Itâs always up to my expectation. However pasta wasnât good at all got wasted totally. 5* is only for tea. I have one request add some thing else to take with tea, as if we order only tea you will not allow me to proceed. So every time i need to add something more and iâm trying new stuffs , which donât make me happy.

Being a Foodie and a traveler, to have visited Ahmedabad for the first time , I wanted to explore the hidden gems of the city for food. Stumbled upon this Bollywood themed â CafĂ© Chaiwood. Its quirky interiors surrounded by famous movie quotes gives you that must needed nostalgia that the cafĂ© aims to offer. They also have board games and lastest Bollywood music bursting through the speakers to keep that vibe going!
Their menu has a spread of 150+ dishes with crazy combinations such as, Maggi Bugger, Pizza Pani Puri, etc.
Hereâs what I had:
Ice Tea â The first obvious thing to order to quench the thirst and beat the heat in this city. But the ice tea was surely refreshing and properly blended.
Maggi Bugger â A recommend dish by the owner; and it didnât fail to surprise me with its taste. I ordered a BBQ Cheese MaggiBurg and it was delicious.
Veg Cheese Tandoori Burger â Does justice to the classic Burger with generous amount of mayo and veggies and a special ingredient with they choose not to disclose. Fair enough.
Mix Pasta â One of yummiest dish in their menu. Except it was liittttllle more salty that it should be, but it tasted so good, you have to eat it to believe it.
Oreo Waffle with Vanilla Icecream â Need I say more? Everything Oreo in this universe in bound to be delicious! Let the picture talk for itself.
Over All â A must go place to chill, relax and the bust some moves at this authentic yet desi cafĂ© .

This restaurant has been my favorite since my first order. It has a story to it. Going through a bad day and to refresh myself ordered a sandwich and ice tea and what luck, I get my ice tea half spilled. I complained to Zomato and the owner promised me to give a ice tea complimentary on the next order and I did get one. I've tried orange, strawberry and peach ice tea, and all of them are amazing. I loved the white-red pasta, a must have one. Thank you chai-wood

Really appreciate as I'm not well and I have ordered for Ginger tea (Strong). It was really mouth watering Tea and I'm very addicted towards tea. I got the my order as well as Mr.Deepak has taken the initiative to make the every interaction count. He has given me Some ginger n honey Vicks candy which is like doing something out of the box. Impressed with Deepak's initiative thanks a ton looking forward to order again for tea as it was amazingly prepared.

This place is located in the heart of Ahmedabad in Navrangpura is a hidden gem.
A place not only with good interiors but also has crazy good food options and the best part of the menu is the names of dishes.
Being a foodie and traveler from Bombay I found this hidden gem and tried some of there crazy good options like:
Ulta Pizza as the same suggests it just tasted really good
And also tried there specialty
Cheese Hole Dip Burger it was one of the best burgers till now I have tried loaded completely with cheese and when u see that melting cheese itâs just amazing.
As it is said no meal is complete without a desert so trying a desert over here was must
So I tried there Chocolate waffle
It was really great loaded completely with chocolate and topped with ice cream and chocolate it was Yummylicious.
All the food were not only tasty but were also made with complete hygiene.
I am still left to try there tea varieties but will definitely try it.

They have about 40 different types of tea and what would i not give to have their choco waffles everyday....just perfect along with tasty chilly garlic pizzzzzzzzzzzzzaaa.i just totallly love this place,would love to go here again and again.

I am a sucker for exploring new places and visited this one by chance yesterday. From entering the place to sitting and experiencing the ambience and music, everything is super filmy about this place- of course in a good way. What I loved the most about this cafe were the numerous board games which makes you get the 90's feel. I'd recommend this place to everyone that wishes to spend good quality time with friends and have fun over 90's games while hogging on some amazing variety of pocket friendly dishes!!
We ordered lemon iced tea which was good and traditional maggi which I found okayish only for the reason that they added oregano in it which to some extent spoilt the original taste. But all in all, I would give a thumbs up for the concept and will pay a visit super soon to explore more dishes and drinks. Cheers, you guys!
