One of the most hygienic delivery places that takes utmost care in terms of quality and packaging along with the taste.
It's a very cozy and comfortable place to spend time with your loved ones or for meetings. There are seperate rooms, so you can have your personal space.

This place is absolutely lit with thier coffees and Ambience which feels like home. Some of the best items I had here includes- Peanut butter blend cold Coffee, Nutella Blend Coffee, Cranberry Coffee, And Coffee Mojito. In hot drinks I absolutely loved the black coffee prepared manually by siphon method whereas the cinnamon latte is something that can be improved because cinnamon here overpowers the taste of coffee which disappoints a coffee lover like me. The food is also good- try fusion fries and Pesto Ravioli or Tacos if you wanna stay safe on taste. Also, being a mushroom lover the cheesey mushroom was amazing for me. Apart from this the santa fe, baked Casanova and tango pizza were average.
So yeah, this place has my heart. Being a coffee person this is really an amazing place to try different types of coffee, they have many options available. The interior is eye-catching. A really nice place if you have date or any meeting.

They source their own coffee beans from partner farms in chikmanglur (Mandalkhan, Thogarihunkle, Tat Tvam and Crystal Valley estate) and Malabar. The coffee beans and handpick only the best green beans as per their list of requirements. So basically selecting 30 to 40 kg from a batch of 150 kg. These coffees are called micro lot.
They then roast the beans in select batches through their partner firm in Hyderabad as they have the best roasting machine in India (Giesen). This helps them get the tasting notes clearer while cupping. The coffees that they serve are usually roasted withing 10 to 12 days of reaching the cup, so that the aroma is intact.
They are also very particular in terms of brewing techniques.
So this cafe has a small small rooms which has 3-4 tables then a terrace and outside sitting arrangement.!

Being a part of popular chain of cafes in ahmedabad like Poetry, 650 Kitchen Roastery cultur set in bungalow decor is soothing, staff is friendly. Evening time its difficult to find place to enjoy food. Coming back food I had my usual coffee and spaghetti and paneer Gyros. Coffee was amazing, spaghetti was delicious and way I had habit with less sauce, but was highly disappointed by paneer Gyros not with the taste. Surprisingly it was sad that manager and chef both were not aware what gyros is.
Visited on a weekend, and wasn’t crowded. This cafe is made in a house, ambience is simple but really nice. Parking is a bit of a concern here I feel as you have to park on the road, they do have a security staff who takes care of it though.
They have open seating area in a balcony like place as well as indoor seating too. We visited during Christmas, so it was decorated with lights.
As soon as you enter, you can get the aroma of coffee. There are wide variety of hot and cold coffee with different flavours combined with it. They also had a Christmas special menu at that time.
Service was quick. They serve some healthy food options for those who follow keto diet. Food is a bit pricey I felt.
We tried their coffee and ‘fusion zigzag fries’ which was priced at INR. 220/-. It tasted delicious.
Hands down, roastery cultur is one of my favourite places in the city. It is a perfectly located cafe, with great coffee and extremely comfortable sitting arrangements. I have been going there since it opened and spent hours playing chess and reading books. The mushrooms they serve are delicious, the ice cream blended coffee is addictive and the blueberry cheesecake is worth fighting for. Also, the hot chocolate they serve is perfect for this cold weather.

