Situated right in the middle of the city's busiest street. This one is a treat from the regular restaurants. From the decor to the music it's most likely to be a hit for informal get togethers and small parties. You can choose if you want to be seated outside or in an A.C. enclosure. When we arrived there was already a small party going on outside. So we preferred being seated inside.
My aversion to creepy creatures also makes me prefer indoor facilities. So while we had dinner I constantly had two lizards giving us company on the window from the outside. :)
Ambience is relaxing and non confirming to families who are strict on seeing the normal decor. This one has fun decor.
Food was all okay, I have had better noodles and hot pot. I could also see that they were preparing heart shaped pizzas but I wasn't in the mood to order pizza. All in all a quaint little evening well spent with my husband with not much cribbing about the food not being upto the mark.

We've visited this place for the very first time & we both loved it.
This place is situated at Bodakdev area nearby Pakwan Junction. It is spreaded in a long ground starting from a small garden area, then covered Dining area, then Covered huts & a Dome made with Bamboos and then a Mocktail Bar with open space for music performers and the seating for the listeners.
We've started with Bambooza Green Soup & Fried Vegetables starter. The tatse of soup was outstanding. It is sour & spicy; we both loved the tatse & preparations. Starter was a li'l over fried and taste smoky to us. Then we've tried their special Rice Preparation in a Thai gravy - Bambooza Pesto, which was quite different than what we thought of. It was actually a very good Preparation that changed my opinion about Thai food bcoz generally I don't like Thai food; yet we both have finished it to the end..๐
The atmosphere was pretty awesome and the Live Music performance was an added flavour in it...๐ถ
A special heart shaped Pizza was it's USP dish that we've missed out. Also, they organize a special Dinner Date in a nicely designed Bamboo Huts on an advance request.
A must to visit place for couples, groups, families and friends.. ๐
Amazing place to be! The ambience is awesome and the fairy lights add to it. A 5 star for the Mexican hot pot and lasagna. Coffees and their hut 2 are awesome place to spend time! A must try place. Thank you for the food and ambience.

A restaurant with great ambience. It has small tents inside so that you can have your separate table to have quality time. Service is great. Food quantity is considerable but quality is good. It also has a cafe serving delicious sandwiches.

This time I ordered Crispy vegetables, Burmese kaukswe & Singapore noodles. All were delicious .
Singapore vegetables is not spicy, it's got bit salty and mild taste with vegetables that give a fresh approach to it. U might need extra sauces to enhance the noodles flavour.
Burmese kaukswe , first time I tried, and loved the flavours of it. It comes with coconut curry with vegetables in it, curry might taste like sweet and corn soup. But if have it with butter corn rice , you sure to get a different taste of rice which u will like it.
The last is Crispy Vegetables , and that u should order . Yep I loved the flavours and crispyness of Crisp vegetables which is not spicy,

Already planned to visit this place and I've been many times before. Perfect cafe for this season. Lovely ambiance, nice arrangements.
As it was Saturday, it was waiting for half an hour, but they have open area where live music was arranged.
And we ordered tomato basil soup, hot n sour soup and Italian veg soup.. I had tomato basil but tried other soups too, Italian veg soup was amazing.
For drinks we ordered mint mojito, cranberry mojito, sex on beach and pina colada... It was decent, as syrup was used it tastes little sweet.
And we ordered palak noodles, crispy vegetables, butter garlic fries, bambooza rolert and Mexican hot pot. Food was delicious, it was well spent time with group of friends.
This place has a very soothing ambience. My nephew's first birthday was hosted at this place in the outdoors. Sweet place with amazing veg food. Their lasagne is totally yummilicious.the only thing it lacks is chicken ๐..the best vegetarian lasagne in the city. Apart from that pizzas are good too as are the veg curries and naans. A must visit place !

