It was a real surprise when I got invited to the Pabrai's Natural Ice-cream at Vastrapur...
I hopped in thinking I was visiting an ice cream outlet but I guess I was wrong... It was infact a wonderful world of Ice-creams..
The Pabrai's had a huge variety of ice-cream which were made naturally and without any essence or colours..

It's awsm experience to visit Pabrai's Ice Cream Parlour at Ahmadabad. Fabulous flavors... Specially Chandan and coffee in Sugar free... I strongly recommend to my friends and family members to visit this place.
If you are fond of natural foods, Pubrai's is the answer. They claim to offer Natural Ice creams made from 100% Natural Ingredients. They have more than 30 flavors to offer anytime. It seems they have excelled ice cream making from natural fruits too. Their ice cream don't tend to crystalize even in winter. "Pabrai's" is the new destination for the Ice-cream lovers like me.
Visited many times till date but reviewing late. Every times I was the better n better experience.
They give many of the different flavours to taste.
Me n my family tasted so many flavours and that made us hard to choose only one for self.
All flavours we tasted were amazingly natural.
You feel like having fruits when trying the fruit flavours. But we decided to select one out of all and we selected "Muskmelon".
Out of other flavours we tried n liked Masala Tea, Paan, Chandan, Kesaria Rabri Malai were so delicious and not to miss.
Paan flavour was giving the feeling like the Paan only
Chandan was amazing. I tasted first ever time a Candan Ice-cream. It tastes really unique and you can feel the taste throughout it passes through the throat.
Another unique flavour is Nalen Gur. It's different. It's natural. As per the description of the flavors, it is made from "Nalen Gur" means Date Palm Jaggery, which is found in Bengal only.
Lemon Grass and South Indian Coffee are amazingly natural.
There are so many other unique flavours to say about but it will be a kind of a full chapter.
Overall I would say from all my visits and experience that this place is "AMAZING' and never to miss
It's not just an Ice-cream Parlour. We can say it the Ice-cream Cafe.
It has a nice seating area downstairs as well. And so we enjoyed every single time visited with family.
The best Natural Ice creams with excellent varieties.
They have very good variety of ice cream and it was very good experience to try many of them. So far I have been a fan of Havmor's ice cream but Pabrai gave me many more options and reasons to try and visit them again.

This place is famous for natural ice-creams , which doesn't use any artificial flavouring. Infact they only sell seasonal icecreams. Even their vanilla and chocolate is made from raw beans. They also provide freshly made waffle cones for your ice-creams.
One of the most special flavours of this place is Nalen Gur. Nalen Gur is jaggery made from date palm which is also used to make Mishti Doi - a Bengali speciality. This flavour is their own unique creation and definitely the best flavour.
Also their natural fruit ice-creams are so so good. This is my new favourite place now!

If you ask me my favourite place for natural ice-cream flavours, it's definitely pabrai. Even the vanilla and chocolate flavours are made from fresh beans, let alone fruit flavours.
They also have a basement seating arrangement incase you go in a group.
The icecream flavours range for common, to seasonal fruits, to exotic, to fusions, to unique and new flavours, their personal inventions, premium and sugar-free and much more.
They also make fresh waffle cones at their place if you want your scoop in a cone and not a cup.
All ice-creams are made from natural substances. They also make milkshakes and thickshakes using the particular icecream and natural substances as per the flavour. They have a small menu for icecream sundaes with only highly loved it flavours.
You can also get party packs and family packs. I regularly visit their place, and here are a few flavours that I always love to have. And I've never been dissapointed with any of their flavours, but I personally love a few of them a lot! So I've marked my most favourite ones with 💯

As the name suggests, they are serving some damn good natural flavours, varieties are vast and each and every one which i tried was delicious. I would suggest bubblegum flavour to try.

Very recently during our meet I made a comment that aa place no Vanilla ice cream to ultimate che, nothing can beat it. Manthan Bhai and Abhishek Bhai countered by saying chal hat, Pabrai's jevu Vanilla koi nu nahi. Frankly speaking I didn't believe it in the beginning but after our dinner we immediately landed at Pabrai's to have it and decide. We all shared a vanilla family pack and saalu khaada baad evu laagiyu ke hun evu kav "Jahan pana tusi sahi te, tofa kabul karo". Pabrai's Vanilla is ultimate se bhi upar and at INR 46 a scoop this is extremely fantastic.

Amazing ice creams. My favourite is the salted caramel. Their in house flavours are also a blast. But a fan of the basil flavour because of the chewy leaves in it. Definitely worth a visit.
Recently got to know about this place.
They genuinely serve authentic natural ice cream. They serve quite different variety of ice cream, never to be heard or seen. Tried ginger honey, kesar malai, nalen gur and chocolate chip. All tasted very good.
Staff was very warm and cordial.

I find all delicious, fresh handmade method ice cream here. They have lot of flavours for diet for non diet. Personally i like their nolen gur ice cream and coconut. Their packaging for delivering is very good.

P.S. Nalen gur and Chandan are my top picks.
The staff is superb! . kudos to them. I had to take icecream to some place 6 hrs away and they had packed it efficiently ina thermocol box with ice in it and the quality was unhampered when i reached there.

Found better than lot of other joints. I had tried Thier premium preparation Mascarpone Cheese with fruit candies which was naturally sweet and I found that delicious and proper. The other one I tried was kesaria malai rabdi which was also amazing. Will try their other flavours too.

Here I Tested Ice Cream 🍨. It is really good. I recommend south Indian coffee (Sugar Free). It is really nice. It taste actually feels like real coffee. And the nalingur hot milk is the on the best hot milk in town. Highly recommended.

