Cafe Soul Square - a breakfast place which we would never plan after a guys road trip on a Sunday morning.. it was just by hindsight that we entered this cafe and to our surprise, thoroughly enjoyed the food and ambiance overall.. Superb place to spend your time if you do not want to be in the hustling traffic of the city on a Sunday...

Nice food and rate has been enhanced as the same was delivered with smile and warmth. Idelivery person was very curteous ordered paneer bhurji bun...taste was really good.

The place is super cozy and beautiful, and though the cafe is restricted to a small area, the tables are at a safe distance from each other. You could be sitting full house in the cafe, and still enjoy a good time with you partner/friends.
I tried the Vegetarian Cowboy Burger, and it was served with fries basket. The overall taste and presentation would be 5/5 but I'd suggest that they use a bigger bun for larger patties.
If you want to spend a fun yet peaceful evening, Cafe Soul Square is good to go!
This place was great! Went there for brunch with friends. Such homey feeling. Comfortable seating. Great waffles and lasagna. Didn't like the beverages too much. But the place makes you sit there for hours. Little pricey spent over 2000 for 4 people. But worth it if you're looking for a place to sit and talk for a while.

This is a cute little cafe with a cozy sitting place and appropriate for a couple or 2-3 friends to hang out with. It’s not the most happening place but it has its own set of charm. The interiors will make you feel as if you have entered a Parisian cafe. They have this huge book stack, you can pick one, enjoy your book with the coffee. This place is usually filled with such people who either come there to read or do their work.
Coming to food, they have a limited yet a varied menu that has both veg and non veg. The menu is simple, not tried to play much fancy with it which is again good. The food taste is decent enough for your taste buds to adapt. The price is at par with all the other cafes in Ahmedabad.

Best food I've had in Abad so far. Everything was fresh and tasty. The soups were flavourful and serves piping hot with some nice grilled brown bread. The turkish pizza, paneer bhurji, Mexican platter, potato pockets, chicken gyros rolls and the lemon cheesecake were all great. Will visit again on a future trip to Ahmedabad.
Very few places live upto their reputation of serving amazing food. But for me... CSS surpassed the expectations I had from all the positive reviews that I jad read.

***** 5 Stars to what we had yesterday. I had gone there first time on somebody's recommendation. Everything that was served had a perfect taste, not less not more. Just where it should be!!! Right from Tomato Basil soup to French Toast, Farmer's Pizza or Hazelnut Chocolate shake, or Peanut shake, or the Lasagne, it seemed tastier with every sip and bite. Very rare to find good food in the city.
Definitely a good place for food lovers. They have really amazing food which will just make your day. I have been there for like 4 times and would definitely be going again.

Having always wanted to go here ...i finally made it yesterday night!
Was actually disappointed because what i was wanting to order was not available because it was a Weekend!
The things i had pre decided to order were Carolina Ribs and Non-Veg Burgers. It was shocking that they do not serve Burgers for the weekend..i mean its weekend where most people come out to eat and drink ..so why not offer during the peak days?
But anyways i then ordered:
1. Greek Gyro (non-veg) : the order came too fast and was good in taste. The sauce was lovely.
2. Turkish Pide (non-veg) : i have had original Pide before and this one was not so original but for a place like Ahmedabad it was good enough.
3.Spinach Mushroom Pesto Grilled Sandwich: the taste was good but i dont think the sandwich was a grilled one.
4. Blueberry Vegan Cake: those who are vegan and diet conscious will really love it!
Apart from this, the ambience is nice and though there are other people in the cafe..there was no disturbance or noise! They have cabin spaces for everyone so the other people cannot be even seen so privacy is maintained.
The waiter was polite and helpful too. Also tasted their handmade gelatos like white chocolate with brownie and berry and Whiskey Almond. My personal favourite was Whiskey Almond! If you are a Whiskey drinker..u will probably like it too. For the white chocolate flavours i did not really get the taste of white chocolate.
I am wanting to come over again for their Burgers though on weekdays!
A quite distinctive cafe, you'll know when you enter. The spatial design is admirable but some tables feel too tight. And the food was delicious. I'd like to visit this place again sometime soon.
Cafe soul square is popular among foodies. Cafe is serving some amazing types of food. The staff is attentive to all. Totally worth the money. Thanks to chef who made some lip smacking dishes. A complete feast for people who wanna try different variety of food under one roof.
We had Pide turkish pizza , Chinese hot pot noodles, paneer with hot Chinese gravy & mint lemonade. Pide was cheesy & yummm. Chinese hot pot was also gud but hot Chinese gravy was lil salty. Mint lemonade was very refreshing & tasty. Ambiance of cafe was very peaceful.
They have a small section of books. We can read their collection. Staff was also very polite.
Will go again for sure to try some other dishes.

Had an amazing ambience and food. Would say this is an underrated cafe. Definitely deserves atleast 4.5. Had ordered Greek Gyro and Veg Lasagna. Both were really good. Serving time is atleast 30 mins if the cafe is full. However they have really good collection of books to read, while you are waiting for your order. A must visit cafe.

