Very good place , good quality, well behaved guys, it is becoming expensive but better than many places by far . I love everything they make , good quality food and confectionery, pastries, cakes ,sandwiches ,puffs ,can't find a flaw in anything they make . I've been going there since 2005.

Do not be fooled by the small shop, it packs the perfect combination of great taste, authentic cuisine and fantastic ambience. Visit for having a nice time with friends and family. What they lose in a large sitting area, they compensate for it in the delicious dishes. I've been there multiple times
I have ordered cake a couple of times, recently i ordered pineapple cakes which was good and pricing was also ok.Satff behaviour was good.
Their Veg Puff test very good but to costly
With same test i buy it cheaply from elsewhere
The staff at this branch is quite respectful and helpful. They will be a good option if you want to grab something or actually sit and dine

I have been eating at upper crust since 15year But this bopal branch of yours served me ill cooked and raw mutton frankie served ,it was a waste and trying to cover their cooks fault i m really disappointed with the careless service here

Nice and quiet restaurant, excellent location, great food, amazing dessert, their upper crust special is finger licking good.
