While on a short trip to Agra, earlier this year, a major part of my itinerary was relishing the local delicacies in addition to the sightseeing. And top of the list was Agra ka Chaat. Off we went to Sadar Bazar to enjoy the same. The Bazaar actually has a gali called Chaat Gali, which has quite a few little shops offering a variety of chaats.
We decided to try Agra Chaat House, and were we glad we did!!
The Tikki Chaat, they call it bhalla in Agra was amazing. So much so that we ordered 2 portions of it to our hotel the next evening. One of the best chaats I've had. The dahi filled golgappas were okay, and were completely overshadowed by how great the tikki chaat was. Agra Chaat house is definitely in my to visit list whenever in Agra.
Their pav bhaji is mine Favourite and gol gappe give a memory 😂 sadars best place for chaat ek dum desi swad if you r going sadar or order online chaat this is the perfect place

I came to know about this place on Zomato and visited this chat corner in Chat Gali at Sadar Bazaar Agra. I had tried food items on many shops but the best street chat in chat gali is of Agra Chat House. I had tried all their items and really loved them.
I like most is their tikki and the best tikki ever in my life which they call as bhalla tikki and it is really amazing which they served with green chutney, immli ki chutney and some mint sprinkled over it. IT was so mouthwatering that I had 2 instead I was already full as I was trying lots of food over there. Below are the ratings to their Food Items.

What makes their food more yummy is their chutneys, they are really awesome.
We just had to go here after hearing all about it from our friends. This place serves some lip smacking alloo tikki (called bhalla here) and some very, very good dahi papdi. Worth the visit!

A must visit place to this chat shop if you are in town! Lovely chats are offered at this place! Unique place with a lot of variety. Must try: Gol gappa, aloo tikki and pav bhaji! Just lovely, will definitely visit again and recommend to all the people to go here at least once . It’s located near the market and would definitely be easy to visit this place for some awesome snacks.

In Agra Sadar Bazaar should be visited to taste some local food and Chaat gali is the one street where you get almost all, should be visited in evening.
I had visited around 3 when most of the shop were just started to open.
I ordered Dahi bhale and aloo tikki,both were excellent,aloo tikki was crispy,tangy mixed with perfect chutney.Dahi bhala was also good, sprinkled with spices and sev.
If you are in Agra then do visit this place in Chaat Gali for chaats.
This place aloo chat and pav bhaji is delicious so guyes test aaloo chat my favourite dise. Order on Zomato and enjoy party to friends and family.
I am not a huge fan of chaats. But I heard so much about this place that I had to go there and it was absolutely worth it. The food their is pure orgasm!
This place is where you get to know that the Chat gali starts, been visiting it almost every time I am in town and seen the prices go up in the last few years, but that is justified, probably the most famous chat in Agra Cantt atleast, don't miss if you are going to agra for the first time, or maybe not a frequent traveler to the place, you won't be disappointed!
If you are a street food lover and love golgappe then Agra chat house is love ❤️ we went for food trial at Agra chat house and it was damn good experience where they serve us golgappe which was best and with that they serve dahi papdi which extremely awesome 🌸 at last they serve us their famous bhalla to all foodsters .

Located in Chaat gali at Sadar bazaar, Agra, feels like whole Agra arrived there. It's very old chat shop of Agra, visited tonight along with my friends. Have Alu tikki, Alu Chat , Dahi Gujhiya and golgappe, very delicious taste. Mouth watering taste of all preparations. Chaat available at very reasonable rates . Must visit this place
The delivery of the food was very fast ...and the food was delicious ..order was taken very quickly ..and also the delivery boy was very polite...it was a nice process ..I will use it again and again
Truth being told , I have had better chat at loads of other places and the stuff served here is good overall but not expectional . An interesting thing here is they call Aloo tikki's , Bhalla , the local name I guess.
That said , this roadside stall certainly is a nice place to roam around in the evening , snacking a bit and taking in the culture and flavours of the city of Taj .
At least recommended for the visitors to the city , locals am sure will have there preferences 😎

One of the best street food area you will see in India. Varieties of north Indian street food. Each of the items is just finger licking. You have to get into Que as it is one of the crowded place in the whole city.If you are coming to agra must visit this place.

It was every bit as tasty as I thought it would be. The aloo tikki was to die for- crunchy, tasty, tangy, spicy - full of flavors. Am not even a tikki person, yet I loved it.
The dahi badha, that's not what is called here, was good as well as the gol gappe which have these peculiar oval shape. My daughter calls them boat wale gol gappe.
If you're from Delhi, as we are, it only gets better when you realize how expensive Delhi Chaat is in comparison.