Out of confusion denying to accept 2 Zomato Gold membership, the attendants here behaved totally ignorant about its T&C, probably because simultaneously they have Cityshor, advertising B1G1 offer through tented tabletops.
Although yesterday the service and food was not as per all prior good experiences I would still recommend to give a try. It will be unfair to rate below 5 just because of 1 bad encounter.
It’s a really good place to study or work or read on your own or have meaningful conversations with friends :) there is a wonderful vibe to the place, an amazing ambience with plants and sunlight and brick-themed seating, very lively but non-disturbing music.. the food is priced affordably and is very tasty, delicious coffee, the serving staff is sweet and courteous.. had a teally good time there.. the entire cafe is very clean as well

A nice warm place in Bodakdev, out of the hustle bustle of the main road, tough easy to reach. The place gives you a very welcoming vibes, due to its choice of wall colours and decor, sitting. I would love to sit there sipping to my favourite cappuccino and reading a book.
Coming to food , I have tried very few of their dishes, and based on that the current rating, will explore more and update. The chicken croissant sandwich, strawberry muffins, brownie, cappuccino and cafe miel . The cappuccino was great. The muffins was little disappointing but the brownie was good. Croissant sandwiches were also good.
The service was slow, but looking into the laid back cafe theme that’s good.

A tiny little place which is unique in it's own way. Peaceful n very underrated. Thai roll, waffles, quinoa salad is my favorite. Love the verity of tea they serve as well. The ambiance is the best charm.

Again an underrated cafe I feel. You must visit this cafe if you are a unique, peaceful and cozy cafe lover. This is one of those unorthodox cafes (which you hardly find in Ahmedabad) where everything is different from overall look of the cafe to interiors, sitting arrangements and menu. Perfectly chilled and lit. They do have collection of books also lying at various places in the cafe.
Menu is awesome. They have these two kinds of menus. One is normal cafe menu with varied options and second is special Soleh menu which serves awesome fusion and different food. They have breakfast menu as well. Spanish Omlette is a must try if you're here for breakfast. Further, you have an option of skimmed milk in hot beverages which you hardly find in cafes in here. Mexican Platter, Pastas and Panini sandwiches are a must try from the normal menu. Go for Cottage Cheese Tacos, soy chaap platter and any of the Kulcha platter from the Soleh menu.

It is a cute idyllic place that anyone would love to go. The best part is the calm atmosphere here. You would love the food here may be except for 3-4 items. I have tried almost all the items here. Not to forget they have the best waffles in cinnamon sauce. For once there is a place that doesn't serve waffels fully loaded with various sauces and cream and ice cream and other stuff. The veg chowder soup is a good to go item for when you are not too hungry. The staff is quite co-operative as well.
Since this café is very close to where I live, I am usually always here and this place never disappoints! The last thing I ordered was herbed jacket potatoes which were even better than they looked! The hung curd dip they give with it is so refreshing. Apart from the food, I love how they've managed to turn a house into this cute little café. The service might be a bit slow even on weekdays but the food makes up for it! Definitely a go-to café!
P.S. Don't forget to try their lemon glazed cheesecake!
This is a lovely café. It had the best ambience of all the cafes I've been to in Ahmedabad: the seating is genuinely cosy and there is nothing pretentious about the place. The food is great and the menu seems to be picked with care: the chicken-stuffed jacket potatoes were really good and the desserts deserve a special mention. The lemon-glazed cheesecake was fabulous and the candied-orange brownie was great too. The drinks too, are flavourful and refreshing. For example, the Nutella Cold Coffee did not taste like any generic overly sweet drink, but it was adequately bitter, which is something I really appreciate in a good iced coffee.

Sometime all you need is a good book with a good meal and a good company. It was on Wednesday, April 18th when I came across Soul Square page on instagram about they are celebrating “orange day” and giving 20% off on total bill if anyone visit the café wearing orange on Wednesday and Thursday. Such a lovely idea it was!! Indeed, orange is a bright and cheerful color but not everyone love to wear orange like how they love wearing black.
So I decided to drop by to meet my friend as well hogging on chicken meal. A small cafe tucked in a corner of the AIS road with no parking space but a good place for chill out if you love books, dessert and some me-time. The ambience is cozy with bright lights, some indoor plantation and comfortable seating.
While sipping on Lemon Water and Iced Tea as well munching on Potato Wedges, Spicy Chicken Pizza and Chicken Nachos, we read a book too and while my friend 16 months kiddo roam around, loving the vibe, the staff make sure he doesn’t get bored while the kiddo mom and me were chilling out. Not every staff gonna do this. So thumbs up!!

Amazing place to sit and chill. Great vibe. Low volume of music so you can actually hear the other person. I love that they play Nat Geo on their TV instead of some crappy sports or music channel. Great selection of books too. Their bread is good. The rest of the food is ok-ok but I don't think anyone comes here for the food anyway.
Have been to this place couple of times, the occasion for visiting was a send off lunch / dinner. Coincidence 😇. It’s difficult to locate this place (doesn’t stand out on the street) and parking is sometimes a problem. The ambience is great. The rest room is filled with funny / humorous quotes. Food quality is good and taste is great. Not a single item we ordered was disappointing. At times, few items were cheese heavy, a trend in most Ahmedabad restaurants. Strongly recommend 👍
A frequent visitor here, I absolutely enjoy the pancakes and the waffles. The best thing is that they're freshly made so even though you've got to wait a little, it's totally worth it. it's one of my go-to breakfast places.

