It’s my family’s favourite Pizzeria in Ahmedabad. That says it all.

That's how much I appreciate and trust the pizzas from this place. And the declaration comes after having tried pizzas at several places. Their pizzas are perfect for my palate - the right balance of sauce and toppings on the best thin crust I've sampled for a while now. Personal favourites (and strongly recommended) are:
* Grilled Chicken Pizza
* Explosion Pizza
* Chicken Overload Pizza
* Veggie Overload Pizza
Just one teeny weeny complaint, I've ordered the Veggie Overload twice now and requested they leave out the mushrooms as I'm allergic to them. Had to pick them out both times so decided against ordering it again. Wonder if it’s because you don't make this pizza without the mushroom?

Ordered a large Volcano Pizza and Veggie Overload Pizza
Volcano Pizza: 4/5. A Lott of peppers and Chilly 😋. I am not the biggest chilli fan to be tru but it was a nice thin crust.
Veggie Overload Pizza: 4.5/5. Generous amount of veggies.
In both the Pizzas, the amount of cheese was just perfect!
Literally the best Margherita pizza I have ever had. The pizzas are made to perfection. The outlet at Vastrapur is a takeaway, but my friends and I have eaten there a couple of times on the ONE table they have outside. Even when we order the Pizzas home, they are still super crisp. The margheritta and explosion pizzas are my favorite.

Awesome is an understatement.... my entire family is a fan of this place, whenever I visit Ahmedabad for work, I literally I have to take away a minimum of 5 large pizzas back home to Rajkot.

Never been to their outlet personally as 1-2 times I’ve ordered online and test of the time had their pizzas at the different different food fest and not saying this coz I am a pizza lover but really these people make amazing pizza. Specially their Volcano & Veggi overloaded pizza 😋

This is my favourite place to have pizza, although the shop in Vastrapur is a takeaway but the quality of pizza is amazing. Love the simple approach of NMB of making pizza. The toppings are great and the pizza is always cooked well. A must try out for all pizza lovers.
Very nicely done 🍕. Went to their outlet. Basically takeaway, but they have one bench placed out for three people. Pizzas are made in hygienic way. The pizzas are yummilicious and surprisingly light on stomach. A great outlet for pizza lovers.

Pizzas are top notch, although this place is not a single person deal. Although the Pizza sizes are big, they are definitely a must when a party is thrown together. Tastes absolutely amazing, the base is perfectly soft and holds the stuff on top - unlike the cardboard like things that usually is the norm.
A great place with a great startup story put up on the wall of the restaurant. Tried the volcano pizza. The pizzas are very tasty on not at all heavy on pocket.

No Mad Baker was one of that #Pizza place which was talk of the town but I missed it to order from but I finally did it...and I must say it was way above my expectations...It was just yummy....I ordered Cheesy spicy #GarlicBread #Doughsticks and #ItalianBakedPizza... the best of three of Garlic Bread...Its full of cheese and like a pull out breads...You must order it if you like cheesy with a spicy hint...Pizza base was perfectly baked a toppings were perfectly spread....But Dough sticks are waste of money so just avoid it...May be restro lost 1 star for the dough stick as it s nothing unique...But for pizza and Garlic bread this must be in your top 3 choices..
How do they surprise me every time ?
This is probably 7th or 8 th time I have ordered from my personal fav pizzeria ... and never have I been disappointed.
I got a call asking me about the pizza and what I liked and what I didn’t. ( they pay attention to their customers , proactively )
And the best part have been constantly evolving their menu , with every interval there is a new addition in menu.
Love the focused approach to pizza , perfect dough , perfect tomato sauce ... amazing customer service.

Few places serve authentic pizza and No Mad Baker is one of them. Good quality of pizza sauce and toppings. Some more cheese could have been great.
Just love your taste. The seating is not there in vastrapur. And also Abit difficult to spot the pizzeria. Prices are normal. Adding few more options in the menu would be nice.