Chaat making is an art and I definitely think that agra chaat house has mastered it.
I tried their aloo tikki, aloo chaat and gol gappe. The aloo tikki was awesome, Highly highly recommended. Crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The chutnies complemented it really well and the whole combination tasted delicious. Gol gappas were also good. As of the aloo chaat, it wasn't that good and I found it a bit weird as well as ordinary at the same time.
The environment here though is very crowded at night but still everyone enjoys the chaat. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
Nothing beats the amazing combination of hot and spicy chaat on a cold winter evening. Agra is famous for chaats and this place is a perfect reason why.
Ambience: in middle of bustling market of Agra cantt, this is hard to miss. No place to sit, just stand and eat. Clean.
Food: we had aloo chaat and tikki. Tikki was deep fried in butter and was superbly crisp. Perfectly spiced and full of delicious goodness.
Value for money: it's cheap and good food.

This place needs no introduction in Agra. Sadar is actually famous for this chaat lane. This is the oldest shop there and I have been going there for years now.
The place does not have any sitting area and is just plain serving the dishes which people can enjoy standing on the lane.
It's all worth it at the end. You would love whatever you order. We ordered a pav bhaji, besan chilla, golgappe, dahi papdi, aloo chat and Bhalla.

A must visit place in Agra ,especially if you're a big foodie with a penchant for Street food. Paradise for people like me who love spicy food. Had gol gappe which you will not find anywhere else on this Earth. That's not an exaggeration but a personal experience. Been to Delhi Mumbai Bengaluru but I always crave for such kind of delicacy. Then we had BHALLA chat & ALOO chat ,which is made mind-bogglingly-yummy courtesy the famous GREEN CHUTNEY ,which you just can't get enough. It's quite an old shop.. offers Common chaat like every other shop but the thing that makes it different is hygiene in and around the shop. Not a chart lover but gotta try once. Pav Bhaji and golgappe are yum!

Dahi bhalla had the perfect softness and fresh dahi/curd with great seasoning of resins, cashews, pomegranate seeds, bhujia etc. Low on spices and high on chutneys...
Aalo tikki,or bhalla as we say in Agra, was crispy and spicy as it should be...
Service is bit on the slower side, and the quality degrades at peak hours.... Hygiene here is better than what we usually find on conventional street food vendors and stalls!!
This place is famous for its chats nation wide . If you're in Agra, you have to try this place. The bhallas are exceptional. Nowhere have I had such yummy bhallas. The other chats too are yummy.
Situated at the famous "chaat wali gali" the place offers various Indian snacks such as aaloo chat, aaloo tikki, golgappe, chila etc. The aaloo tikki and chila is quite good in taste. One can also try other snacks.
5 out of 5 for the aloo chaat. The one where potatoes are fried and topped with some magical green chutney and other toppings.
10 out of 5 for the love with which it's served. Th dishes after being made by the staff are put on the cashier's table, Then the cashier (seemed to be the owner) puts the last bit of toppings like chaat masala etc., by himself, as if he wants to add his touch to the dishes.

The curse of fame is the high expectations it brings. Agra Chat House is just another chat place that somehow got carried on the winds of celebrity. The chila is worth having. The paani puri (gol gappa) is meh. Aloo tikki is like any other half decent one that you've ever tried, as is the dahi bhalla. Nothing to write home about. If you are in Sadar market craving chat, this is as good a place as any.
One of the more popular chaat outlets in Agra. Their speciality is the aloo tikki,golgappas,paneer chillas and papri chaat. All very tasty and filling and served in disposable plates. Make sure your aloo tikki is fresh and not refried which tend to be a bit dry in taste. The fresh ones have a nicely cisp outer layer with a soft tasty filling. The golgappas may be a bit too "hot" so you can always have a nice cold kesar kulfi from the stall next door.Always pretty crowded and appears a meeting spot for many Agrites !!
U can't get the best chat in the whole India lyk this as I visited almost whole India but I was not been able to find the chat like this anywhere... Specially their aalloo balla & aalloo chat is more famous...every1 who comes to Agra on a visit is compulsory for them to visit this place otherwise their journey will be incomplete without having here's chat..
It is a shop in the famous food Street of Agra in Sadar Bazaar. Providing lots of dishes from a small shop. No doubt, dishes or snacks are good but as there is no seating arrangement, you have to eat while standing in the street. Though it has its own joy.
Lovely place to have English breakfast. You would rarely have to wait. Loved the chicken sandwich. Do try their croissants and fruit tarts. These are my favourites. Pancakes are yummy. Ambience is beautiful. Totally worth it. Try and get a table outside to enjoy the ambience.

I tried the Dahi Papdi Chaat at Agra Chaat House, and while the flavors were decent, I found the overall experience to be average. The chaat lacked the exceptional taste that I expected, and the ambiance was quite basic. The service was acceptable but not particularly noteworthy. It's an okay place for a quick chaat, but there's room for improvement to make it stand out. Three stars for an average experience.
Amazing chaat, everything we tried was great. I'd highly recommend aloo tikki chaat, Cheela, dahi papdi pakori was a little bland but taste wise it was great. We visited twice in a row.
Moreover, no gastric discomfort after eating here (and that's for the stomach of a NRI / foreigner).

You don’t need to worry about the parking as you can park the car in the ‘Car parking nearby.
