It is a place which is easy to spot and got some nice interior. As soon as we entered, our temperature was checked with IR Gun, we were asked to sanitizer our hands and were given a seat which was alternate seating due to covid measures. We orders Idli Platter, Veg Malabar Curry, Malabar Paratha, Filter Coffee, Hyderabadi Biryani, iddiyappam, Rava Kara Dosa Sada. The service was quick and waiters were wearing masks all the time. The quality of food is awesome the one we loved was Idli Platter and Hydrabadi Biryani. Some items are a it over priced but most of the items are value for money. Loved the experience. Will visit again.

Must visit restaurant for authentic South Indian cuisines that too not only dosa, idli, uttapam or vada. Ambiance is elegant and beautiful. We tried their mysore dosa, rava masala dosa, stew with appam, malabar curry with idiyappam, kerala paratha, fresh juices, filter coffee and akhrot halwa. All the dishes were excellently prepared and were lip smacking. The mini meals are a must try here. Akhrot halwa was so rich in taste. Detox & banana bonanza are the best amongst the juices. Service is pretty quick and staff is courteous and welcoming. This place is definitely not to be missed.

This place is highly highly recommended. Best experience in South India food. I felt the price a bit high but it is worth it in my opinion. The taste is authentic and soul satisfying and you don't want to miss out. This place is mostly occupied and have a long waiting list so if you are planning to go then try visiting earlier. One of the best south Indian joint that brings varied dishes with a delicious aroma. It has a beautiful ambience with bells all around. This place serves a wide variety of south Indian cuisine. The best part is Food is served on Banana leaf actually. Food Quality is good but upto 75% authentic (not 100% as I have tasted while my visit to South India). Part food is authentic I will say but typical veggies are not upto South Indian taste. Rice idli is one of the best across Ahmedabad joints. I miss Typical South Indian Thali that is missing from their menu. Service is quick and staff behaviour is also good. Considering Covid, they sanitize table after every meal so it's safe too. There is ample parking space available. Overall restaurant is good but at the same time crowded and moderately expensive.

South Indian food is absolutely so satisfying . When we go to any of the south Indian food joints we first look for the good sambhar ; here the sambhar is the best sambhar in Ahmedabad . The ambience is so fascinating . Feels like you're totally in south. Like when you just enter you feel some best vibes over there . The slow south Indian music catches our heart truly. Starting from food i tasted :- podi idli idli platter coorg idli rajni dosa cheese garlic dosa paneer masala dosa . All of these delicacies were worth trying so amusing likes makes you want again and again. Moreover the place takes all the necessary precautions under consideration . This place is must visit , it will make you gaga over its food , ambience & services .

It was a really nice experience. Interior and ambience is amazing and staff is also friendly. Service is good. The food was delicious and it had authentic south indian flavours. Considering the current situation they measured our body temperature and asked us to sanitize our hands, so it is safe and hygienic to eat here. We ordered kara rava dosa, rajni dosa and roasted onion garlic uttapam. There was too much garlic in uttapam so if you enjoy having too much garlic then only order this. The dosas were really tasty and worth the price. Everything is little overpriced but the taste is good so it's okay to eat here once a while.

Accepting the new normal and started eating out and this was the first ever visit to any of the restaurant after unlock. The place is quite huge and having comfy seating spaces and taking necessary precautions as per safety norms. Menu offering a lot of South Indian delicacies. Tried their mulgai idli, having a bit spicy green coloured masala topped over idlis. The idlis were tasted great with that green masala. We had spicy chilli potato dosa. Which was again tasted good as compared to normal masala dosa. Any South Indian meal was incompleted without a good filter coffee. The coffee was also refreshing. Overall had a great weekend lunch with banana leaf..

Ordered Rajni Dosa and the taste was okay. The idli was also ok. The experience was ok ok. Sambhar and coconut chutney was good. Don’t try fusions instead go for authentic dishes. Card payment accepted. Parking available.

Good place to have South Indian food in Ahmedabad. It was really pleasant to see dishes like avial and chettinadu being served in addition to dosa and idli, which arguably has become synonymous with South Indian food in many parts of India. Filter coffee was a good end to the wonderful experience.

Spicy South Indian cuisine for which local fans are ready to wait for minimum half an hour during weekends dinner with their families. Spacious enough to accommodate 70 pax. Ample parking space available for cars too. Once inside, service is quick and staff is well groomed helping you to navigate through the traditional menu items which have their names derived from their origin. Restaurant claims to have origin from Madurai and displays famous Meenakshi Temple in decor. Taste is a bit on spicy side. Could have awarded five stars if not for the waiting period.