I have been in love with this place since day 1 and there isnt even a slightest of possibility that you can go wrong with the order here. Toppings were perfect in quality and quantity, taste was mouth watering and the best part - the pizzas never feel dry or hard on ur gum. We ordered in n they were delivered hot and on time to us. The pizza was delivered late. It was burnt and not hot at all. Overall disappointing experience.
Edit: After posting the above review, they were kind enough to call and know what the problem was and gave us another free pizza the next day. This one was better and not burnt at all. Full marks to their customer service.

Such perfect crust, such perfect toppings, just the right amount of gravy and cheese.. Basically everything just perfect.
Recommended pizzas: Volcano, Italian Cheese Bake and Margarita.
Reserving the last 1 Star for the much talked about Chocolate Tart about which I have heard a lot. They always ran out of those whenever we have been there. Hoping to try that out soon.
Top class pizza in Ahmedabad..way better than dominos. Worth it. I would recommend it to every pizza lover. This is only take away place. But you can eat there also

This is my second review , because I had to.
This is a delivery/takeaway only restaurant with a vintage twisted staircase. We ordered there Chicken overloaded pizza. Pizza came in medium crust dough, no thin crust available. Taste wise the pizza was beautiful, with a soft dough and it was really overloaded with chicken. Loved it.
Hands down the best non-vegetarian pizzas in Ahmedabad.
Had their "The Mad" pizza which certainly made us go crazy. Generous amount of meat.
Certainly a go-to place for take away.
If you get bore from going dominos or pizza hut for your pizza cravings then here's the solution. They serve amazingly delicious pizza. Their cheese garlic bread is a must try thing. There's only one thing I dislike is they don't provide seating area and you have to take away your order. Overall a great place to have pizza 🍕.

Read more below for an interesting story about a pizza heist.
[4: 03 pm] I ordered a Mushroom and Paprika 12 inch pizza for myself (perfect cheese consistency, amazing flavor, the right amount of oils and the best pastry crust I've nibbed on).
[4:04 pm] Since I wasn't home I asked the delivery guy to drop it on the cupboard outside my house so that I can pick it up later when I come back from my friend's place who lived right upstairs.
[4:31 pm] The delivery arrived(amazing delivery time), I got a call from the boy as requested, he was at the right place since he identified a mural on the wall outside and a camera near it and said he has dropped off the pizza, and even had the courtesy of offering to place the pizza in a better place for safety and to avoid any spoiling.
[4:43 pm] I went looking for it precisely 12 minutes later and it was nowhere to be found. Pretty literally vanished into thin air. I looked around everywhere, above and below all cupboards outside and on all the other floors, it was nowhere to be found.
[5:35 pm] I called the delivery boy again for details about where he left it and if he could help me deduce where it was. Nothing new
[5:45 pm] I don't have the sort of neighbors who'd steal pizza, mostly because they're too old to chew or digest it (they're awesome). Here's another kicker- the cameras outside my gate which overlook the whole lobby had been off since that very afternoon due to power outages.
Now this isn't to say that the delivery guy took it, he was a pretty nice guy who called me twice to double check if he had followed my instructions carefully or that No Mad Baker was at fault here in any way (They are too busy making the world a better place). Without a doubt, if there's any shred of mistake, it's on my end.
But this is something I simply had to share because either I am really stupid for not knowing what happened to it, or someone pulled off an Ocean's Eleven heist for this pizza.
Whichever it is, if someone's willing to pull a heist on this baby, there is no reason for you to not try it.
After trying it, do comment/share if you'd steal the pizza too (if you had the chance to) (because it's so good)

Ordered their 12" Popeye Pizza with mushrooms extra toppings. Totally loved it. The bread was also very soft & excellent in quality.
Excellent service as well. The pizza was delivered in less than expected time that too on a Saturday evening a day before new year eve.

The White Walker pizza- We don't have mushrooms so requested for bell peppers to which they agreed.