I visited Pabrai's a couple of days back with few friends and the first thing I sensed was how customer centric it was. It was quiet late at night and as soon as we entered the shop, Pabrai's employees greeted us with warmth and respect and also asked us to taste their specialities. We tried the tender coconut, Chandan and Nerangur. All the three were brilliant! I'd surely go again, not just for the taste and quality but also for the hospitality they gave.
Visited yesterday! Was planning since almost 6 months to visit. Yesterday it finally came true.
1) The Ice Cream
Had Cheese Mascarpone & Candied Fruits and Roasted Almond.
Tasted Chandan, Nalan Gur, South Indian Coffee, Ginger Honey and Sitaphal.
And then probably one of the toughest choice I have had to make. Each one of them - lipsmacking!
But I really have to mention the South Indian Coffee. Perfect! Just the right amount of sweetness of sugar and bitterness of the coffee.
2) The Staff
Very welcoming. Ready to serve you with spring in their steps and smile on their faces.
The lady behind the billing counter was really the one who kept the atmosphere vibrant and welcoming.
Definitely my one stop shop for ice cream from now onwards.

This place is just wwooowww.... My philosphy with ice creams is if it aint chocolate it aint ice cream, but this place changed everything. They have the most unique flavors which wont be found anywhere. There Nalen gur, toasted almonds, south indian coffee are the best. If you love coffee then south indian coffee will change the way you take your coffee. The staff is really friendly and will happily introduce you to all the flavors. The fragrance of their chandan flavor left me overwhelmed, i ate it not for its taste but its smell.

We had tried some orange and basil flavoured icecream and it was soo dam awesome(like one can never imagine ""TULSI ke pattey"" in an icecream, but still it tasted awesome) and something different. This place is located at very good location opposite Vastrapur Lake. Easy to find out.
I had wished to visit this place since they had opened but one or any reason I had not. Finally this Saturday I been there.
A lot to write about the place but keeping it short.
Well first I can say they have very experimental and unique varieties in ICE CREAMS. Probably in my knowledge they are the first to introduce certain flavours like Chandan, jaggery, Wasabi etc and in fruits like watermelon and musk melon in Ahmedabad.
I had tasted their Sandal, Jaggery, musk melon and Coffee flavours along with watermelon. Even I like their Sandesh Ice cream.On which I turned on watermelon as it was too real as an ice cream and flavour was really natural and refreshing.
I even liked their jaggery ice cream very much and n CT time for sure I am gonna have it very soon.
Chandan or sandal was really unique but in personal didn't like it. Coffee and musk melon was must try.

Lady was so kind and generous and found great interest and dedication for their venture.
Cashier and service staff: They must need bit improvement. Like The lady on cash had not given any smile or not even look up while I had placed the order.
And other two guys were just standing later one guy helped me to choose the flavour as I had mentioned I came first time.

1)Nalen Gur, the ice cream made of Jaggery and yes it was amazing!
2)Pinapple Shorbe which was just perfect for my taste buds!
The packing served for take away was quite good which protected my shorbe from getting melt and seriously their packing took my eyes!

had mocha almond fudge for my family.. it was yummy flavor. staff was very helpful in choosing flavor and as it was a parcel, packaging was done securely so that my ice cream doesn't melt at all and it hadn't melt at all.

i had Nalen Gur Thick Shake and Pineapple Sorbet in my last visit, both were awesome.
A lot of good reviews about the place forced me to finally try out its icecreams. A pretty busy outlet on vastrapur main road. The place has pretty decent interiors and ample seating. Wanted to try out some new flavours and the owner happily made us try a lot of different flavors. A few different and must try Ice cream flavors at the place -
South Indian Filter coffee - A perfect for Filter coffee lovers. You just can't resist this one.
Nalen Gur - Icecream made from Traditional bengali jaggery. Was perfect.
Toasted Almond - Almonds roasted in Desi ghee. A pure delight.
Banana Toffee - As the name goes. Was pretty delicious.
For spice lovers Cinnamon, Ginger Honey, Wasabi, green tea and Lemon Grass are a must try. Being a spice lover all of it were a delight to have. Do try out their hand made freshly baked waffle cones.
Also tried the thick shakes which were too filling and had a pretty amazing taste. The place surely serves some exotic Icecreams.
Delicious and natural desserts I ever had in Ahmedabad. It’s an expensive place but totally worth to try out it you want something special. They have many unique flavours to try out. They do offer milk and thick shakes. My favourite here is Nalen Gur, try it out you will be fan of that flavour. Also try out Paan flavour and Cheese & Candid fruites. They have a good underground seating too. Staff is very courteous and loved their style of giving taste of different flavours.

It was a real surprise when I got invited to the Pabrai's Natural Ice-cream at Vastrapur...
I hopped in thinking I was visiting an ice cream outlet but I guess I was wrong... It was infact a wonderful world of Ice-creams..
The Pabrai's had a huge variety of ice-cream which were made naturally and without any essence or colours..
Imagine using the Vanilla Pod worth more than 30k per kilo!!
If you are in the Vastrapur area, please visit and try Pabrai's Nalen Gur ( Khajur and Jaggery), Kesairya Rabri Malai( loaded with dry fruits), Mascarpone Cheese & Candied Fruit and the Orange Basil ( perfectly fused)

Here I Tested Ice Cream 🍨. It is really good. I recommend south Indian coffee (Sugar Free). It is really nice. It taste actually feels like real coffee. And the nalingur hot milk is the on the best hot milk in town. Highly recommended.
