I ordered executive meal box from here. The food was nicely packed and was delicious. The food pack consisted of Aloo mattar, Pander subzi, Dal, tawa roti, papad and dal ka halwa. Everything was delicious. Definitely would order again.
I visited place on New Year at noon 1 PM there was no waiting. Thanks as its new place and less people are aware about it. Food quality was good, Taste can be improved for sabzi. Service was good. Ambiance is really good. For 2 it cost around 650. Capacity of restaurant is around 80 pack's. Can give a try as all other well known places for Gujarati Thali are packed on weekend.

On my visit to Ahmedabad when I asked around for a good thali place, panchavati gaurav is a name that came up quiet prominently and so I decided to go visit.
The place has been done up quiet beautifully. Ample seating space, big enough to have a gathering for family and friends.
The food is simply outstanding here!!
Authentic Gujarat taste and what variety, I fell in love instantly on having just one look at the place.
Its not an experience worth missing.

When in Ahmedabad how can 1 not savour the taste of Gujarati food. So we head out on a Sunday lunch to a Gujarati restaurant and find 1 hour wait. Though Panchvati Gaurav was not the first choice we were delighted that we went there. Service was very good.
Panchvati Gaurav though is a fixed Thali meal concept restaurant it serves a mix of Rajasthani and Gujarati food. The food here was pretty good. Dal Baati, Khatti Karhi, Mithi Kardhi, Dahi ki Bhindi, Poori, Chaas, etc......everything was very well flavoured and aptly served by the very attentive team.

I liked the idea of serving two type of kadhi ( thikhi & Mithi ) however Gujarati thali Menu needs some more new introduction. I haven't tried their Rajasthani thai yet so no idea about that.
Also needs some improvisation on service - things like sweets and farsan they serve very slow - sometime you feel they do it intentionally :)
One of the best thali we had till date. This place was a total surprise because very few restaurants serve amazing Jain Thali. For all the Foodies who love indulging in Thali food this is a must visit place. This restaurant was quite spacious with decent ambience and the best part was quick prompt and amazing service which is very rare.
We were clean bowled by the Sev Tomato veggie, Paneer Veggie and Aam Ras and to top it over they had amazing Sheera to satisfy your sweet tooth craving.
Overall it was an amazing experience and we are definitely visiting this place again.

Have a heard about well balanced food?! Ya you would find it here. Absolutely awesome food. We had taken unlimited gujarati thali dinner. Every piece of it was very very delicious. Salad, chutney, kabab, dhokla, gatte nu saal, bataka sabji, paneer sabji and mix veg sabji, roti, paratha, corn paratha, basundi, puran puri, khichdi, rice, 2 daals and 2 kadhis. All things were amazing. I would specially mention staff people who very good in nature. They made good service.

If you have not come here, you have missed on a great place then. Having a thali here is an experience in itself. I dont understand why people dont know about this place. Had been to this place with my parents. The moment you enter this place, it has a very nice and soft ambiance. The food was really amazing ! Nothing too sweet at all. Every item was perfectly balanced. The service is really very quick and clean. The staff was really very co-operative. They made sure to ask or bring in things which we were gobbling up. The owner, Ms. Mamta made sure everything was good with us and took our feedback too. I really really loved this place and its worth the money. Management, Keep up the good work ! And those who are big thali fans, do come here and gorge on the food.

Visited it on 22.02.2017 and loved the wholesome experience! I generally don't like typical Gujarati food but food at Panchvati Gaurav was very well cooked with a great taste! Staff is very courteous and ambience was very peaceful! I would certainly recommend it! :)

Yeah this review is pretty long . But the fact that I have taken time out and written in so many words means that it is definitely a place worthy of visits of speciality and delicious cuisine lovers .
Well I was on a Brief Visit to Ahemedabad on 5th Nov and had been craving for some good Rajasthani cuisine .
A friend of mine who had heard of this new place in prime locality of Ahmedabad suggested me Panchwati Gaurav .
If hospitality and personal touch makes any difference to you this is the place .
If hearing of Dal Bati whets yours appetite , you need not look any further .
The place serves Rajasthani on weekends I believe their Gujarati preparation is as good as you may find anywhere in Gujarat as I ended up taking dinner there again a few days back
If I write any more than this you will think , I got paid but believe me I am a true gourmet cum Maven ( if you have read Tipping Point) and I promised the gentleman who owns this place that I will definitely put in a few words for the efforts they put in . I think Amit was his name .

