit this place in Sadar while Saddaring with my friend. As they say a trip to Agra is incomplete without its famous petha. I really liked the Paan petha here. I even took more as souvenirs. One must try the paan petha from this place. It's definitely recommended!
Agra is famous for few things. Out of which petha is the one for which one will come on zomato. Panchi Petha Store is a trusted and famous brand for buying petha but due to lack of policy, one can see every petha store claiming to be panchi petha store. So let me tell you that the original panchi petha has several branch situated all over Agra. The outlet at Sadar Bazar is also one of them.
Now coming on the quality, one can buy any petha from this store. Every petha has unique taste especially the pan petha. One can also try sandwich, chocolate or the simple kesar petha. So when going back from Agra make sure that you have one of these in your bag.
Panchi Pethe wale I think is the only good petha makers in India. Agra is famous for petha and panchi is the obvious choice. Many new flavors have been added over the time and my personal fav is 'paan petha' with gulkand inside. They also sell Daal Moth which is a must try.
The moment you enter Agra every where there is one or the other Panchi Petha. It becomes hard to know which one is original as every where there is same name. Hahah in fact Agra petha seems to have become Panchi petha all over. Anyhow someone told us that this one in Sadar Bazar is original. Now I donot know weather it is or not but the product of the place was good. Angori petha is the specially and it is good to have. It is juicy , sweet (not over the head sweet) and can be stored for sometime. Tried some of their namkeens also like dal moth another specialty of Agra and it was also good. Also the alo lacchas were also good and flavour some. Over all if you are in Agra a good place to bring some stuff for your friends and family.
Trip to Agra is always incomplete without Panchi's Petha !! Huge list of different types of Pethas to choose from, and my Top Favourite "Pan Petha". Stweetest of sweets. This store has truly maintained the tradition. It is the real taste of Agra.
Agra is famous for The Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and from time immemorial for its unique Dalmoth and Petha. Panchi Petha outlets are just about everywhere you go,and its a rare tourist,business man or visitor who doesn't take back boxes full of of both items..The outlet on Sadar Bazaar although appears tiny by standards is amongst the most popular and has high turnover.
The traditional dry variety or angoori or flavoured variety are all avail able .So don't just stand there ,go indulge.The stuff is Good.
