over all the food rates are a bit towards the higher side but i guess with zomato gold they are quite affordable. It costed us 1000 for 3 of us, so go figure.

To a new chapter, Ahmedabad Diaries. Was traveling for some work and was there for couple of days. Had heard a lot about this restaurant - Parosa. Located at Sindhu Bhavan road, Silver Radiance building, a good hub of all amazing restaurants. Just a suggestion, please put Silver Radiance in maps to reach the place till the time they update the location on Google maps. The restaurant serves multi cuisine with a wide variety of vegetarian and non vegetarian options to choose from.
Talking about what all we have tried here -
We called for few mocktails - Mango Mule, Jerry Guava and Stallion Blend. Nice presentation of all drinks. Good mixes, compliments to the bar tender. One can choose as per their preference and taste. The first two are ofcourse as per name. Stallion Blend is of grape juice and black current syrup and lime juice.
Next we called for couple of soups. What was interesting is that they serve in a bread bowl which is edible. We called for Broccoli Almond and Roasted Tomato Basil Soup. Lovely texture, thick extremely tasty. Do try these ones for sure.
From the starters we called for Veg Tandoor platter and Cheesy Jacket Potatoes. A nice mix of Paneer Tikka, Seekh Kebab, Malai Gobi, and Bharwa Aloo. All preparations grilled to perfection. Tasted yum along with the green mint chutney served along with it. Those who are not fans of grilled starters, can definitely go for this a nice fusion with beans and salsa in a potato shell. Another starter that we called for was Mozzarella Cheese Croquettes served in a tall glass bowl along with French fries and yummy Mayo dip! This one was a super filling starter. Watch out for this!
Moving to the mains we called for Vegetable Steak first. Looks really Rich, was glad to have a vegetarian steak fo sure. Served along with mashed potatoes, broccoli, corn, herb rice. I personally loved this, not have had this very often and a speciality here at Parosa. After this we also called for Spinach and Paneer Cannelloni Masaledar along with Roti. A super preparation, must have here a yellow gravy, creamy and nice thick texture.
We ended our meal on a high note, order Blueberry Cheese Cake. Yummy cheese cake, fresh and super soft! All in all a lovely experience at Parosa, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad. Would definitely recommend all to pay a visit to this place in case in the vicinity. Thank you Mr. Pratik for such a warm welcome and ensuring we had a delightful experience at Parosa!

There are plenty of restaurants in the complex so one has plenty of options to choose from.They have a good variety of veg and non veg dishes.Staff service was polite and courteous.A special mention for Mr Pratik who ensured i had a wonderful dining experience at the restaurant

I ordered Mother of chicken sandwich and chicken tandoori roll from this outlet as my friend recommended this place for having some good food. The delivery was too fast and the material used for packaging was nice as it was made up of bio degradable material.
The sandwich was so fresh and tasty. The spices used were so good in taste , along with it the sauces were also giving great taste.
Chicken tandoori roll was very different as the smoky flavour was giving an enormous taste, the quantity of chicken was so good. The chicken was nicely cooked from inside as it was soft .
The prices of the sandwich was very low as compared to other outlets.
The overall food was of five star quality.
The prices were pocket friendly and affordable too.
Parsona is a casual dining restaurant which serves Italian, Mexican and North Indian food. The place was recommended by a friend of mine and I must say that the have nice ambience and is definitely a nice place to hangout with friends and family. I ordered veg club sandwich with caramel Nutella shake. Sandwich was freshly prepared and was delicious too. Shake was also tasty and had thick concentration. I personally liked the place and looking forward to try other food items too.
One of the best thing I liked of this place is that they serve best quality food, but the interior is superb.

We had been to Parosa for dinner. We ordered Arabiatta Pasta along with paaner butter masala. The Pasta was really really good with generous amount of pasta sauce along with some exotic vegetables like Zucchini and Broccoli. I would rate the pasta 5/5. We were told that panner butter masala would be medium spicy however to our surprise it turned out to be really spicy for our palate. While the taste was good it was spicy for our palate. I would rate it 3/5. The service was really really good. The staff attentive and courteous. I would rate that 5/5. The ambience is no different than what most restaurants offer nowadays in Ahmedabad. Hence I would rate it 3/5. Overall verdict - a place that you should try once.

