The saying do not judge a book by its cover is apt in this case one should not decide the cuisine a place would be serving simply by reading the name of the place. This is a spacious Restaurant off SBR the location is quite peaceful and there is a wonderfully done indoor space which is ideal for Family gatherings as well as large groups.
Items tried:
Spinach Cheese Cigar - Cheesy cigar rolls with spinach stuffing and a dipping sauce that compliments it perfectly served on the side. The classic Starter that one would like to indulge in.
Makhmali Paneer Tikka - Soft chunks of cottage cheese with mild flavours cooked perfectly on the Tandoor.
1. Khowsuey - Burmese Khowsuey soup coconut milk based served with Peanuts & fried noodles on the side makes for a exquisite soup.
2. Turkish Tettrazini - This is similar to a Mexican trio cheesy Baked Spaghetti Pasta in Red Sauce. One delicious Main course from the Global Menu.
3. Sarson Ka Saag Makke di Roti - Winter special sargo ka saag ideal to beat the cold perfect combination is when it is served with Makke di Roti.
4. Bean Enchiladas - Baked enchiladas stuffed with a Mexican bean filling these were flavoursome.
5. Shaam Savera Kofta - Indian Main course the kofta was soft and melted in your mouth, it tasted good with Butter Naan.
6. Gujarati Thali - Well as the name suggests they serve amazing Gujarati Thali with Rasa bateka, Bakhri, gujarati nashta and all the other main elements.
7. Leeli Haldar nu shaak - Winter Special, a very flavourful bhaaji with all the traditional Indian Flavours that are perfect for the chilly weather.
8. Sukhdi - The traditional Gujarati dessert this was perfectly cooked and tasted good.
9. Anjeer Vedhmi - A popular winter dessert consumed t households to keep the body strong during the cold.
10. Adadhiya Ladoo - Another winter dessert, it is basically a slightly bitter version of the regular ladoo commonly eaten during the Winter season.
Everything about the place is simple yet elegant, the interiors are white and look very classy.
The name Ame Gujarati may think you that this place is for only gujarati cusinies but apart from lipsmacking Gujarati food they also have Punjabi & Continental in their Menu.
I would like to recommend you Haldar nu shaak, Biscuit Bhakhri, Sarso ka Saag & makke ki Roti.
From Gujarati Cusinies Anjeer Rethmi, Sukhadi, Gujiyas you can try.
Also, Khowsey Soup, Enchiladas, and spinach Cheese cigars were also amazing.

This place has having eye catching ambiance. This is One of the best perfect dine in restaurant in Ahmedabad. It is for each age group. As this place is already famous for Gujarati food. Now they also started multi cuisine food. Which is really delicious. They are having big, neat & clean kitchen. (I personally visited). They have winter special food also. Like sarso da saag makki ki roti, leeli haldar nu shaak(must try). Everything they served was really delicious. In sweets anjeer vedhmi & sukhdi was the best.

I find Ame Gujarati, Most prominent Restaurant in today’s era, where each family member has different food choices , here one can fulfill all choices, as they have fix Gujarati thali, ala-carte gujju dishes, multi-cuisine dishes & some such lovely desserts like Anjeer vedhmi, Shrikhand & winter special Adadadiya na laddoo . With clean ambiance & good service it is such nice fine dine restaurant for me.
The hotel has an great ambience, I just loved the hotel ambience, The best test in Gujarati and the hotel saws us that the name is enough , The pure Desi test and with best quality, I just loved this hotel.

The name ame-gujarati may give an impression of this place serving just Gujarati food, but apart from lipsmacking Gujarati food they also have Punjabi and continental in thier menu. The food is hygenically prepared, believe me I have seen thier kitchen. Something you should definitely try is : Haldar nu shaak & Biscuit bhakti(5/5) and saarson ka saag and makke ki roti(4/5)
From Gujarati cuisine, I definitely loved the sukhdi and gujiyas and the Gujarati Thaali.
Also, khowsey Soup , Enchiladas, and spinach cheese cigars were also amazing.
Food was overall amazing. The restaurant is very spacious, just a thing lacking was thier service which needs to be highly improved.

Visited there for dinner on weekday. Warm welcome by staff. Eye catching interior and soothing atmosphere. Had corn crispy and paneer chilly dry in starters. Paneer chilly is really awesome. Corn crispy, a must try. Pizza was okay. Can be Avoided. For main course, we ordered Lasuniya bataka. What a perfect taste ! Overall superb place and loved the food.

We had corn cheese tomato soup, malai paneer Tikka, all veg pizza and Italian sizzler. Food was good. Staff is courteous. Place is neat and clean. Parking area is available

Nice Punjabi food... Ambience is also nice and calm. If you wish to have spicy soup go for manchow and lemon coriander both were hot..if u wish to have mild then opt for brocolli almond soup. Starters veg. Crispy were nice. All time favorite if kids panner tikka masala subji was quite nice spicy. If you want to try new subji go for Hyderabadi veg. It was in green gravy and spicy. Masala papad was also nice. Have chill fresh lime soda along with food it's refreshing. If not chill ask to get ice. Have cold and enjoy along ur food. !! Overall would say nice authentic Punjabi food flavors...can definately go again..!!
