Recently I had ordered food from Jassi De Parathe for a special occasion. I ordered Dum Biryani (🌟 5/5 but very spicy); All in one Kulcha (🌟 3/5 because it was very soggy and seemed half cooked); All in one Paratha (🌟 4.5/5 but the stuffing was same as all in one kulcha had); and Subjiwala Paratha (Swaminarayan, 🌟 4/5). The Kulcha was served in with Dal Makhani and Chhole, the biryani was served in an actual matka with boondi raita and pickle, and the paranthas were served with individual masti dahi packs, butter, onions, garlic chutney, and pickle.
Excellent Corona hygiene...food is good....like d yellow dimming light....and indian style seating...
For paratha’s Jassi de parathe is always the best choice
You will find all parathas with great taste.

I had ordered Aloo Pyaaz Paratha. Loved it. It was so good. And it was huge too. I went alone to eat, but the ambience was such that I felt at home while eating in peace. Staff was courteous too.
Rates are hight but food quality is good. 1 paratha Enough for 1 person 💯

After such a long time I visited but they are just good as usual.
Due to Covid-19 they all safety measures. You feel safe to eating here because of their hygiene. I uploaded pic of sample of there hygiene. I am not talking about food because they are already best in that. So I only want to thank them for their excellent service and safety measures. Keep it up.
A really good place with amazing food. The place as the name suggests is famous for Punjabi food but you can get quite a variety here. The ambience here is startling too with the siting area having something for all types of groups. The best part here is chef taking up request for any special type of dish especially if you go there on non-peak hours.
Perfect taste, authentic North Indian food. It wasn't too spicy nor too bland! Perfect balance of spices. It is normally very hectic during the weekends so I'd suggest you book the table beforehand. Price seemed just a little on the higher side but the quality of food is worth that.
I have tried their biryani. It got delivered in a nice way in matka and hot with a sufficient quatity ❤️
Paneer Patiyala sabji was the best. The best punjabi taste. Never had anything like this before. 5 🌟 for this dish 😍😍.
That’s a place where everyone will like the food and ambience. The food is really nice and their staff is also good. Helping people to choose the items in menu along with proper knowledge of every food is done by the staff. Hygiene is maintained and can be seen throughout your dining time. The food quantity is good. Their patiala lassi is the best part. If you had one full glass of patiala lassi then it will be hard for you to eat on e single paratha.

Online Ordered Stuffed Garlic Gobi Paratha Lunch Pack, Had an Mild Taste, had an awesome and great experience of Real Punjabi food. Will always choose Jassi de Parathe for Punjabi Dining.
I have visited Jassi de parathe earlier but this time the experience was very different. Last time the food was bit average and so do the service but this time it was completely opposite. The food was amazzzzzing. With every bite I felt that I am at a Dhaba in Punjab. The Cheese Butter masala, Amritsari Sabji, Cheese Garlic Mint Naan was perfect trio. I loved them. Cherry on the cake was patiyala lassi. One big glass full of lassi and dry fruits. Sweetness and thickness of lassi was bang on. Butter milk was bit over priced. The ambience was good but if they have more brightness then it will reflect their arts more openly and vividly. This time jassi de parathe surprised me with the flavourful food.

As well Ambiance is also something different than normal restaurants.
No, words to say about the service of this restaurant just because the restaurant is full then also Management servants are ready to server and without calling them we can get easily food, water, etc.
Jassi has various options for parathas. Each one is worth trying. My personal favourite is paneer lasan cheese da paratha. The size of the parathas is also quite big enough
Palak paneer Sabzi in executive lunch pack was good. Whereas , Taste of each and every dish - Chhole , Sabzi , Daal , Sarso da saag can be better.
Have had better Stuffed kulchas from same place before . So this order was a little less satisfactory.

