It is a privilege to visit and have varieties of food in Saffron. The food quality is unbeatable and service is very fast. The unlimited food category is sublime and taste matches like anything.

The food was undoubtedly tasty and like other saffron outlets it had a huge variety in it's unlimited lunch offer. The best place to have unlimited lunch with fam. The only thing we didn't like was they serve ice cream as a dessert at last which we expected to be gulab jamun or some other variety as the other saffron outlet had a variety of sweets for their desert in unlimited lunch. So compare the menus of unlimited lunch of different saffron outlets as all are somewhat different. And the other "MAJOR" thing I didn't like was that they have a small area for their restaurant as compared to the crowd they have, as a result the waiters keep on coming every 5 mins to serve the next thing "EVEN IF WE SAID WE WOULD TAKE IT AFTER WE FINISH IT" which is very irritating as they stand on your head for hurring up . literally they took the food away even when we said that we WILL take it after we complete ours . and yes the paneer makhanwala was not good i taste and yes the man who takes the order should ask us except for taking the decision on his own that out of the four to five indian breads which we ordered which two would you like to be served (yes we ordered four indian breads and he told he told only two as he knew we wouldn't be able to eat (yes it was true but he should atleast ask for our choice)) . else the food quality and variety was the best.

The food is as well and good as Gurukul outlet has The ambiance is open under the sky will give you different feels with food we had taken unlimited dinner and it was amazing BBQ as always specialty of their and that Khakhro is too BUT there is some mistake made by them We are pure JAIN people and in salads plates we got tomatoes and cucumber are chopped by onion tasted knives. No harsh feelings just hoping next time I’ll get it in better way and management should consider it too

Saffron is a famous chain of restaurant specialised in North Indian food . This place is located at Lane opposite Jalaram Temple Paldi.
Ambience : The restaurant is having 2 types of seating arrangements , one is open air which being roof top offers good ambience,and other one inside the hall . Adjoint with sankalp you can order from sankalp menu as well. Being lunch time with rain around , we preferred inside arrangement.
Food : We had unlimited lunch consists of 2 Soups, 3 starters , 3 veg. , pasta ,salad , dal rice , and ice cream with pani puri shots and a spoon of Lassi as complementary things.
Since inception , Saffron has been specialised in Barbecue starters , placed with small coal firing unit placed on tables , and this place continuous the legacy of good taste. All other preparations were well made . Pan ice cream needs a special mention , different from the usual pan ice creams where you have flavour of the leaf only , while here it was with complete pan taste.
Service was slow due to rush on Sunday lunch time .
Overall this place offers good ambience- recommended for dinner in open terrace part , food options of sankalp & Saffron. Service needs some improvement.
The unlimited package is good; but some times the menu in the package is not good. The food quality and taste is good. Service little slow and particularly at this outlet.

WE went there on subday at paldi saffron ... it was so busy but we got our table on the time given and the food was so delicious .. the cherry on the top was live music yes , we enjoyed like anything. Great food and good service ... everything was just perfect as we expected..
The place is awesome ! There are classical music artist present playing ghazal tunes or song tunes of interest of people... The service is content food was also good... But the terrace seating is breathtaking.. There's fountain in the middle of the place....and the lightings are also outrageous... A must visit guys ! 😉

Service - there was one person who take the order & one who make the order. Service was pretty good.
Order - I ordered JAIN Food and Non-JAIN Food as well for my colleagues. Food was good. Though half of the tables were empty, I found that timing delivery was late.
Price & menu : price wise you can find it little bit costly compared to its quantity.
Experience: overall my experience at Saffron was decent & looking forward to try their other varieties.

Recently tried their newly launched winter menu, Must try their unlimited food which includes soup, starters, barbecues, baked dish, dessert and main course. I loved makke di roti, sarson da saag, haryali Garlic Naan, baingan da bharta & Lehsuni Paneer.