All-loaded pizza- A delight for veggie lovers! We specially told them to put extra gravy due to which it tasted really good.(4/5)

We ordered 2 pizzas and both were outstanding. The 'mad pizza' was of bursting with amazing flavours. You don't need any chilli flakes or Italian herbs to be added in their pizza's as they have already mastered their sauces and balanced their flavours beautifully. The staff who helped me carry our takeaway to our vehicle was polite and very friendly. Excellent place totally worth our 12km ride to pick up the pizza!
Ordered chicken grill pizza , nice in taste n timely delivery. Just a suggestion.. pizza was too soft ...Ask us whether we want it more toasted n crunchy.
Wow. That was some good pizza. Ordered the all time classic and my favourite Pepperoni pizza. What made it more impressive was the delivery time. They delivered in almost half the estimated time. The cheese and pizza sauce were really good and complimented the pepperoni really well.
Had the All 3 and volcano pizzas.. perfectly baked crusts.. neither too fluffy nor to crispy.. the toppings were fresh Nd had lots of flavours.. too good to miss.
I love their Pizza. Definitely worth it. Pricing wise you may find No Mad Baker at par with Dominos, but quality wise, they're quite superior to Dominos. Actually not comparable, No Mad Baker is the BEST!

Now the 12 inch pizza delight was an appreciated effort. Very basic offerings from the No Mad Baker. The quantity was appetite satisfying which is good for the price asked. It will be good to see some new unheard experiments from such a potent eatery against competition. The other bit improvement which maybe might help is the quality of the bread utilised. The delivery was compitent but that did take a toll on leaving the pizza a bit cold. Would expect a better packaging and better quality bread as a suggestion. Still, a thumbs up for the attempts made!
Best pizza in town. They have recently opened a restaurant but till nowit was just a delivery cum take away joint. Yummy pizzas that remind me of our trip to venice everytime i eat them.

Our experience was superb and we really enjoyed. Had yummy pizza after long time.
We ordered:
1) Italian Cheese Bake Pijja : As per the name, it contained the gravy that we are used to eat at our favorite joints since ages, topped up with jalapenos.
2) Volcano : Not that spicy as the name suggests, but was a fair deal,containing the combination of Red paprika, jalapenos and green pepper.
3) Cheesy Garlic Bread : Not that usual bread which we get across all the places. I liked this one shaped up as pull apart bread.
Tasty pizza.. We can see while they make. If you prefer non veg you can try atleast once. Base is soft.. As they don't have a place to sit and eat takeaway is preffered

Love their pizza. They are quite generous with their toppings and you eat them fresh and hot if you make your way here. Prices are decent. You will never order from a conventional pizza store after this! The Vastrapur place is the only one I have been to, this is mostly a takeaway outlet and so there is only one table that seats four. They have another space on prahladnagar I hear of that has more seating.
Best pizzas in town... I fell in love with their pizzas since the first bite... Pizza style of how pizzas are kindof made in USA or Europe... Differently good... It shows how much they have adopted their pizzas from the creators of pizzas... With only one backdrop... Only take aways and deliveries... 😅And I think their prahladnagar branch is also shut 😭

It's been a rare experience being able to taste authentic pizza flavours in Ahmedabad! I came upon No Mad Baker from a recommendation by a friend after he heard me ranting about how none of the pizza restaurants seemed to have a clue how to make good pizza base dough or understand proportion/ ratio of toppings to cheese to bread.
On trying them out a few months ago, I was super impressed with the pizzas from No Mad Baker. The pizza base was on point - the thin crusts were just right and the medium crusts were almost NY style. Also, the pizza sauce was well balanced and not overpowering in flavour. Finally, the choice of toppings, especially the non-veg ones were a revelation!
Also, they are really consistent and in having ordered from them a half a dozen times in the last few months I can say that they are without doubt the best pizza joint in Ahmedabad!
4 Stars because there is always room for improvement but truely they're pretty close to being perfect!
I am an absolute pizzaholic and this is the best pizza you will find in ahmedabad.
My favourite is Chicken Overload Pizza and it has been fabulous! I have never really tried their vegetarian pizzas but my vegetarian friends seem to love it.
I have never had any issues with delivery or packaging.

Delicious Pizzas. An unexpected find in Ahmedabad. Pizzas which had not been tweaked with local flavors! Each pizza had a different taste. The pizza base was munchy even after getting cool as we had done a takeaway. Super place for pizza lovers!
