The ambiance was something which was fantastic. The service was a bit slow but that might be due to less number of chefs in the kitchen due to Covid. Food was up to the mark.
Good food is good mood indeed. One can't stop drooling over unique dishes on their menu. One such item is housemade puris served with mexican inspired toppings to create a unique chat. All the mocktails are also outstanding. Also liked its unique ambience and decor. Looking forward to visiting again.
Superb staff.. amazing taste. The staff was so cooperative to choose the food stuffs. Taste of the all items were delicious. Just go and have fun with family and friends.

This is our third visit to this great new place, with amazing plant themed decor, awesome ambience and fabulous food! We had Asian Green Broth and Pot Manchow soup, Spinach Ricotta Tortellini, Achari Parcel with yellow cheese sauce, garlic naan, Amritsari kulcha, cheese paneer masala and mix veg raita. All dishes were great. The red velvet cake in Red Hot Turf could have been slightly softer, but the overall presentation of the desert was superb! Delightful experience as always, prompt and attentive service, will visit again for sure! π

They have great chef to prepare food. I loved the taste of food we have ordered pizza, there special pav bhaji, maxican food, bruschetta everything was great in taste quality food as well as set up was good.
But they just lack in service. They even forgot to bill us and also fingerbowl....They give was with literally a COLD water. So guys you are doing great just please see of your service too. You have a great restaurant.

They have got an amazing ambiance with different options for sitting area...like you can have an open siting cafe area or an roof top sitting area and even an eye catching restaurant area!! As a food blogger, we are visiting many places in Ahmedabad, and from them very few restaurants were having greenery based theme. And this restaurant, "twisted roots" have used plants 100% where they can use it! They have covered light, wall and also some corners by plants! They have putted lights in a lamp, and lights are covered by plants! This restaurant is having amazing, so green and beautiful ambiance. The main thing is, Out side and In side both are same, filled by greenery. At night they open a cafe known as "DAMROO CAFE" at outside.
They are having such an amazing varieties of fusion food at there place! We tried any dishes from there place and all of them were amazing expect smokey melon, that dish was not good enough. In soup, Pot Munchow soup, In starter, Donuts Dabeli, In dessert, Roots Royal was amazing presentation and also in taste buds. Their specality is live kitchen in front of their customers and other is an amazing ambiance and beautiful, delicious food.

Twisted Roots is a venture by the owner of popular caterers V Purohit. Located near Bopal flyover Bridge the restaurant has a unique concept of being environment friendly and is based on the idea of Going Green. This cafe cum banquet Hall restaurant gives off amazing vibes.
The name "Twisted Roots" is very fitting in both ways: it houses a number of plants and trees & served Indian food with a twist. Also, it has indoor seating as well as outdoor seating which makes the restaurant more attractive. Coming to ambience, it is done very tastefully and has a number of plants to give environmental friendly look. The menu is tastefully and tactfully designed and it caters to whole family.
We had the following :
Coconut Blast: Coconut based Mocktail which had coconut water added with coconut milk and served with Kulfi which was a major part of the drink. A different and pleasing experience.
Garden Fresh Soup : Loaded with various veggies, this one was quite fresh.
Italian Khichu shots: Decided to go with this one for starters. As the name suggests, this one was a fusion of traditional Khichu and kebabs. Crispy and well topped with salsa, this one made a great starter.
Charcoaled Pau Bhaji: Basically a black pau bhaji, this dish was well made. It has enough quantity to serve for 2 and was presented very well too!
Dal Batti Pot : Again, a great presentation. It comes with 4 pieces of battis and has enough quantity that can serve 2. However the dish can be made better.
Overall a Great place to hangout and Spend some quality time with friends and family. Surely, value for money.

It a amazing day I have visited to Twisted Roots restaurant with my family for dinner. It's and amazing experience over there and taste was amazing atmosphere and decoration are nice and we can enjoy with live plant and natural environment. And only one problem is that we have to book in advance or we have to wait for 30 to 1 hr for table in restaurant.
The food was delicious, and the ambience created a wonderful atmosphere. The service provided by the staff was excellent, ensuring a pleasant dining experience overall. It sounds like Twisted Roots is a great choice for gatherings.

