I absolutely love the existence of spontaneity that keeps the excitement alive..and for me spontaneity means walk-in to a nearby cafe/restaurant and explore food. And today my excitement came to life as whilst feeding my mind and soul by a marvelous book at crossword, I looked across and little Italy restorante came to my vision and my tummy managed to gain my undivided attention.
As soon as my sister got free I already knew my next stop was little Italy - we walked straight in

The place is decently interiored with subtle brown colored walls and pinch of Italy they've managed to bring in the arena with wall pictures hung in the hall.

Menu was given and thanks to the food description they decided to have in the menu for super authentic names of the dishes they kept 😄 (which I found very thoughtful)

We ordered
1) (starter) Patate Taormina :- potatoe slice tossed in cream cheese, spring onions and garlic, served with bread. Having no clue how this "should" taste; it didn't tickle my taste bud as much. It was blend and the bread would have tasted better if it was little warm (my opinion)
2)Alla Firritiana :- classic combination of spinach n cheese in spaghetti pasta .. WOW!! What a brilliant preparation it was..taste, consistency, quantity was up to the mark. I would recommend this dish to everyone who haven't yet tried

Over all it was a good lunch. With a good service.
Mr. Alok recommended us few of their dishes to try for which I'll have to go again.

Having been to Italy myself, my heart has a special corner for that country and the food they Have for this world to cherish...I am always on a hunt for authentic Italian cuisine and even closest touch of italian authenticity makes me happy. Little Italy is one such place.
Loved the food, ambience and service!! We ordered a risotto and lasagne and both were just superb!! Must visit for true Italian lovers!! Service standards were high with food coming one after other and staff being too courteous !! Thank you will visit soon!
Went to this place in search of authentic Risotto and I am glad to say my search for Risotto ended here. Order the Risotto recommended by the manager and it was too yum. Have to add the service was exquisite as well. Felt like eating in a fancy restaurant which you hardly find in Ahmedabad. After that I have already been there multiple times. Other dishes that we tried were quite good. They have many interesting Italian dishes in menu and looking forward to try them. Honestly, Little Italy is the hidden Gem of Ahmedabad.

Food was also very nice. I ordered Rissotto ai funghi, garlic bread, pizza and mocktails. Rissotto was awesome. Pizza was nice and i just loved mocktails.

Very warm and friendly ambience. Had pizza and arancini which were great. The caramel custard was even better.

Ambiance was nice. service was little slow. They have best pasta varieties in Ahmedabad according to my opinion. They also allow you to choose pasta type in your choice of the sauce. We didn't get to try dessert but the dessert menu was good also.
We visited this place last month and had a great experience. We had a flight to catch that evening, so we were in a hurry to reach the airport. The staff was courteous enough to serve us great food within minutes !The food was delicious and the ambience was great!
Authentic Italian fresh food...I had a party of 22 people and current manager Mr.Rakeshbhai helped me curate the fixed lunch menu to accommodate the needs..

I've been a regular here. One of my friends love this place and so it is a go to place when he has to decide the lunch/dinner place. I too was a full time fan of the restaurant until recently. I'm posting this review especially to highlight the inconsistency of the pizzas that they offer. The brushettas are nice, the pasta is better than before, but the pizzas are totally inconsistent. I think they are hasting it up now. Kinda chewy and not crispy in spite of clear instructions to have them so. They have a wide variety of options to choose from and you generally don't go wrong here, barring the pizzas recently.
Taste wise, this restaurant deserve 3.5 stars though it is getting some points higher just because the waiters treated my kid extra nice. We ordered pizza, mocktails, gnocco, chese fondue. Now food was ok but many small cafes have better pizza these days. Considering the price, they could present food in a better way or using better looking utensils.

Ordered home. Came fast. Looked good. Pricey though: had risotto ! Came fine. Driver issues not restaurants fault. Had lower expectations so pleased to say they did well!
It was a great experience the ambiance was great and the staff was very polite and sophisticated and the food was delicious. All in all had a very nice evening.