I’m fan of Gujarati food but I don’t like sweet things. So I am very selective when it comes to try traditional Thali’s. My recent visit to Panchavati Gaurav, a new food joint that serves authentic Gujarati and Rajasthani Thali, was pleasant one.
As they were filling up the plate, my heart was beating with joy and at same time wondering how would I finish all the yummy stuff. But I did. Here’s a brief of what was served in the plate.
Excellent food,just right cooked, well defined spreads and tasty, non oily and greasy with hygiene, spices up to mark. We'll attend by promoter and curious to take Feedback's for improvement. Will make sure to go again as & when we get a tingle to have a dine out for mixed Gujarati and Rajasthani tasty food. Best was cool staff as they never were crowding the serve in thali. It's an uttarayan day and they made our day by their great quality of food. Everybody is happy having a tasty and delicious food during festival. Generally, during festival rush time, I found many restaurants compromise on quality in order to serve more customers but these guys are not one of them.
Their delivery delicious food which was very well packed and hot! All sabjis are great. We liked undhiyu and Dhokli sabji the most. Fruit salad was yummy... ROTIs were good too!
So it was a good choice and recommend to have their food once... now I can't wait to go their and enjoy their dine in experience!

The ambience of the restaurant is simple but classy. Very neat and clean place to dine. Coming to the thali I opted for rajasthani one with complementary dalbati on that day!! There were four sabjis with typical rajasthani kadhi, farsan and sweets ending with desert.
The items were well cooked and tested nice with correct amount of oil and spices... sandwich dokla and square dalwada were a good change as farsan.... Service was very nice...
At the end a very good dining experience especially in the days where thali eating has become a hurried eating & express businesss..!!

Very Good Food, Excellent Packaging, Great Service
1. Food(4.5/5): Food was very good in quantity, quality and taste. A very sumptuous meal. 0.5 cut for being a bit oily.
2. Packaging and Heigine(5/5): Haven't had a better packaged lunchbox in this range. See photo. Very clean, heigenic and classy.
3. Service(5/5): The guy called me beforehand to mention unavailability of an item and asking for other preference.(Unlike some big names who deliever wrongly and then cuatomer has to run behind to complain). Delievered in 20 mins after ordering.
I just hope they continue to provide and sustain the customer experience. I'll be surely a regular now onwards.
the taste of the food was damn good, not many restaurant provide guj and raj in same thalli but this one is a win win on both the cuisines, service was good too, 300rs per person nd getting so much variety😍, total steal, the ambience was well too, "paet bhar gaya, par mann nahi bhara" would visit it very soon again!
Was in Ahmedabad with family and went with Zomato's recommendation on this place - they lived up to the reviews.
The food quality was excellent and was served unlimited but always in appropriate quantities (liked the fact that they went conscious about not wasting). Each dish was tastier than the earlier. Especially loved white beans vegetable and the Strawberry flavoured Basundi.
Most importantly was their service and attitude. We were made to feel special especially my 5 year old.
Would surely recommend for fine dining (unlimited) at very reasonable price - do not miss this when you are in Ahmedabad next.

As Devine the name is, Place is too for Thali Lovers. Enjoyed the delicious food this Sunday Evening with family. Even my son, who is fond of Pizzas, Loved the Food here. Starters are very tasty and Fresh. Vegetables are not much oily as you will find in other thali joints. They serve Fulka Rotis, Puris, Bhakri and Bajre ka rotla. Best part of the meal were sweets. Fruit Custurd was to die for. Don't remember exactly but had 5 to 6 bowls if it. At the end, you are served Rice n Dal and Kadhi Khichdi. And here to mention, they bring washing your hands service before n after the meal to your table. Good idea. Overall a full some Experience. Lets come to the price, @ 299/- Inclusive of taxes is a great deal.

Nice Thai. They serve your three to four bowls which consisted daal, 2 sabzi, kadhi sometimes,+daal baat churma, khichdi, maal pua, aam ras,butter milk, moong daal halwa, kachodi, chapatis, rice as per ur wishing.... N bill is near about 650 for two Thai..
