One of the best places in Ahmedabad to have Chinese food. I love this place for its ambience and superb food quality. Although the service is somewhat questionable (staff is courteous at all and very well behaved) as it takes almost 40-45 minutes to serve food after its ordered but there is no question on the food quality. I simply love the taste it offers. We always order both veg and non veg dishes and each dish that is served is always yummy and tasty. It's Singapore noodles, fried rice, dumplings, soup .....all are must try.
Excellent food. This is the only place in Ahmedabad where you can have authentic Chinese food.
Food was excellent. The service was great and very welcoming. Went on a weekday night and the ambiance was lovely and had a great time with family and friends. Tasty dishes and many vegetarian options to choose from.One of the best Thai curries I have had and the deserts were a great way to end the family gathering!

One of the best places in Ahmedabad to have Chinese food. Currently they don't have lamb dishes on their menu. But make sure to ask the waiter for lamb options, and they shall surprise you!
Their Oriental crispy lamb, eight treasure soup, General Tao's chicken and chicken fried rice are a must try.

Reasonable prices with good quantity of food
The place is inside a mall and is very well made. It’s spacious and has a good ambience.
The food was slightly spicy for our taste but it was otherwise delicious. The quantity was also very good.
The staff was very courteous and helpful and the service was extremely prompt and good.
Restaurant was beautiful, food was good... Just that I felt it's again an Indian varient of Chinese food... And JAIN option is innovative.... Must visit as it's one of the best option for oriental food...
If it's Chinese,It's MAINLAND CHINA. Mainland China isn't just a name, it's a brand. So when it comes to consistency with Asian delicacies, Mainland China is the first name that pops up in our minds. They have been synonymous with providing consistent and high quality Asian cuisine across their numerous outlets. Coming to the service, everything was taken care of very nicely. The staff members are very well behaved and courteous. So visit there for the authentic Chinese delicacies.😋😋
I am not a Chinese fan, however this is the only place where I feel like having Chinese because of its authentic taste. We ordered hakka noodles and dumplings in soya sauce and they were too too good. Appreciate the staff members for good hospitality. Overall spent a wonderful time on Friday evening.
Best authentic Chinese food in the heart of Ahmedabad. As usual mainland China kept up their brand name with the perfect ambience and highly efficient crew. The staff knew exactly what they were talking about and gave their recommendations as well. The food was extremely delicious and cooked to perfection. The only downside was with the seafood we ordered. The prawns and the fish tasted a tad bit stale. I guess that’s a general problem with Ahmedabad and not the fault of the restaurant staff. Overall, if you’re craving Chinese food, and would like to avoid burning a hole in you’re pocket, this is the place to be.
Great place for good sea/non veg food. It is not authentic Chinese but it tastes awesome! Had Lobster and Fish, was amazing. The rice/singapore noodles are a must try. Pair it with orange juice mock tail..
FYI: few annoying people in suites who take order will keep insisting you to order expensive dishes telling you that its good. Shut them up and order what you like!

Located in 4th floor of gulmohar mall, mainland China is one of the few places in Ahmedabad that serves authentic Chinese. The place has been designed beautifully so as to give an authentic look. The artifacts and sculptures used also give the place an authentic look.
We had opted for an unlimited meal. Priced moderately at 349 for Veg Meal we were served :
Hot and sour soup : Really thick and balanced on taste. This one was literally to die for. Have not seen many places serving such delicious hot and sour soup in town. 5/5
Black pepper tossed Tofu : A delight for tofu lovers. We enjoyed the taste. 4/5
Hakka noodles : This one had the least amount of sauces and that's what made it really tasty. The noodles were soft and veggies absolutely crunchy. 5/5
Ginger fried rice : Yet another dish with least sauces and perfect taste. Surely a delight for those who love authentic taste. 4/5
Veggies in mix sauce : While this one was surely tasty and went well with fired rice, we found this one a bit spicy. It surely went well with rice which was a bit bland. 3/5
Crispy honey chilli noodles with vanila icecream : Yet another authentic dish, might not go well with everyone but we enjoyed the taste. 4/5
The option turned out to be a reall value for money. Would surely recommend this one to many.
Absoultely love this place for their food, hospitality and decor. They save awesome and authentic chinese food which makes this my favourite place. We sampled quite a few dishes ala carte and then their buffet. Ecery single dish is delicious and their weekend buffet lunch has some great variety. Non vegetarians would love this place especially for their variety. We also went for their unlimited fixed menu lunch on thw weekdays which is a complete value for money deal. A must visit for all foodies.

If you are looking for authentic Chinese or Asian food, this is THE place ! @mainlandchinaabad has recently resumed it's operations with all the precautions after covid. All the food and the ambience is sure to give you those chinese vibes. The restaurant is located on the top floor of Gulmohar park Mall , hence making it a perfect place for peaceful outings and get-togethers.