A perfect place for all couples for a romantic dinner. Food is also good. The staff is friendly. The dishes which I would recommend are โThe Woodcutter Heart Shaped Pizzaโ ( A thin crust pizza with toppings perfectly cooked )and โThe Mexican Hot Potโ ( Mexican rice with paneer and manchurian served with nachos)

Food is really tasty. You must really try Bambooza green soup, and ask them to make it spicy. It's a really awesome. Try also Paneerwanic Sizzler, it's truly delicious and big portion size. Two to three people can eat from it.ย The decor is simple and matches reasonably the restaurant name bambooza.ย
The staff is attentive, available, and supportive. I loved both above dishes which was suggested by the servant.ย
I request the administration to update/remove the menu on zomato. The menu at the restaurant has fewer pages compared to Zomato online menu. For instance: Manakesh, Kathi, Grills, Wood Fire Pizza pages were not there, and staff said its no longer available. Please update so that consumers can get correct information. Prices are average. Expect to pay Rs 800 for two people. Overall its really good place, delicious food, and good service. I recommend.

2. I'll prefer to sit in restaurant instead of bamboo cottage, because when I visited first, it was stinking.
3. Valet parking is there, but still an issue to find someone to park your car.

Between a crowded area, if you want a piece and want to enjoy a good food just go for it. There are some reasons why to visit bambooza.
1) FOOD QUALITY: Tremendous quality they serves. We go at a restaurant with a friends/family/loved one to be a happy, for a good food to be satisfied and at a place with good ambience to have a piece. Food quality is the main preference of we all.
2) Waldarf salad was outstanding. It is a combination of green apple and walnuts. Salad lovers should try it once.
3) Who is a vegetables lover can start their dinner with "crispy vegitables" from start it up catagory. This is really delicious dish having fried vegetables. The crispiness is really unbeatable.
4) Shake lovers can go for Orio thick shake. It is not that much of thick but the taste is really decent.
5) SHOTS: If you love a spicy beverages just try it once. The "Bambooza Shot" is just outstanding. To feel a kick, finish it at a one stroke.
6) Excellent hospitality and very good staff manner. The staff is very cooperative. We liked the way they serve and present a dish.

It's tough to imagine a wonderful encapsulated environment just next to one of the busiest crossroads (pakvan) of Ahmedabad. The creative setting was a beautiful afterthought of whoever came up with the bamboo based theme. The food is upmarket especially the paneer chilli dry. The mint mojito was a let down especially as it wasn't chilled as per expectation. The show stealer was the Chinese Ramboo sizzler. The prices are a bit of a pain to anyone browsing zomato for the same dishes though. Nevertheless an appreciated place to hangout.
I went to this place on Friday to celebrate my friend's birthday... I ordered paneer sizzler which was too good... Heard a lot about Heart shape pizza so ordered however it was as regular pizza only the shape is heart... Further ordered kaju onion and paneer tikka massala..and lattachhha paraatha... sabji was average in taste.. They need to workout seriously on this... Here i m putting this review on zomato i dont know how they will take action as i have seen previous reviews they were not up to the mark in Sabji taste still improvement not observed... Here i rated four star for their courties staff and fast service... :)

We went on one evening. Was not so hungry ordered Papad all time fav and Ginger beer non alcoholic. Also tried mojito on the rocks. Explored pasta in red sauce with garlic bread and it was tangily awesome. Also explored quesdillas. Missed on chocolate and cheese fondues and north indian cuisine. Surely going next time. Service was gr8 too. Liked the ambience of bamboo stuff all over in the mid of crowded streets it has trees and green stuff. Staff was coordial as well. Vamos.

We ordered Mexican Hot-Pot which is by far the best I had.
Also Cheese Fondue was better in taste !
Then we ordered Jalapeno Nachos which is supreme itself.

The ambience and setup of the restaurant is simple yet beautiful... Seating arrangements can be a problem for someone who doesn't prefer to sit on traditional style sofa/seats.
The food was excellent but the staff was even better..
We had visited with cousins and we are the naughty ones.. We tested the staff's patience and skills by making crazy statements and requests for food, water bottle and stuff.. But they were always smiling and doing their best to respond and serve us.
PS: No favorites here, but do try the 'Bartender Shots' :P

The food is really great especially the bambooza special shot and sizzlers. If you love spicy food and music, this place is for you. They have an outdoor as well as indoor seating arrangement. I liked outdoors since the music was louder and ambience (lanterns and bamboos) was better there. They even offer you the check in bamboo. The staff was really great too.
Being a fan of masala papad, I enjoyed that as well.
Nice cosy place to hangout.. the staff's behaviour is appreciable. There is an option for choosing in between indoor and outdoor seating and with winters approaching one must look out for trying Bambooza once.
