Food is great unfortunately there was no seafood available when we visited. Amazing service ! A listed restaurant on our next Alibaug visitđ
Wine & cheese are ageless companions, we'd all agree. And that's what prompted me to go for a cheesy & wine-y dinner at Aieroc.
My choice of the evening was the delicious Late Harvest Chenin Blanc by Sula. An award winning dessert wine, this has a sweet flavour & is abound with honey, mango & other tropical fruits. For the cheese part, I opted for the Classic Margherita. While it's lathered with oodles of cheese, the thin-crust pizza had room to be a tad bit better.
It was an awesome place, good ambience and superb music. Taste was good and it was my wife's B'day so on request they made sure to customize the dressert... Loved it
Excellent menu and great food, lots of choices, Indian and western classics both. Slightly difficult to locate, but once the food hits the table it's a wonder experience. Very good staff and service. If you are the market place, this is the restaurant to hit. Please do go if you are in Alibaug.
We went there scouting for a good place and indeed, we were at the right place. We ordered for Chimmi Churri chicken, Prawn starter, NV Quesedilla, Rosemary roast chicken, Chicken steak, Chicken and Prawn pasta and it was all yummilicious. The order did take time but it was worth the wait. The servers were also great! In all a great experience. A must visit in Alibaug.
Aieroc was a random pick in alibaug which turned out to be the best. Don't go on the reviews, as trying out this place is a must. I ordered prawn curry masala with burnt garlic fried rice, have to say that it was top notch. And plus the cake I ordered for dessert was something which I can't forget. Loved this place and the service was on point too! Would definitely visit this place again. Keep up the good work guys!
The food is good and the ambiance is very appealing. You can avail Zomato Gold benefits here. Only issue was that the service was slow and the waiters were a little confused.
Went with a very low expectations but we were surprised with the overall service. The food quality and taste were awesome. The quantity was also at par with the price. And getting a Zomato Gold offer added more to it. Just the taco was a bit disappointing but if we ignore that, it is definitely a recommended place to visit if you are in Alibaug.
Excellent food with a beautiful ambience...a must recommended place!!!
A must have are cheese nachos and Thai curry there...had a great time!
The hotel is located near the Mahesh theatre in Alibaug. Ambience is good and we can say it's a party place. There is a separate alchohol room with nice bar counter to support it. They have some unique dishes that you must try. Food quality is above average not the best I can say but no poor too. Staff is good and service is ok. Overall it's a good restaurant to eat in alibaug.
this restaurant stands out in alibag in terms of food, am ience and price. delicous food, vibrant ambience and reasonably priced dishes. the only place in alibag where you get real continental food be it classic fried fish or chimi churri chicken or mutton kheema. they have fusion pizza butter chicken pizza. vegetarians also have a good option here. corn salt and pepper and mushroom tikka or tandoori veg platter is also a nice option. the restaurant is located in big splash hotel premises. they have a bar and a poolside outdoor seating also.
This place is at big splash hotel in alibag. They have different areas for dining. Bar, outdoor and indoor. We opted for outdoor seating with a pool view. The place is lush green with plants and trees. I Will recommend tandoori fish for everyone. The staff here is also very polite. I remember Mandar taking our order. I met the owner Mr Varunraj. He is from Hospitality background. The owner also suggested us Murgh Mussallam which was made specially for us. The dish is for three-four people as a full main course. The quantity is too much for this dish. It comes with a full tandoori chicken on top of gravy and rice.
Place with great ambience and quality food. Must try dish âCorn salt n pepperâ. Wide variety of liquors. Best place to hangout with family as well as friends. â€ïžđ
Excellent food, Must visit place in alibag. Make sure you ask for on going offers. Just 5 minâs away from the beach. Great for having evening drinks with your friends or family! My go-to spot.. go make it yours!
Nice place to go with friends and family. We had ordered for Malvani fish and it was very yummy made in local spices. It was very authentic. And they serve seafood platter in which you can too many varieties of fish. The restaurant is located at Big Splash hotel. Itâs in the heart of the city and a happening place in town. Pocket friendly.
Decor is really well done. The ambience is great at night and the starters are quite interesting and scrumptious. Impeccable service and polite staff

Aieroc offers the ideal place for vacation with friends or family . With lodging facilities , multicusine menu , great service and is 10 mins away from the closest beach. Tucked away in the baylanes of Chendre, Aieroc is part of big splash, a well known Resort and spa . The Restro has three seating areas -indoor, al fresco by the pool and the bar .

