Being born and bought up in Delhi, one thing i missed the most was a Giani Icecream and hence i was sooper dooper excited to hear about giani coming up in ahmedabad. Tried my all time favorite, their litchi icecream. But as soon as i opened the delivery i had my doubts.. doesnt look anything close to the one's we have in delhi. There we can literally see real litchi pieces .. this one though did have litchi pieces but the pieces looked and tastes a little weird. The texture was different and the taste was lacking a bit.
Verdict: If you never had a giani icecream before , then you are going to love it.. but if you are someone who had prior experience with giani in delhi, you maybe in for a disappointment. Recommended.
Loved their Lychee and Punjabi Special Cone Flavour. Those who love Tutti Frutti in their ice-cream as a topping must definitely try the Punjabi Flavour. Along with Lychee flavour, also tried Mango icecream. Both these are seasonal fruits available for this season and seemed to be very natural and pure just liked they said there was no sugar added in it.
The other best part of it was the seating area where one can enjoy the ice-cream while going back to one's childhood days. Their walls have amazing stuff to discuss on with friends and family about ancient cars, bikes, objects, and much more.
This is a must try ! The variety of flavors knocks you off and they have a hip sitting area in the basement. They have many sugar free flavors as well. To top off the awesome lip smacking flavors , the hospitality of the people is amazing. They recommend tasting a lot of flavors before deciding upon our final selection. It has a wide range of flavors starting from fruity to chocolate to coffee flavors. It’s a must try for sure .

Ordered a few ice creams and all were rich and nice. The Rose ice cream in particular is incredible. Never had this flavour with real gulkand before! Will be buying regularly for sure!
Wow great to see from delhi Giani ice cream now in Ahmedabad. Being an icecream lover i always look for new icecream shops and i visited the Giani icecream specially the hot chocolate fudge my favourite one.
I was delighted to see this famous ice cream chain from Delhi in Ahmedabad. As expected the ice cream was fantastic, especially kulfi falooda and hot chocolate fudge. The owner is a friendly and welcoming person. Although the outlet is small, there are sufficient chairs outside. Do visit the place to relive the Delhi moments. :)
New flavours , for sure a must try if you are a ice cream lover. Prices are acceptable according to quantity and quality. For sure a must try.
Well it's been 3-4 months I'm going twice every week and trust me the quality and flavours of ice cream is just wow. I've tried sundaes, kulfi, stone icream and many other flavour and the richness is what I loved.

Had a coffee, faluda and shakes. All are up to the mark but not with the price. Bit costly as per expectation. For taste no doubt at all. Must try!♥️
Good flavours but menu on the higher side. But still according to the taste price is acceptable. A young couple is managing the outlet ask them for options. For sure Will love to visit again.
Visited this place yesterday with family. A small outlet, near Mansi circle, it was an unassuming place. We walked in, and the owner straightaway offered us their best chocolate and best fruit flavor for tasting. Both were amazing. We ordered cold stone sundaes, chocolate killer, Punjabi special and Fruit passion. Dad isn't into sundaes so he went for strawberry falooda.
All the 4 were just amazing. Even with something as monotonous as chocolate, they do a wonderful job and I absolutely lovedy chocolate killer. But the best one was 'Punjabi special'. A nice, fruity flavor topped with jelly. Awesome.
Looking at the quality, the pricing is reasonable and certainly value for money.
Will I visit again? YES.
Should you order their ice cream online? Well, I don't like ice cream delivered, so I will say, no. You can, if you are familiar qith their flavors. But I would still suggest to go there and get that sundae. Totally worth it!!