Soulful emotional long post alert.
Since the winters have hit the town hard, coffee delights more for after dinner hang outs than ice cream.
We went to brewgarten yesterday to celebrate a small win of my artist wife @shikha kothari. And being a Saturday night, today we went to roastery cultur based on a recommendation on FIA with a couple of friends.
Upon entering we saw it as a cosy bungalow turned into a cafe, with White snowy paint and Christmassy golden lights. It looked like perfect European winter night type of ambience. With 60% occupancy on the outside. The scent and the feel of the place felt like it was screaming to be our regular go to place.
So as read in a review by viraj chandrana that nachos were amazing. Hence we tried over the top nachos, and on the recommendation by manager of the place, I tried milk mocha.
1. Over the top nachos -
There is something about opposite taste or textures of food when had together. It's just like more the merrier, the higher the variety of them in one bite the lovelier it is. I enjoyed the dish soulfully as it had crunchy nachos loaded with fluid cheese, olives, onion, capsicum, shredded cheese, molten cheese.
The moment brain tries to feel the fluids of cheese, barbeque sauce and others to enjoy the bite. There comes additional Bumper of crunch from nachos to remind that how blissful the experience of eating this is. From now on decided to go for such dishes more and more on visits to restaurants and cafes.
2. Milk mocha -
While ordering this I realised a life lessons, when in doubt hand it over to the expert with conveying all the information you have about what you want. I just asked the manager that I like milk based coffee more and he suggested milk mocha with 2 shots of espresso, milk and hot chocolate.
And and and and and dude dude dude dude, it arrived on the table it had the most amazing look with three layer of colors of coffee, with small warmth it was spreading around.
Then I took the first sip, to enjoy the beverage. Time stopped, brain stopped, only tongue, lips, and food Pipe was alive. It was a zenith moment of all the food experiences I have had In recent times. It was just that with that sip there was such a surge of happiness and sensation in body like oh my God oh my God oh my God, what have I found. How can it be so amazing. That sudden surge of happiness and tingling in whole body will be worth remembering forever.
Now coming to what caused it, why it happened like that, The foam of milk with a hint of chocolate sauce, was delighting my upper lip. The moment brain focuses on that sensation to enjoy it. The chocolate milk flows through smoothly your tongue, gut, food Pipe, diaphragm leaving a scent, after taste, hint, feel of it in every body cell it was passing through.
The smoothness and perfectly mixed taste of it felt like woh bachpan (aaj bhi karta hu) main maa ki God main sar rakh ke raat main jab pura din school main Kya kiya woh btate the, aur phir maa sar pe pyar se smoothly hath failati thi. Pta nhi kyu par waisa laga.
It was boom Batang dhoom dhandang todi nakhyu bhukyo Karin nakhyo. No matter how many times I go there, I don't know whether this experience will ever be recreated in life. I am forever grateful to the founders of this place for such a such a such a such a delightful experience. Then after first sip, I enjoyed the milk mocha drop by drop, gut by gut, sip by sip, touch by touch on tongue. While seeing me enjoying my mocha in estacy my friends concluded isko mocha chadh gayi.
Yes, I was high on mocha last night, once again I convey my sincere gratitude towards the founders of roastery cultur for such a delightful experience.

We ordered coffee mojito and Rum Barrel iced coffee. Right at the first sip I thought this is the best coffee I am having but but by the end I was sure that this is the best drink I have ever had.

Being an ardent coffee lover, I had to visit this place. So, its a two floor bungalow converted into a nice cozy café.
Ambience- It is very soothing and nice. I went upstairs where each room is spacious and has 2-3 tables only with beautiful decors.

I am not really a coffee person but I would not miss an opportunity to try different variants of coffees. Recently I got the chance to visit Roastery Cultur which was on my To Visit list since long and it turned out to be an insightful journey to the world of coffee. My guide was none other than Shikhar Pattani himself.
RC’s beverages menu is by far the most elaborate menu I have seen of a coffee shop wherein everything is explained so nicely and in detail. Roastery Culture actually follows the movement to produce high-quality coffee which is famously known as The Third Wave of Coffee.
Wikipedia describes TWC as the process wherein coffee is considered an artisanal food, like wine rather than a commodity. In simple words, coffee buyers are involved at all stages of production which includes improving coffee plant growing, harvesting and processing (including roasting).
Chikmagulur, a hill station in Karnataka which is also regarded as the birthplace of coffee culture. RC is acquiring their coffees from Thogarihunkal Estate/ Tat Tvam organic estate & Mandalkhan estate. You can read more in details about them on their menu!
Did you know coffee bean is a seed of the coffee plant and the source for coffee? The fruit of the coffee plant is referred to as a cherry.
Coming back to what I tried:
1: Cascara: Also known as the Coffee Cherry Tea, it is made from the dried skin of the coffee fruit. The taste is actually different from coffee but has a mildly sweet and cherry flavor which is surprisingly pleasant.
2: Nitro Cold Brew: In order to understand this one needs to know what a cold brew is? Under cold brewing, coarse-ground beans are soaked in water at a cool temperature for an extended period of over 16 hours. Under the Nitro version, the cold brew is charged with nitrogen which gives it a creamy head.
RC is actually one of the coffee shops in town which is trying to stand out from others by doing something that many establishments avoid indulging into. They are also keen on procuring their coffees locally.
I intentionally avoided trying hot brews during my visit as I wanted to be acquainted with the cold black coffees. Have kept the hot ones for my next visit!
Though not a coffee connoisseur, I have tried my level best to provide information accurately and in a simple manner that will help one understand Coffee more deeply!
I have been to a few roastaries in Hyd, and Bangalore. I was pleasantly surprised to see one in Ahmedabad. I was greeted by a smiling manager, Rajendra. The place is cozy and bright. They have multiple small enclosures for seating both indoor and outdoor. No over the top interiors, simple and neatly done. Ordered- cranberry coffee, cottage cheese roll, chilli garlic bread. The cranberry coffee was refreshing and different, the rolls unlike others wasn't soggy or chewy it had a crispy covering and nicely filled with cheese and paneer, garlic bread were 4 big slices, with a good balance of spice and cheese. The place is neat, food is great and reasonable. Great hospitality. Hence the 5 stars. Go ahead and give it a try. Ahmedabad has great roastry.
Actually the best coffee we’ve had in Ahmedabad and the only place we’ve seen where they serve an espresso the correct way - with a little bit of sparkling water on the side! I also tried the affogato with a little bit of hazelnut crunch and it was pretty good!
I also tried their avocado toast and will now never make guacamole without adding cucumbers in it - what a fabulous addition to avocado I absolutely loved it!
Nice place in the town for coffee and great food. Liked their minimal interior. Would recommend Nachos Bhel and Pesto Ravioli. Apart from being a bit expensive quantity wise, everything else is great about this place.
This place has amazing atmosphere. Been here many times and this place has never disappointed us. Inside and outside both seating are comfortable here.
We ordered cinnamon cappuccino, almond milk cappuccino & Pizza. Pizza was really good, proper thin crust with good amount of sauce and cheese pull. Coffee was lit 🔥.
This place is perfect to spend your evening and grab a bite. Cafe is Very aesthetic , calm and cozy. Gives you a different vibe.

