We had two things there, waffles and kesar icecream and I must say both of them were on point delicious 😋😋 the flavors enhanced and the nuts adds magic to the taste
The shakes are really delicious and ofcourse their creamy, lusciously-rich ice-creams are way more droolworthy. Nitrogen Oreos and cheeseballs are their complementary specialities. I liked the prompt service along with their pocket friendly menu.

A unique experience for all ice cream lovers. They use liquid nitrogen to prepare the ice creams after you place the order and I liked the theatrics in that. As far as the taste is concerned, I have tries vanilla, paan flavour, chocolate chips and chocolate hazelnut and each of them was exemplary taste wise with a real creamy and smooth texture. A must visit place if u like ice creams.

Amazing place. The concept is about nitrogen ice cream. Usually the owners pay attention on either the food,ambience or the concept. Cryolab is one place where they have give equal importance to all three aspects. I cannot eat anything after eating ice cream at here because I want sustain the taste of it😋. Go for all the ⭐️ ones. One of the best place in city for ice cream. Well nitrogen infused ice cream. So better then regular one. They have great variety of ice cream and shakes. You must try different flavours. You can customize them in 100s of different ways. They also have daily specials. You should mix and match all different flavors, toppings, and Syrup. A new concept which I saw where liquid nitrogen is added and the ice cream frozen. The ingredients are added in perfect grams and then cryo frozen.

Nitrogen icecream concept is different from others..And i like the injection concept too. As a doctor i was used to injecting drugs in the patient but tried injecting Nutella in the icecream at this place 😂😂 Mouthwatering icereams..Must visit.

My curiosity for seeing an ice cream prepared live and in Liquid nitrogen, took me to this place. Watching them preparing my ice cream is an amazing experience. Eating Oreo biscuits dipped in Liquid nitrogen took me to my childhood fun. A must visit place for ice cream lover, though the ice cream a bit expensive but they are worth it.

I've never been a fan of liquid nitrogen ice cream which may be in part due to the kind of places where I've had them before. However, I had a very good experience with this place. It has plenty of options and with a neat ambience & presentation, I'd highly recommend it to anyone who wants to give liquid nitrogen ice cream a try. Do note that these take a while to be prepared so you might have to wait longer than you usually would for a cup of ice cream.

Earlier I gave 3 stars because I felt Nitro Shake is little overpriced. But wanted to try their ice-cream flavours.
Second Visit: This time, I have visited again with family. We tried 5 different flavours.
- Chocolate hazelnut with brownie bites and chocolate sauce,
- Chocolate chips with gems and chocolate sauce, - Lychee with boba strawberry poping,
- Peach,
- Dates - anjeer with toasted cashew and honey.
Lady on counter (Mrs.Prinkal) suggested all above Toppings and Sauces. We had small chat, like one foodie to another foodie, about other ice-cream centers as well who give different options to Ahmedabad. Loved Cryo Labs thought process to provide something unique to Ahmedabad.
I loved their ambience and nitro shakes in first visit but had concerns about shakes price. But in second visit after testing different ice creams, I feel it's worth to spend.

The way they make the ice-cream is freaking amazing. They also explain the process. The options for toppings and sauces are endless. Strawberry sauce was excellent and finger licking 😋. Black currant ice-cream. I never thought I'd like chocolate hazelnut this much.

But for me, more than the process, the flavours are much more alluring now.

Frankly, main reason behind visiting this place was oreo cookies dipped in liquid nitrogen. I had seen many people's video and stories on insta which pushed me to try this one. They make very delicious ice creams but as usual price is little bit high. Three types of size available and you can customize your ice creams according to your wish. You can include addons and Syrup as well. Interestingly they provide syrups in injections ;). Also I will strongly suggest you to try nitro pop rings. Overall good place for ice cream lovers.
Live ice cream bar is the main attraction of this place. It's really awesome to see the ice creams in the making with liquid nitrogen. The decoration and ambience is tasteful and cool. You will get lots of flavours of ice cream to mix and match to make your own cup. We tried choco mocha with Choco chip toppings which was pretty good. A nice place to satisfy your dessert cravings.

Well no doubt its a great Dessert Parlor but to me this place has dissappointed me a lot of times saying they are out of Nitrogen which has been dissapointing but, I was lucky enough to have an ice cream which well was propably one of the best ice creams I've had in Ahmedabad.
Well who needs any assurance for Ice-cream, but for those who do, go ahead and choose your favourite flavour from a range of them, you won't be disappointed. My favourite, well all of them, but bubble gum stands out if you've a sweet tooth, and plz don't forget to have the nitro Oreos for the smoky feeling, literally.