Ordered lacchha paratha, tandoori roti, Paneer lasanwala, sabji pulav. All food is awesome at taste. Quantity of subji sufficient for 2. Sabji pulav is unusual at taste.
Visited the place it was nice ambience though quantity of serving sabzi was too less as compare to other restaurant who a charging same amount. Although taste was excellent. Authentic punjabi food served by Jassi de parathe and me and my family just loved it but quantity should be increased according to their price

Me and my co-workers visited JDP last Sat to celebrate a co-workers birthday. The ambience was nice and we got a table for 10 instantly. We order the combo meal and Lassi which was a stomach full.
They also played a Birthday song for our co-worker and gave gift of hand made chocolates which was nice.
The food was definitely tasty and the Patyala Lassi was tasty and I recommend you do 1/2 as it is filling . The dab of makhan and the paratha is a good combo as well as Lasun chutney.

My regular go to spot! Cost effective, wholesome meal! Lots of paratha options and very Jain friendly! Each paratha comes with makkhan, well set dahi and chutneys! Patiala lassi is a must have!

Just okay. I received hair in the food and that too twice. However, the staff is very courteous. Instantly, they changed order, gave us discounts and made us feel good. So, overall a good place. The taste of the food is definitely awesome. I would suggest one to go here and enjoy food and experience mouthwatering dishes.

I ordered Paneer Aalo Paratha - Taste was perfect, oil was minimal. It had perfect balance of paneer and Aalo. Stuffing was yummy. Packing was perfect and portion size of curd was very good. However price vs portion of partha offered could be improved.
Nice place for outing and good food. One should try Patiala lassi at least once at this place. Ambience is good for night outing. Service is fine.

Best in class. The food quality is awesome. Staff is also very good.i would suggest it for small families as it us very very expensive. There is a parking issue at this place. Better to visit by taxi.
All Parathas are delicious specially with the Kulad curd.
Traditional paratha with famous punjabi lassi is a great combination for North Indian guy. In their menu also has punjabi food. I am hear lots of good things about jassi de parathe. After I visited the place I'm not disappointed.
The food was really fantastic. I had palak chana for the first time and t was delicious, paneer sabji was really good, roti was also soft as i like, dal had amazing taste and the best was gulab jamun it was soo soo sooo tasty!Chaas was also good in taste.

I've visited this place so many times that I have tried most of the punjabi menu, as I haven't found a single subji that wasn't delicious. It's one of the oldest places in prahladnagar and I love thier dark interiors. Thier parathas are just absolutely yumm! I love thier aloo cheese, Gobi cheese, tamatar pudina and rajma da paratha the most. They have varied options in parathas so there are choices according to ones taste buds.
Nice place for authentic Indian food.! A good family restaurant. With good range of authentic Punjabi dishes. And must try thing is parathas.
Nothing new to write for this awesome place variety's of paratha's will blow away your mind.
Ambience is very cool .

FOOD at Jassi de parathe is for the Punjabi lovers. It offers variety of unthinkable stuffed parathas from Mutter to Lasan de Parathe. It's Chaat is quite flavourful and delicious. Serving size is great and very filling as the parathas are also accompanied with dahi and butter. One paratha is quite heavy and enough for a person. AMBIENCE at Jassi de Parathe is suitable for Family dinners and is lively. Also there is low lying seating too for eating in desi style. SERVICE is effective and courteous. It is economical and VALUE FOR MONEY! Their matka Dahi is so thick and creamy, one of the best dahi I have had so far. Patiala lassi and Aam ki kheer is worth a try:)

Aloo de parathe with different variants where in i tried aloo paratha,aloo lasan paratha and aloo paneer lasan paratha n yes ohh wow is the word for wot i tried.....missi rori and makai roti are also gud as for the taste and amritsari kofta thumps up. All is all a gud place for paratha lovers...

