Went there and he didn’t refused us still time is over so thanks to his humbleness
Here can’t tell u about ambience and sophistication but just talk about food
We ordered boiled eggs, barfi, egg curry, and garlic fry
He told us for not that much order for two but we want to tste so order everything
All were nice and preparations felt new
I like barfi and egg curry
Their pau was very nice surti pau
So for food 5/5
Owner was also kind and supportive
So if u want to taste good egg items then go there but pls forget about sitting and ambience and sand

Have heard of this name a lot, and is a very famous brand of surat so thought lets try this. Had 2 egg dishes and and masala paav along with chaas. We had barfi and australian fry. Barfi was little disappointing for me, as i am not a fan of curd in a spicy dish. When i think was egg curry, i think of it as spicy and chatpata, not with curd. We asked the manager to advice as a dish and he adviced us this. He did not explain the dish so we were unaware of how the dish would be so thats why it was a little disappointing. But the place wasnt that disappointing, asutralian fry and masala paaav were wonderful and are worth a try!!
3 years ago I moved to Ahmedabad and being an egg lover I was badly in search for the place where I can get the best egg dishes.. then one day on my way back to home I saw BABA Eggs and went there. I still feel that delicious taste and since then I am the regular customer of Baba eggs.. great staff, quick order serving, nice ambiance and the owner himself is so gentle and kind. If you are on S.G Highway, S.P ring road or Anywhere then I highly recommend you to visit and have the best egg dishes.. #NomNomNom
Wants egg curry near Bhopal area, then Baba Egg is the best place.
Have been there some days ago, and that was my time when I again got chance to have such beauty.
They have best surti locha as well as egg curry and unique bread were so much softer then it looks.

I heard a lot about this place..its my first visit..n loved it....we have started our dinner with boil fried...which tastes really awesome....later the person came to take the order....because it's my first visit he told he will make the speciality dish...the dish was egg paneer..which tastes really awesome...though there is no paneer In to it...its just a name...egg paneer...it is a curry with green grevy and Surti red masala....without paneer n loads of egg n cheez...they served it with bread...i find this dish bit pricey ...overall I loved the place,staff and flavours...must go place....
Best eggs in Ahmedabad. Cooked in all pure Amul items and very hygienic. All speciality items in surti style with amazing flavour of spring garlic. Must try garlic fry, ketki keema and lachka.
This is a place where we have been multiple times in past, and would not mind visiting again. I am a huge Eggetarian and really picky and choosy do when I say that I dont mind visiting this place again is a substantial complement.
When you visit you can expect excellent service.

A bit of a -ve for me was in taste department. I think it is way too subtle for me to be an egg dish. Egg dishes normally are supposed to leave a lingering taste. Found this to be a bit underwhelming for my pallete. This is why I dont seek this place out too often but like gng once in a while.

I was looking forward to eating here. Eggs made Surati style and I was truly amazed. We had masala eggs for starters. Eggs sauteed with green garlic. Then we had the signature dish, green gotalo followed by cheese lachko and egg curry. All the dishes were awesome and fabulous. The only down side is that they do serve roti but charge extra for it. Go for spicy if you look it spicy because medium would be less than spicy
Wowww finally got a proper place for eggs in Ahmedabad zomatians this is one of the best place for eggs in Ahmedabad better than R K Eggs infact rk is nothing just a name. Well its pure surti taste n adding to that hygeinic n great place to sit so zomatians wt r u wating for jst go.....
Well one of the best place for eggs in Ahmedabad n ya it's true Surti style. Gotalo green is signature dish truly awesome n mainly very hygienic all things are made in groudnut oil n Amul cheese n butter so u dnt have to worry about quality.
i am not an egg eater but my friends love this place. the surti special food is amazing especially the spice is not due to garam masala but from actual peppers and chillies. its a road side open place but its always crowded here and a go to place for egg lovers

Having seating capacity. Doesn't have dedicated parking. But you can park 2 & 4 wheelers in front of stall. Nothing for kids. It's on ground floor so handicapped person can seat.

Pure Surti egg dishes. You can enjoy Australian Fry and Surti Green gotala. The bread are similar to Surat. Can prepare food based on customer taste. You can enjoy with family.
Food is good . i am not recommend this place go with family. not proper setting arrangement and atmosphere for family rest of the all things is fine.
One of the best place in Ahmedabad for eggs. They have so many egg dishes and it tastes amazing with Pao. Must visit place and much recommended. Definitely gonna visit here on my next trip to Ahmedabad.
It's a nice restaurant for dining in, I would recommend this restaurant to all the foodies who are in for discovering new egg dishes.
You will definitely get various number of egg items on menu with honestly nice taste, some are even better.
I personally liked a '12 egg platter' and 'Lahori dish' which turned out to be delicious pretty nicely.
Also, try visiting this place in weekdays instead of weekends reason being the rush for dine in.
Thank me later when you'll find the difference in quality and quantity compared to weekdays and weekends.

One of best place for egg lovers.... pure surti items,polite staff , cleaness... little bit expensive...(need to reduce item price (15% deduction needed). Overall excellent place...
Must have "Latchko". Also had double masala omelette with cheese.
If searching for different varieties of egg items and that too, Surti eggs definitely recommend place.