Nachos were good! Good and polite staff! bar looks nice ! Sitting out is preferable. Some Indian starter were nice, lively ambience during the weekend.
Its a nice resto introduced by the Bigs Splash Hotel which is located within city limits of Alibag. Few minutes from the bus stand.
It has an air-conditioned dining place as well as pool side eating area.
We liked the look of the place - a mild sea like theme. Also the pool view is soothing. Good ambience for a quiet family dinner.
The combination of menu is also very different - the kind which at the moment you would hardly find in Alibag city. So kudos to that. We tried the non veg platter which said it will have 2 chicken, 2 mutton and 1 sea food starters. But the sea food starter was missing. In main course we tried usual kadhai chicken and shezwan fried rice. Taste was good.
Service was a bit slow but I give it to them since the place is still new and the waiters were trying their best.
Overall a good place to visit.
A beautiful getaway from Mumbai. This place is absolutely perfect if you want to get away from Mumbai heat for a super relaxing weekend. Very cozy place, especially for couples. Definitely recommend you try the following dishes ;
1. Watermelon & feta salad
2. Veg platter of starters
3. Veg tacos
4. Veg lasagna
5. Strawberry shake
6. Tres leche
The Restaurant is along side combined with Bigsplash(I guess 4 star Resort) which was very easy to find, You can have budget friendly food over here
Location and proximity from Station:
You can find Aieroc which is a 30 minute drive away from the Alibaug Ferry stop. For those who plan to come via Bombay, all they need to do is hop on a ferry which would take them less than an hour to be here and then a 30 minute drive towards Aieroc.
Ambiance and seating:
Aieroc is like a resort with all amenities. The restaurant has seating in air conditioned,at the bar (a different area) and also for outdoor (besides the pool). I liked the bar area more because it was secluded to a different area. It can accommodate around 10-15 people at once. For the air conditioned are they can seat around 30-40 people. The outdoor can accommodate another 20 at max.The ambiance was more towards the theme of the sea and boats. We liked it.
Food and Drinks (Appetizers):
We began with few mocktails like;
Lemon Caprioshka - A simple orange flavored drink with mint and sprite. Basic necessity during this heaty weather.
California Chi Chi - Here, the main star is the cranberry. The drink also has orange and lemon juice too. We liked the former more.
The bartender was also very kind enough to let us try a signature whisky based cocktail. We liked the taste. For those whoâd like to try a new combination have nothing to worry as he is always up for experimentation.
Canadian BBQ Salad - The total essence of BBQ could be felt here in this salad with every bite. Apart from the regular veggies, the chicken grilled and tossed in BBQ was the star as we couldnât get enough of it. It tastes really well too and should be the best way to start the meal.
Chicken Lasagna - I like my lasagna. Here too, they made a good attempt and I would call it decent. They made it a bit spicy and maybe that could have been avoided. Rest everything was perfect.
Chicken Tacos - The tacos here had good presentation. The chicken was butter tossed in a taco shell. There were veggies with sour cream too. The taste was good but not that it could have been better. Maybe a bit of spice was missing.
Tandoori Veg Platter - I guess this was the only veg item that we tried. A platter is always good for a sharing table and also for the prime reason that you get to try a lot of options. Here too, they had paneer tikka, malai paneer, mushroom and brocolli tikka. We liked the malai paneer a lot. It really tasted well.
Sea Food Platter : As mentioned earlier, a platter is always a good option. Here too the platter did not disappoint. We had Pomfret, Surmai, Prawns and Rawas. The marination was well done and my clear favorite was the surmai. I so wish they added the Bombay duck here as it would be epic.
Murgh Musallam - Yes, the highlight of the day happened to be the last dish we tried I.e. the murgh musallam. This chicken was grilled on the tandoor and the masala applied was a chef special. It was thick enough and very tasty enough to make sure you finish it all at once.
Conclusion:
Overall, Aieroc fulfills the purpose of good food along with so many amenities that I wouldnât be surprised if you end up staying the night here for more food. They have a good chef, bartender and staff who are always there to help you select the best of the best dishes off the menu.

4.0 in Multi-cuisine restaurants ( Alibaug )
Its spring time & the sea breeze isnât really our best friend. When we got an invite to review Aieroc we were honestly a bit sceptical until they told us it was away from the blistering beach, and since we had heard that it was a popular haunt in Surat, we were quite excited to see what the buzz was about.