Jassi @Prahladnagr is all time favorite for delicious Parathas.. My special starter is Panner fry.. I went many times and one of the menu item is fixed. For Panjabi food lovers its authentic place. Ambience is like panjabi dhaba n well maintained. Soft panjabi music is like Sone pe suhaga.. Must visit place for Partha lovers...
Amazing food. But the lights are little dim. I am extremely fond of the Punjabi style pickle and paratha they serve. Try Gobi onion cheese paratha. It is amazinnngg!💕

Aaah! Punjabi food at its best.
This place would be fully packed even on a weekday. I was asked to wait on a Monday. Tells you a lot about how popular this place is.
And rightly so, the food here is mouth smacking!
What did I order?
1. Cheese makai di tikki - A perfect blend of corn and cheese served with green chatni. A single portion can easily suffice two people.
2. Tandoori Aaloo Masaaledaar - Baby potatoes with that smoky tandoori flavour, marinated in a mix of spices. Go for the cheese makai tikki instead, that tasted better.
3. Masala papad - Why cucumber on my papad? Onions and tomatoes do justice alone to the masala papad.
4. Paneer Amritsari with butter Naan - Paneer in yellow gravy and buttery naans coupled with huge sliced onions and pickle - Who wouldn't relish this? Try any of the main course paneer dishes, I doubt anything would disappoint you.
5. All in one cheese da paratha - So basically, coming to what this restaurant is famous for. Any good? Really very good! Now the paratha is served with some well set curd in a kulad. The paratha tasted so gooooooood, with the right amount of everything, you can say. This was one of the signature dishes here, and rightly so. They have a wide spread of parathas to try from - served with a dallop of desi makhhan.
6. Veg Dum Biryani - The only dish which made me rate this at 4 stars. There wasn't anything right about it.
7. Patiala Lassi - A huuuuugeeee glass of Lassi topped with some dry fruits - Dil khush kar ditaaa. Which punjabi meal is complete without a glass of lassi? Do order this, otherwise the North gods are going to be pretty upset with you!

Punjab di yaad hai jassi de parathe, their varieties of paratha with that perfect thal and kulhad dahi and so many chutneys and salad and the soothing glass of lassi nothing can be better then this to start your day off. If in ahmedabad this is a must to do visit list.

The atmosphere and the ambience was one of the best that I have seen in a restaurant like this. The parathas are awesome, I mean it's literally called Jassi de Parathe but the Punjabi food is equally good. Really good and fast prepared.

This outlest is better interms of interior in comparison to vastrapur one, aside from that the hospitality , fod quality is the same which is excellent. I had gotten a complementary paneer paratha cos i provide feedback from my visit to vastrapur one. I also ordered millet chaat - completely unfamiliar to me b4 , it did give the feeling of chaat and tasted better with some dahi, it looked and had crunch like bundi. Anyway i tried it cos it had bajaand jawaar in it(if i remember correctly) , no fried item or maida item so wanted to try this healthier chaat option and it was good enough. For an outlet this famous the prices r quite reasonable

You like punjabi & Amritsari taste..this is right place for tipical authentic punjabi food.. mostly famous for authentic punjabi paratha's and lassi..also recommend saag and combo meal or thali..plus it has a deem light with tipical punjabi dhaba theme. As the name suggests Jassi de 'Parathe', Parathas are superb, they have so many varieties of Parathas (Aloo, Paneer, Gobi, Muli, Pyaaz) with different variations (Aloo Lasan Paneer, Paneer Lasan Cheese, and so on) and Punjabi food is also amazing. The atmosphere and ambiance were next level, the rustic decor was top-notch. Had a great time. 😊

Hands down the best and the most authentic place for Punjabi Food. Their team is amazing. Professional and caring. You literally feel like their guests. You must try Pindi Chhole-Kulcha platter and Garlic Cheese Corn Paratha and Amritsari Paratha. DON'T MISS THE PATIALA LASSI 🤟
No issue with food quality n dine in experience. But we had issues with customer service twice. When we ordered swaminarayan food at home , once it was regular with onion and garlic. On another occasion, they delivered swaminarayan and regular paratha in single wrap so it was useless for guests who weren't eating onion n garlic. On both the occasion they gave credit note. But social functions were spoiled on both occasions.
On 28th July 23 we had dinner at this place after a long wait. We celebrate the birthday party with friendly staff, good service and delicious food. Please improve the table booking system.
