One of the best Kathiyawadi food i ever had, the start of the meal is with a 10-15 types of pickles, chunda and salads. service was very fast and the food was great. Lasan Shev was fantastic so was the daal and khichdi.

I simply love this place & Visited more than 20 times. Food, Service is very good & Staff is very polite. I have been here on every occasion with my family members, but one day when my wife went to wash her hands. She saw cockroaches running around the plates. After that incident we have never been here. Yes they need to improve on their hygiene otherwise they will lose on prestigious customers......:)
This is my all time favorite place for kathoyawadi food. Ambience is decent but food is lip smacking good. They serves 10+ types of salad options and 7-8 types of achaar. I had most of things from the menu as a regular visitor. My most favorite dishes are vagharelo rotlo, sev tameta, papad lili dungari and sev nu shaak. Most recommended place for kathayawadi lovers.

I would had rated more, but lasaniya bataka was quite average and expected it more spicy but over all it was perfectly made pure kathyawadi style and test was also awesome!

This restaurant is famous for its various options in authentic Kathiyawadi food as well as some fusion foods.
Food overall is okay however sabzis are bit too oily. On our recent visit, we had Lasaniya Bataka, Ringan Nu Olu, Sev Tameta along with Chapati, Rotla, Kadhi Khichdi, Chaas and Papad. They also generously serve various pickles, chutneys and salads complimentary.
The ambience is okay and the service is average. Overall a decent experience of Kathiyawadi food and worth a visit.
It is very simple and nice place with good quality of staff. Lots of variety of pickels along with pure kathiyawadi food. It may be oily and sweet but if you specify before they manage it accordingly. Homely food with good varieties.

I had been here on my son's birthday. Food is super awesome.. you must try vagharelo rotlo.. and dhokli nu saak. Service is also nice.. huge variety of different type of pickles is just an icing on the cake.. one star is less due to quantity of food.. good value for money though..

I am a huge fan of Kathiyawadi food, specially "Ringna no odo" that's also known as "Baigan ka bharta" that with bajre ki roti. Lip smacking combo.
So, I and my friend planned a visit here looking at zomato reviews and must tell we didn't regretted a bit.
Ambience: Its just like any other family dining, with open kitchen. Plus the moment you step it, the fragrances of spices in air will drool you in.
Food: As we sat, we saw a box full of small clay jars with pickles and chutneys, and as if that was less, a person brought one more plate full of those. I am a die-hard fan of pickles but resist to eat due to skin issues. But that day, I just couldn't. I tasted the carrot pickle, garlic pickle, sweet pickle and mango pickle. All yumm. Then as you place order, a person will serve you three plateful green salad. Tomatoes, cucumber, beet, sprouted pulses, sauted cabbage, and much more. All free till now. Yes, All of this free.
We ordered Baigan ka bharta, Lasaniya bataka, Chaashma wagharelo rotlo, Dahi ni Tikhari, bajra na rotla gheewala and ghee walu parothu, with chaash (How can we not have that :p )

It was perfectly made pure kathyawadi style sev tameta is not tat happening so i wid suggest not to waste your money on that but this two too good....
Coming to quantity n hygiene well quantity for two is ok may u will require to order another dish coming to hygiene its v good. Overall a good experience.

Went to I shree khodal dhaba on Christmas night very impressed with their Christmas decoration.Manager arranged a table. on table I saw lots of type of salads and pickles. m shocked I never so this kind of salads & pickles on my table.We ordered papad saak, lasania bataka, sev tameta, rotla ,khichdi KADI. Food quality was good but quantity not too much..over all good food & good service.
Ohhh my goodness! So many types of salads n pickles . Authentic kathiyawadi food is served here. Different varieties of subji and rotis. A place to visit with ur family . Also go there with your group of friends so you can try more dishes.
It's Gathiya dhokli nu saak is very good. Food quality is good. Ambience is good. Service is good. Different type if pickle and salad is also good. In Khodal a taste of each and every food item is good.

Another good part is they give 7-8 types of pickles (athanu/ achar/ chutney) along with moong sprouts, boiled chana salad, cucumber , carrot , raddish free (very useful for the health concious)

I shree khodal restaurent. Many people recommended me to go at these place. And guess what, its fully paisa vasool and taste vasool food. Really the food was very delicious here. I loved the cheesy palak sabji. Theplas were mind blowing. Achaar variety was out the world. Turiya sabji and rajwadi dhokla sabji tasted too good. Must go.
If you want real test of desi/kathiyawadi items, this place is for you. Visited it couple of times already and believe me, I'm not disappointed with their food. Tried various kathiyawadi items and all are very tasty and having a pure test like Ghar Ka Khana.
Pricing is very very reasonable and I would say, very cheap with the quality they are serving. You can count it as a pocket friendly restaurant with great food.
Only draw-back is their service staff. They are too slow and un-trained. Sometimes they get very confused.
It's just a new restaurant so good quality is expected. But let's hope they continue serving same quality long time and of-course with reasonable rates ;-)

Wanted to visit this place since days but made it there last nite with wifi=wife=better half n couple of friends.
D only reason this place attracted me is they serve "kathiyawadi food" and in pure "ground nut oil". Only few places in city serves food in pure ground nut oil, because its expensive for the restaurant owners. They have branches in many places in Gujarat.

Went there twice, lovely place. Dhokli nu Shak is the best dish there. I have tried most of the items in the menu, but nothing beats Dhokli nu Shak.
Paratha is also very good. Without a doubt paratha is a Better option then bhakhri and rotli or rotlo. It just tastes like your home.
Also it is the best place for your pocket. 150 to 180 per person max.

Aadesh Sheth Very nice taste, plz plz try Rajvadi dhokdi nu shak, it is same as cheese butter masala. Average subji cost around 100 to 130 and parotho is too good. Variety of Salads, kanchubar and pickeles are free free free. So good, not so spicy but tasty. They have separate Jain menu.
