One of the best spicy pizza that I ever had in Ahmedabad. Must visit and try their premium pizzas. The pizza sauce is so juicy and mouth watering. We ordered spicy elote pizza. It was just amazing. Their speciality is their Chilli garlic olive oil that they serve with their pizza. I just loved the taste. Also staff is veryy helpful.

Pizzas are a universal weakness across all age groups and this is the newest addition to town, the Neo-Neapolitan style pizza! At Olio, everything is made in house, from scratch.
Their dough is prepared using 6 different grains, matured for 72 hrs, making it easily digestible and very lite on the stomach.
The Sauce is made with san marzano tomatoes and 2 other types of tomatoes.
There are no set limitations for cheese and they use 100% real mozzarella no mayo or anything, so you get the perfect Insta-worthy cheese pull that tastes awesome & looks stunning as well ofcourse!
What I tried -
1. Classic Brushetta - In house baked sourdough bread scored perfectly. 2 large pcs per serving the bread was nice and fluffy, the tomato-vinegar-feta dressing was really good. It has been a really long time since I enjoyed a Brushetta all thanks to them!
2. Spicy elote is inspired from the streets of mexico. Oh, these were spicy just like the name states loaded with heat, this one should be the blind pick for spice lovers. For toppings, there is a charred sweet corn which adds BBQ flavour and a small amt of sweetness to the Pizza. They also add a cheese sauce on each of the slice which slightly tries to tone down the heat and adds a liquid cheese element to the pizza! This one has a very desi taste so Ahmedabadi’s could totally go for it.
3. Aglio Olio is inspired from the pasta, garlicy n smokey. They have confit garlic pcs, garlic sauce for the base, olives and basil for the topping and ofcourse loads of cheese.
4. Cheesy Ahmedabadi needs no description, its Ahmedabadi at heart. We love our cheesy pizzas and gosh this one is another loaded wonder if you want to have something other than the Margherita then go for the tomato sauce for the base has a tartness which blends with the cheese used. Must try for cheese lovers.
5. Supreme - An absolute no brainer! If you want to have the perfectly balance Pizza and love all the veggies for toppings then blindly order this and I can vouch that you shall not be disappointed. Perfect sauce, adequate no of toppings, ideal cheese blend - mama mia!

1. Mango basil fizz - This was extremely refreshing, frozen mango pure and some fresh basil leaves a good combination which is perfect to beat the blarring heat of our city.
2. Premium chocolate shake - Lots of ice cream scoops in this thick shake, it is as they say at Olio, a pretty kickass choco shake for Ahmedabadis!
Olio Pizzeria could be a game changer for Ahmedabadi’s because they do have some excellent Pizzas which are cost effective and well researched so there is no compromise on taste as well. Go on, order from them this weekend & have your food plans sorted.

Great place for unusual pizzas, amazing taste and they are serving authentic style pizzas and they good thing is it's not overpriced as per other pizza outlets, but the only drawback is it's a cloud kitchen, so you have to order or pickup. Overall I had great experience. Kind of hidden gem. Highly recommended.

I just had the most amazing pizza! The crust was so soft and fluffy that it practically melted in my mouth. Every bite was a burst of flavor that left me wanting more.
I've always been a pizza lover, but this one was on another level. The sauce was rich and tangy, with just the right amount of spice to give it some kick. And the cheese was perfectly melted and bubbly, creating a perfect balance of flavors.
But the real star of the show was that incredible crust. It was crisp on the outside, yet so soft and fluffy on the inside that it practically melted in my mouth. I could have eaten the entire pizza just for the crust alone!
As I savored every bite, I couldn't help but think that this was easily one of the best pizzas I've ever had. It was so delicious that I couldn't stop raving about it to my friends and family.

Excellent Neopolitan style pizzas are being served as a cloud kitchen, very digestive 7 blend wheat crust, we had Spicy Elote and it was one of the greatest pizza we ever had try for very long time. Highly recommended 👌 👍 👏 💯
I had ordered Bruschetta and Spicy Elote Pizza. I haven’t had a spicy Pizza this good in Ahmedabad. No one other pizza compares to this one. They’ve got great variety of toppings and styles. Service was top notch. Talking about bruschetta, it was top class. Sour dough bread was amazing. Great combination of tomato, basil garlic spread and olive oil on excellently toasted bread. Would definitely recommend this place to all the pizza lovers in town. 👍🏻