Good Place, nice calm ambient interiors. Although, today I was more interested in the sounds coming from Urban Chowk, since they were having a love Rock Music Jam.
Coming to the food, we specifically wanted to Have Fondue, so that was on the cards.
To be honest, I have had better Fondues. This was no way bad, I have just tasted better. Still 3.5/5 for the Cheese Fondue. I would've liked a fondue fork though, providing skewer sticks is just not fun.
We also had Rissoti ai Funghi, which was good. Tasted nice and balanced, had good mushrooms 😍 and the quantity was generous as well. (4/5)
In dessert, we tried Mango and Strawberry Gelato, which was... Not so great. But may be I should've stuck to some cheesecake instead of gelato. (2.5/5) for dessert.
However, the drinks won my heart. We had Green Island and dreams unlimited. These were just so refreshing. One was a mix of Kiwi, apple and khus. The other was Black grape and a bunch of other fruits that I can't recall. Eitherway, 5/5 for the drinks.
Always a fan of this place. Quiet ambiance where you can actually sit talk and have peaceful dinner. Staff is polite too. Love everything they serve.
The only place in #Ahmedabad where original authentic #italian taste is found. Bit on higher side, but paisa vasool. Not for one who dont understand taste.

Little Italy has been a long time favorite of mine. If you love Italian food and are ready for a wide range of options, this is the right place for you. You don't have to end up eating an arrabiata or a classic margherita to savour good Italian food always! This place offers some of the best thin crusts in town.

My friend and I were desperate for eating good Italian food after many failed attempts. I came across Little Italy on Zomato and that was the best decision ever!!
The food was amazing!! We ordered Pizza Mellino, Pasta Barbarsca and Tiramisu. The pizza was one of the best thin crust pizza I've ever had. The Tiramisu is highly recommended, it just melted in my mouth and had a very different kind of flavor. The pasta that we ordered was in mixed sauce and spaghetti base and had an authentic Italian flavor.
The ambience is quite soothing and the waiters were very politely explaining the pronunciations of different dishes. :P
The only negative thing is the waiting time. We had to wait more than 30 minutes for food to arrive. But it was worth it!!

The ambience is good. The food is really good. It just tastes amazing and fresh. It's hard to remember the names of the things I had. However, sauted mushrooms with garlic bread was absolutely amazing. The lasagna was different in a good way and tasted well. It was just a bit too soft as in it didn't hold up and very close to halwa. (but tasty) The Pizza was amazing! It tasted very fresh.
I also had a drink with watermelon, grapes and orange (named Red something) which was amazing. Something I would like to drink every now and then. We ordered some extra gralic bread which was good.
The dessert for the day was lemon cheesecake which was just great. Overall a great experience. The service is good.
I would rate it 4.5 actually and not 5. I didn't feel like giving a 4 star rating after eating so much.

First of all - The menu is huge! It takes a while to figure out that its best to ask the servers for help.
We went ahead with aglio olio, a cannelloni and the rustic pizza. We had a couple of beverages on the side. The quantity is great - We definitely over-ordered. The aglio olio was a bit spicy for me, but quite flavourful and light - You can taste the olive and garlic with every bite. The pizza was great - The thin crust is crispy, and it doesn't feel over-loaded. Unfortunately, I didn't taste the cannelloni.
Service is polite, and offered to switch off the air conditioning (a couple of us were feeling cold).
Great place for a lazy lunch.
PS: I've heard their brunches are great, but haven't been.
Delicious pizzas with exotic toppings. The place might be expensive but it's totally worth the price. I would recommend it to all those people who love pizzas.

The legacy of this place stays the same even if the city changes. Have been to there Pune outlets many times and I have had delightful dining experience. This particular outlet is no different. We have taken aglio olio spaghetti and classic Margaretta pizza. The food is delicious and desserts- Tiramisu and caramel pudding were heavenly. As always this place compels you to visit again..

The Barbaresca Pasta (pinkish) on Little Italy's menu is just the right blend of sauce concocted out of ingredients including fresh broccoli, tomatoes, garlic , parsley, sun-dried tomatoes, tempeh, parmesan cheese and chilli pepper. A delight for all those caught between the Arrabbiata-White Sauce dilemma.
The Al Pesto Genovese on the left includes fresh basil crushed with garlic, pine-nuts, olive oil and cheese. Don't miss this if you love a well-blended pesto sauce.
A lovely lunch with mum at such a fine place is always a good feeling.

An excellent place authentic Italian pure vegetarian restaurant but Pricing wise they are too expensive for the quantity served here the management should really work on the pricing but when it comes to taste of the food it’s excellent will be happy to visit again provided they work on the pricing

Was here for dinner. I must say, this is one of the best Italian treats I have given to my taste buds. Great ambiance, best Italian food is what I would say to sum it up. On top of this sexy food, I had an excellent service by Swadhin. Great guy, seems he loves what he is doing.
