The stay was comfortable. The staff here is cooperative..The manager is very genuine and helpful.

We went Ajmer on short trip for completing some pending works. We reached there almost during midnight but Hotel Samrat night duty manager attained us politely, shown rooms to us so that we can make our choice. Overall, great experience with hotel staff.
This is my first visit in Ajmer when I was reached in ajmer theres many people trying to force me to go to this our reference hotel but I ll find myself hotel samrat and late night shift guy they are fully cooperative in my opinion every new visitor should stay in hotel samrat they provide you best rooms according to your budget .

Awesome service and professional desk, they also have a bar on-site if that interests you, quite honestly I'd not have booked if I knew it in advance since I was going as family and probability untoward incidents tend to grow as closer as your are to liquor. Very close to railway station and chat shops, but not close to any tourist attraction
I booked through yatra, I don't know if the problem is with hotel for not putting up proper room occupancy number or if it is yatra's problem, some reason I managed to book 2 adults room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Though the 2 adults was slick it was too compact for even small chlid and so I opted for different room which ended up being bit dingy. I was only going to crash for the night so taking bigger room made sense.
the offered to keep our bags safe while we toured Pushkar all day next day, also happily gave access to common toilet and fresh towel for us to freshen up before we left for railways station. It was bang for every buck. Only because of the room confusion I'm forced to not award full 5 star
Embrace is good but Rooms are not upto the mark matching the name of hotel. Toilet Bath rooms attached are not good. Otherwise hotel is good
Excellent Hotel with very economical rates.Staff behavior is very soft especially the manager.Very clean and tidy room. Bathroom is also very clean.I give 10 stars to this hotel.I strongly suggest this hotel for stay in ajmer.Just walking distance from railway station.