Whenever I hear or see the word steak, it reminds me of my father who was a steak lover. Madagascar is a beef-eating country and the beefsteak was a sheer delight for him to have along with the portion of French fries that were served with it. I was a vegetarian so the only option for us to eat whenever we were out was pizza, gratin, and grilled veggies. Dad always used to order this steak and I always wondered how this must be tasting.
On a recent event “Vegan Extravanganza” organized at Parosa, while I was waiting for other members to join. I took up the menu to have a look at the items available. While scrolling the pages, my eyes stumbled at the title “Parosa Steak House”. Steak is always non-vegetarian so out of 8 dishes in list 5 are non-vegetarian. But in order to cater to the vegetarians and to make them experience how a steak is. They have 3 vegetarian variants, two with cottage cheese and the one with veggies caught my attention.
So the very next day for dinner, I came to Parosa to end this lifelong wish to have a steak. I agree it was going to be a vegetarian experience, but now I won’t have any regrets. So, without wasting further time ordered the Vegetable Steak. You get three options for sauces Piri-Piri/ BBQ and Lemon Curry. I opted for Piri-Piri which was the spicier sauce. The dish took around 25 minutes to get ready. I was later told the grilled steak is freshly made from scratch when they get an order.
The steak at Parosa is served with Mashed Potato, Herbed Rice or Spaghetti, Tossed Veggies and Fries. The last 3 items are drizzled with Balsamic Vinegar. I must say when this dish was served to me, I was quite impressed. It was presented well and tasted really good. The vegetable steak with the Piri-Piri sauce was a bomb and the herbed spaghetti was a perfect accompaniment. Parosa's version of the mashed potato was new for me but I liked it.
For non-vegetarian, Parosa has options of Chicken/ Fish including Salmon and Mutton Steak. Whereas for me the next thing to try is the Cottage Cheese Steak with 5 options of sauces that I will get which are BBQ, Lemon Curry, Black Pepper, Brown Sauce or Mushroom Sauce. I think I will choose the Lemon Curry sauce and go with herbed rice the next time.
The experience at Parosa was steakful and I enjoyed it thoroughly because first, they have this option where a vegetarian can also have a steak-eating experience and secondly because it reminded me of my Dad.
Fact: Balsamic Vinegar is made with only one ingredient i.e. grape must which is the sweet juice of freshly pressed grapes. It is boiled to a concentrate, fermented and acidified, and aged for 12 to 25 years in wood barrels. The taste is slightly sweet, dark, richly flavored and used as a condiment with cooked meats, grilled fish, over fresh fruits, berries, and even ice cream or other custard desserts.

It was a good dine in experience, after all the negative reviews I still chose to visit, the NV food is ultimate. However the portion is too small, I think they should work on it. The staff is courteous too.

Selected this place for vegan options and it was quite good decision. Ordered hot chocolate hazelnut flavor and vegan platter(manager's recommendations). Taste was excellent and service was also good. They served me vegan brownie as a compliment. Highly recommended place for vegans in Ahmedabad.

The ambience was very good, the interior was very eye cathcy.The service was good . The tom yum soup was good and spicy. The water (unicorn tears) was too expensive and there were no other options available. The fondue was good but the cheese which was too liquid could be a little bit more thick. The sizzler was not in much quantity.

The food variety is good. They have a menu of 25 pages and the service is great too. It's just the portion size of the food items including platters which is too small.
If that's improved, they could get a 5 Star rating. Otherwise nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect. They do accept dineout too quick is a nice addition.
They have good food good ambiance and great service. They give complementary dessert as well must visit this place especially in weekends there no rush and you can eat peacefully here.

▪️Vegeterian tandoori platter: The vegetarian starter serverd greatly and looks great with loads of colours when arranged well in a iron grill platter. Love sizzling Iron grill pot a lot. The colourful array of marinated veggies like brocoli, capsicum, onions and mushrooms are roasted on skewers with Paneer and kababs, served sizzling hot. Accompanied with green fudina chutney and salad. I enjoyed eating this.
▪️Nawabi Subzi with butter Roti: Mildly spiced and rich creamy sabzi dish was quite flavourful and enjoyed it with butter roti.
▪️Finish off that amazing meal with the delectable brownie with chocolate sauce and Vanilla icecream and a classic dessert tiramisu jars.