Giani - A well known name in ice cream industry.. This brand name belongs to Delhi basically and now expanding in India.. Wide range to select from for ice creams, falluda, kulfi, sundae, italian gelato and shakes..
After trying some of the good varieties I ordered Punjabi Delight & Red Velvet Ice Cream as I was aiming to have some thing apart from chocolate.. Red Velvet was bit more sweet but Punjabi Delight was good.. I tried some of the chocolate options as well before purchasing these two and all of those were good.. Some of the varieties on the menu are certainly good and unique to try..
Talking about ambience, I liked the theme as it represents Ahmedabad City.. Seating capacity is not that bigger as it is just small shop and if some chairs are accommodated outside of the shop then I am sure more people would be interested to visit this place to enjoy some good time and having some good ice creams with friends and family..

I have heard its a popular ice cream place opened in the city. After hearing a lot of praises we decided to try this. The outlet is small in size so it can’t accommodate more people. Here’s what we tried
Chocolate killer - Its a stone sundae in a waffle cup. Lots of chocolate and people who like dark chocolate will definitely like this one.
Hot chocolate fudge - Its one of their bestseller and the hot fudge is super yummy and goes perfectly with vanilla ice cream. If the presentation was in a bowl then it would have been more convenient to eat and even would have lookrd better.
Ice cream with fresh mango - Its the season of mangoes so how can i miss out on this. Fresh mango slices with vanilla ice cream is a delight and a must try for everyone.
Kuch nahi sundae - Kuch nahi sundae had almost everything. I don’t even remember what all they had put in but the taste was just decent enough.
Punjabi special - This had the jellies and nuts in a stone cold ice cream and served in a waffle base. This is one more flavour worth a try.
Mango shake - Refreshing and highly recommended for everyone.
Brownie shake - I felt this needs a bit of modification as the taste didn’t justify the brownie or the chocolate taste completely.
Overall its a very good ice cream place with some noteworthy and yummilicious flavours.

During my culinery journey of Delhi, I was quite lucky to visit the historical food joints of Old Delhi which invariably represents the food culture of the National Capital.
I visited Giani Ice cream in Delhi and relished their Patiala Size Mango Shake and another day Rabdi Falooda. Promoted by Sardar Gurucharan Singh in 1956, this place has always been one of the Gadtronomical Temple for food lovers.
Today I visited franchisee of GIANI Ice cream - Ahmedabad located Nr. Mansi Cross Road, Judges Bunglow Road, Ahmedabad. I dont know but I always get attractated to ice cream in Ahmedabad over Shakes. I ordered my favourite and timeless summer treat- Litchi Ice Cream. I was told that it is made from real litchi fruit and pure milk.
Yeah. . It was a perfect balance of sweet and tart with light floral taste. Litchi is 90% water and difficult to create perfect taste in ice cream as it tend to crystalize at the time of freezing. But this was so perfectly made, that although loaded with large chunks of fruit, none of them was crystalized.
Apart from relishing 2 cups of litchi ice cream, I sampled their
chocolate whisky - must try to know how the whisky taste in this dry state.
Fresh Mango - must hv for mango lovers. I also relished their mango shake here.. but try it only if you are two or really hungry.
Rose - if you want to get lost in taste, texture and aroma.. this is must.
Most of the flavors are made from natural ingredients and are refreshingly delicious.
Still unconvinced ? You need to visit this place.

We were headed up to this place on monday to kill and chill our mondayblues with fellow friends (a group of 10). Giani ice-cream is delhi based ice-cream family run brand established in 1958. And now they are expanding PAN india.
First when entered the place it's very small and cosy outlet covered with a wall of ahmedabadi theme and memes. Very attractive!

With so many interesting flavors it was quite difficult to choose but they were super patient and allowed us to sample several flavours. The ice cream is wonderfully creamy and rich.
The owner were courteous and suggested various flavours
superb ice Creams..lots of choices .i had chocolate whiskey a new flavour ,which is delicious, tried berry icecream (a mix of all berries ) very delicious again.surely will visit it again.mango shake was original Delhi taste ,keep it up

This is the BEST ice cream store. Sandeep is wonderful, they have a huge delicious range of traditional and very yummy interesting combinations. Also tasters ! And the sugar cones are delicious.