I went over there to try their navratri special menu which was specifically crafted for Navratri apart from this I've heard a lot about this place and then finally I got a chance to visit it.
I tasted few dishes over there from their special menu and I can honestly share my views with this place. This place is best in terms of ambiance if you're going for a date with your special one then this should be your perfect place plus you can have your dinner with your family too. In terms of service this place served me properly.
The ambiance and service of the restaurant is quite great. Both staff and owner are humble and polite. The food is also good but it can be better compare to the price. The quality and quantity was great. Its just the test of the food specially the paneer cheese sabji can be more tangier. Overall it was a great experience.π―

Food -Β This Restaurant serves vegetarian food. Jain food is also available. We ordered masala papad, baked enchiladas, chef's special (it has 3 different gravies -white, red & green) with roomali roti & garlic naan, Patile waleΒ chhole and rang birange kulche, chhas and fresh lime soda. Kulcha thoda flat test laga but the rest of the food was so delicious and served well. Serving was satisfactory too.

Overall it's famous for its ambience, not for food.
I loved the place. It's Innovative interiors of live plants at every nook and corner of the restaurant is really something to watch for. Food is tasty n with an innovative twist which gives it a different flavour. Try it's charcoal pav bhaji, roots chart (which is a chart of palak leaves) and manchow soup. Even the chole khulche is with a very different twist. Very happy with the service and the courtesy of the staff too π

Twisted Roots, a new restaurant at SP Bopal Ring Road with thematic ambience of nature.
The owner has set up two different areas at the same venue- the closed seating area is a restaurant (Twisted Roots) while the outdoor seating area is a cafe known as Damroo. Kitchen for both the places is same but menu is quite different for cafe and restaurant.
They also have a beautiful rooftop space where one can organize a party and also a banquet space. Overall, one can choose to party at 4 different spaces as per the no. Of members in the group.
Coming to Damroo which we visited first in mid april- we love the ambience. The tables and cutlery is really simple but presentation of food is really good. The cafe wasnβt launched but on our request, the owner was kind enough to make us sit and enjoy the food in the cafe as we had specially visited the cafe in the evening for it. We loved:
One potato two potato loaded fries- These are not normal fries but with yellow cheese sauce. And yes, authentic yellow cheese sauce. We loved the quantity and taste of the fries. Cheese sauce was heavenly poured over fries but still the fries were so crispy.
Woody bruschettas (jain) - We can definitely say that these were the best jain bruschettas we ever had. One of our friend is jain so we tried these and wow what toppings over the bread. Loved the quality of mixture poured over the bread and it was baked really well.
Pink sauce pasta (jain)- We loved the pink sauce pasta over here. We would specially visit this place to have the pasta. Good amount of veggies were sauted in thick creamy sauce. Perfect amount of seasoning. Had good flavour and had perfect amount of salt.
Cold coffee- We never miss out on trying cold coffee at any cafe. The coffee was thick and creamy. Good amount of milk and coffee made it taste amazingly well.
We then visited the restaurant in last week of April and we must say we are in love with the ambience. The interiors are done very well. The beautiful lamps caught our attention as soon as we entered the restaurant.
Coming to food, we tried:
Patile wale chole and Rang birange kulche- The chole were the authentic ones and also the kulchas just unfortunately they were a little hard may be because of the colouring.
Pot manchow soup- a great soup with crispy noodles already added. Perfectly balanced.
Frozen dahi boondi- the best in this summer days. Super chilled hung yoghurt covered with crispy boondi. That is extremely creative
The sphere mocktail- irange based mocktail with pulp added for the zing
Story of roots (chaat) - what a chat - potato, sweet potato, yam and pan all in one. Not to miss this one if you are that chatore
Baked mohanthal in almond pie- Mohanthal is a very popular Indian gujarati sweet made with besan and ghee. It had perfect amount of sweetness and was baked to the perfection in the almond pie. It was rich in texture and taste. It melted in our mouth in the very first bite. A must have at the restaurant!!
Rose kheer icecream - rose kheer made super creamy and frozen served as an icecream worth try!