One of the best café in Ahmedabad. Great food choices, especially breakfast section where mashed potatoes with salsa sauce and mayo.
The variety of drinks served is good too, specifically for health conscious lot - the lemon-honey green tea is the best.
There are books stacked up for those who are into reading as well as one can sit and work or enjoy a movie without being disturbed.
It was amazing. Yesterday, celebrated womens day there only. It has a great ambience, food & lovely interiors. Yeah, a bit expensive but can afford in 2 months for a grand treat. Overall, a good place for hangout if you are with your gfs/bfs or bffs.

Should update the menu on Zomato, as they are no longer serving most of the dishes in must try outs. Pizzas are really good. Jacket potato was a new and enticing. Waffles were not up to the mark.
Had Greek Gyro- non veg. Rich filling. Light on belly. Thin bread. Fresh. Latte had just the perfect roast.
Very low on calories. Delicious dishes. Perfect for a light yet tasty breakfast!
Highly recommended for morning breakfast and brunches!! Egg preparations are a must have, especially Spanish omelette!! .. the chai they serve is refreshing and pancakes and waffles are delicious as well. I loved the cheese mushroom crepe and mashed potatoes that we had ordered too. Quantity and quality of food is very good.

If you happen to be a Fondue fan like me, the new restaurant 'Sholeh' by Soul Square is the place to head to this weekend!
They have a variety of fondues like cheese, Mexican and lastly chocolate served with cheese jalapeno balls, pita, lavash, bread, sauteed vegetables and potato wedges.
Loved the orange chocolate sweet bread and marshmallows served with the chocolate fondue. The lemon glaze cheesecake is one of the best in the city.
'Sholeh' has some really good grilled varieties.
It's a small and peaceful place to hangout......it gives you your personal space and privacy.......and the service is also good.....seating arrangements are also nice

This place has some cool vibes. As soon as I entered the door, I felt positive that I was gonna have a great time. It has vintage aura, books on the shelves, a tiny shopping space, and lovely aesthetics. Food was amazing as well, only a tad expensive according to the quantity. Loved all the things that I had, and I am glad the menu is not limited to only pizza and pasta. I liked Egg Bhurji the best here.
This place keeps getting better with time. Probably the go to place for new age audiences. A place calm with probably the most distinctive menu.

That includes, clothes, books, dairies, fragrances, cosmetics, and a lot more. This keeps changing as per the demand of customers and seasons.

In ahmedabad I was looking for a place to hang out but not too much like McDonalds or Burger king or CCD or Starbucks.
This is a perfect place to go with frnds or loved ones. Great Ambiance and good food too.

The best thing about this place is the ambiance. I tried two of their burgers, one chicken and one fish. Burgers were 4/5. Service was courteous but a little slow, seemed like there was only one chef. They don't have any parking and they're situated in a small lane so might have to walk a bit.
I visited a cute café with charming aesthetics. Tried their Farmhouse Pizza and Mexican Bowl—average in taste but the café's ambiance was worth photographing.

It was a great place to chill on such a buzy day. We enjoyed the eve as there was no rush and its a very nice and cozy place to be in winter’s. The Christmas decor was also very decent. They has books that we can read.

A very cute cafe!! Also the vibe is amazing. Its a good place to sit and talk for long hours. The food is also amazing. Try their brownie with ice cream its really really delicious. Its a very pretty cafe overall
Hushed and serene are the two words I would use to describe this cozy cafe.
It is located roadside and may be difficult to spot at first, but once you do, you'd never forget it. For regular walk-ins, the sitting space is the ground floor. It is a cafe-cum-shop, where clothing items and other accessories are available. There is a washroom on the upper floor. It's clean and hygienic.

The Greek Salad was a basic salad with a generous dressing, it may be a little overpriced. The Mushroom Lasagna Roll Ups was a new dish for me and I loved every bit of it. If you are a Mushroom fan, go for it. It is worth the price.
Parking may be an issue since there is no dedicated space.

Recently I opted for takeaway from this restaurant and I must say everything legit tasted so authentic & rich. The food was super fresh and I enjoyed all of it . Not to forget the uber-cool & on point packaging that's really appreciable.

Been a breakfast regular here for a while. The coffees are excellent and so is much of the menu and you cannot go wrong. Its a great place to hang with a group, has big tables and a menu that will please all the palettes.
The eggs on a wheat bun are delicious especially the mushroom if you are a vegetarian and the with with bacon if you like me are a non vegetarian. The other thing you might want to order are the potato wedges.
Overall a great place for long and short conversation, a well trained staff and an endearing ambience.

The ambience is not good. Rustic themes can also be well lit. The ambience needs a big lift.

This place has got really nice vibes. Plus, we ordered American breakfast and the pancakes didn't look that promising so we called the chef and asked him if he can do anything about it. And he went inside and sent us some of the most fluffy pancakes. They were the best!
