Well we went here on the birthday of my nephew.we had ordered Thai red curry, paneer cheese butter masala and butter roti. All of these things very yummy
A relatively old restaurant but well maintained and good ambience. Service was also good. Tried royal jade soup, Mexican sizzler and paneer malai tikka. Royal jade soup was healthy with spinach and vegetables but instead of tofu in description they used paneer. Paneer malai tikka was soft and as expected. Mexican sizzler is a must try there with great quantity and taste. All the food items are reasonably priced and a must try for veggies.
We ordered Hydrabadi veg Biryani here I put it in a plate. It was good but it has not that authentic taste and aroma which a Biryani should. But otherwise it was good. 👍

One good favourite restaurants of Ahmedabad. The place on the ankur cross road. I really liked the place when i visited it.
I like their north indian food. It was mu friends birthday. We went in a group of 7 people. There was a waiting line for half and hour. Which common now a days in most of the good restaurants. But they were very quick to provide us the table.
We ordered veg lollipops, spring roll, baby corn mushroom masala. Corn soup, tomato soup, and butter roti, cheese naan etc. Everything was Cooked in a nicely manner.
Service was quick and prompt. Staff members were supportive.
Would recommend this place for people who want to explore new places.

Ahmedabad gets pretty crowded on a Sunday afternoon because there are lot of families looking to spend a sweet lunch time. This place attracts a lot of them. I believe the location is quite odd for a place like this because there is a marriage hall next to it and the crowd has no limit. Inspite of that, they have managed to pull off a great place and it is a delight.
The ambiance is pretty good. Air Conditioned place is a must in the heavy-hard heat of Ahmedabad. You won’t feel warm here, trust me. There is a bit if waiting but one can handle it. It’s a good family place and is busy throughout.
The reason I have rated it as 4.0 inspite of being like any other family restaurant is it’s value for money. You can get a lunch dish for ₹119 and unlimited lunch for ₹179. The lunch is pretty heavy and you’ll easily be filled with it. It is totally worth it.
The service is good, the staff is really friendly and you’ll enjoy your time here. The place is busy but you can easily get your own private time here.
Verdict: Must visit if you have an empty stomach and visiting Ahmedabad on a Sunday afternoon with your famm.

However i expect some change in the menu they are running same combo from long time .
Hara bhara kebab needs an improvement - not so great i heard earlier it was good.
Also restaurant needs some renovation quite old style interior.
Have been here a lot ! This place has never disappointed me. There is no other place in the area where you can get better quality and variety in Continental dishes. The management, seating, serving are pretty good. A bit overpriced though. On the whole it is satisfactory !

Had been there today!!!! This place never disappoint me. Visited since last many years, when it was opened. Everytime I ordered Punjabi cuisine and every tym my taste buds fully satiate. On every visit I found rush to this place whether it's weekdays or weekends. The main reason are its location, food and budget friendly menu. Not much fascinated menu...but you can ordered simple dishes like....baked dish, koftas, lollipop, koya kaju..etc. The taste they serve was really quite good.
Must take a shot of this place.

One of my favorite restaurants of Ahmedabad. I really like their North Indian food. We went in a group of 12 people and although they had this long waiting line (which you'll find in most days) , they were relatively quick to provide us a table. I visited along with my entire family of 8 people. We had pineapple pasta, paneer Manchurian, kulcha, rice and dhal. Food was okay but not great. Service is good and attentive. Will try next time.

Place is good and food is good. We had ordered fix meal ( cost 250 ). You will be served choice of soup, starter, salad, two subzi, Naan or roti, buttermilk and ice cream.
No complaint but service was slow because of Sunday.

Evening post have both dine in and banquet option. I haven't actually dine in the restaurant but i had banquet experience in evening post.
You can arrange your even here can have more than 100 people at a time. Food quality in banquet is really good, air conditioning hall, sound facility, mood lighting possible.
In event dinner they serve starters,main course (As given by the event manager)and desert(ice cream in my case probably same for all events). In between water and sofdrinks were served by the emploees of evenings post.
The place had a bit parking problem at night its too hard to find a place to park both two wheeler and four wheelers. And most of the people use two wheeler because easy parking compare to four wheeler vehicle.

Evening post is also one of the finest dining restaurants in Ahmedabad, They recently renovated the restaurants. They served Punjabi food & Chinese food. But I often opt for Punjabi food as Punjabi food of this restaurant is very good.
Really nice place the food was amazing and they do have a banquet if you want to organize a party. The owner and staff were very friendly and would recommend this place to visit with whole family.

It's indeed nice time we spent here. Atmosphere is quite cool. Interior is also eye catchy. One of most things I wonder is that in waiting area or hall they made selfie or photography space where you feel like celebrity. Food is of mild taste but good. I prefer if you like spicy inform them earlier. Service is also good. They focus on you. I enjoyed a lot there.

I had lunch with my better half at Evening Post yesterday. They do take care of covid policy very well. Every staff member was wearing mask. Social distancing was maintained. Food quality was as good as always. Staff was quite responsive and quick in delivering.
We had shahi unlimited lunch. Generally, packed of fix lunch dishes do not have much options but here it was completely different.
You may check details for option in the attached menu. I would surely recommend Evening Post to satisfy your hunger. It's a place worth spending money for food.