Their coffees are really good, even the food options are interesting, but if you are planning to go there on a weekend then you might have to wait long hours before you can be seated and served. The place is well managed, neat and clean and the staff is friendly, courteous and know their menu well. The place is very well decorated for the ones really interested in clicking pictures, on every visit I found almost everyone there clicking. Best time to visit is evenings on weekdays.
The food was awesome. The ambience was good. Mr. Harsh gave nice service and thanks to chef.

This wa smh first time visit. Found it clean and spacious and cozy, there is outside seating also and it’s away from main road so not much nuisance. Enough parking space too the guard directs well. Kitchen is in separate building. Menu ordering is through QR code. Many option to eat and drink. Distinguished menu for beverages. They are known for their coffees though me being lactose intolerant I only had food and tasted a virgin mojito. There was biscoff flavour and orange flavour in coffee option which was unique that I found. Food was nice.. avocado toast could have been portion wise a lil more . But it was the as it should be,fresh crunchy.. pasta was yumm just the way I wanted it to be in pink sauce. Portion was appropriate. And the thai green rice was also super with a huge portion of rice. We were full and satiated . Thanks
Wonderful place to dine. The very atmosphere and ambience welcomes you right from the entrance! Food will literally mesmerise you for sure. The gamut of coffees would startle you in a good manner! I wish the chairs were more comfortable.
Spent a funn evening with my best friend @roastery.cultur & walked out with a happie heart!

• Zig zag Fries - which was a accompanied with yum cocktail sauce 🤤
The spices and veggies in the fries turned out rather delicious
• Watermelon mojito - very natural and balanced. I was so happy there was no extra added sugar. Tastes exactly how I like it.
• Pesto Ravioli - Stuffed Ravioli tossed in cheesie pesto sauce, Super rich, delicious and flavorful. Loved it 💕

Roastry culture is one of the knows places for its easy going vibe and tasty food. A must visit place; especially for the coffee lovers to try there variant coffee recipes!!☕
One of the highly recommended place to go. Nice ambience, taste of food and polite staff as well. Menu has good options, one must try coffee. There are both seatings indoor as well as outdoor.
Loved the vibe, interior aesthetics and background music :peaceful seating area. Hygiene space and good cutlery. One can try Mocha Latte, zigzag fries, ravioli and other menu too.
Lively ambiance and great food. There beverage as well as food menu have wholesome of great options. Loved their cinnamon latte, worth trying.
Service was not top notch; rather felt hurried. So I do not suggest this place if you are looking forward to a peaceful conversation or just want to chill out for long hours!
Food and ambience good. Only so noisy place.
Food was not that good, thought Margarita Pizza would be amazing but it tastes so bad and didn't like it at all. Mint Mojito and Cappuccino was good enough and have ordered white sauce pasta that too is good.
Overall food is not according to expectations but the ambience and vibe is good enough.
I just love brewery cafes , and now we have 3-4 brew cafes in Ahmedabad,

Staff is also cooperative and friendly,
Outside seating area is really good,
But inside seating area specially first floor room is not that good for groups seating, you will have echo of your voice and others surrounding you, can't have personal conversation.
So overall it's great and I'll definitely visit again. And suggest to others.