Tucked away in the bylanes of Chendre, Aieroc is part of Big Splash, a well-known Resort & Spa. The restaurant has three seating areas â indoor ( air-conditioned ), al fresco by the pool & the bar.
The indoor section of the restaurant has a pop of blue, yellow & green along with a nautical/beachy theme with a boat bookcase, coconut shell lamps, ship steering wheels; some placed subliminally & some you cannot miss. The Alfresco section is outlined with beautiful plants & bushes that overlook Big Splashâs beautiful blue pool. The bar, stocked with quite a collection of happy juices, has a quirkiness to it with its Eiffel tower stools & tables.
Aieroc offers its patrons a variety of cuisines ranging from Konkani to continental, Chinese to Mughlai & so on.
We had quite a lot to eat and drink, but here are some things we recommend:
California Chi Chi : A refreshing mix of orange crush, lemon juice, topped up with cranberry.
Lemon Caprioska: Lemon, Orange Crush, Sprite, muddled with mint. A simple classic.
Canadian BBQ Salad : Grilled chicken tossed in a BBQ & orange dressing & served with seasonal vegetables along with olives as garnish. The highlight of the dish was the crisp braid that crowned the salad. These braids were made by frying shredded Rumali Rotis with a light orange glaze.
Prawns / Chicken Tacos : Butter tossed Prawn or Chicken tucked in a taco shell with lettuce, olives, bell peppers topped with pico de gallo & a generous dollop of sour cream.
Tandoori Veg Platter : Platters are normally something we avoid so we are just as surprised are you are to be adding this to our recommendation list! The platter presents an assortment of well-marinated vegetables and cottage cheese â Broccoli Tikka Masala, Multani Mushroom, Potato Tikka Masala, Malai Paneer & Paneer Tikka. If we had to pick a favourite from the five was the mushroom hands down.
Sea Food Platter : The marinade of each fish was based on Konkani spices. The fish served ed on the platter were â Pomphret, Rawas, Surmai & Prawn. The fish was very fresh, marinated beautifully & married the chutney served alongside really well.
Murgh Musallam : Gasps were heard across the room when this dish entered! Tandoored Chicken dosed in Chefs special mussallam masala placed upon a bed of rice. We LOVED this dish and even though we were totally stuffed we hogged and how!
We do see a lot of potential in this establishment and hope they surprise us just as much on our next visit.
( Psst : Highlights of our visit are on our FB page :) )

Whilst visiting Alibaug for a destination wedding, happened to drop by this restaurant for a quiet lunch with some friends before heading out back to Mumbai City. If you had to give some approximation for its feasibility, itâs a 30 minute drive by car from Manda Port.a
The restaurant was famous for its serene ambience. It was an amazing place for a person who wanted to unwind after a hard day. Well thereâs your dining area, then thereâs a separate bar section with dim lights in an inky enclosure and if you wish to bask in the sun during the morning or feel the chilly breeze in the evenings you could step out to their outdoor seating arrangement.
The restaurant although Multi cuisine, is highly recommend some very sought after local favourites from their highlighted â sea food â section. The service was quick and up to standards, also turn around time for the dishes to roll in was pretty decent and yes food quality was on point. I must go on to say that they quite a few were certainly without a doubt Instagram worthy. The Chef happened to come by our table greet us and make some suggestions ( quite impressive ones ) inspired by our choice of food preferences. Might I add the bartender presented some very fascinating variety of cocktails and mocktails.
Food & Beverages tasted, tried & recommended :
Canadian BBQ Salad : by far the best Salad Iâve had in along time. Elongated strips of grilled chicken taking up the semi circle space adjacent to quarter layouts occupied by fresh cut lettuce leaves and fried crumbs of charcoaled rumali roti all tossed in barbecue sauce with an orange zest.
Prawns & Chicken Tacos : Although the ingredients are the same for both, somehow we ended up liking the combination of sour cream and prawns more than as to the chicken variety.
Tandoori Veg Platter : An assortment of appetisers compromising of two distinctive Paneer preparations( Malai Paneer Tikka & Spicy Paneer Tikka , Multani mushroom, small oval shaped tandoori dum aloo and lastly grilled cauliflower.
Sea Food Platter : A platter which reminds you of the all the reasons why you love and enjoy sea food so much and some motivation for those who are yet to fall for the sea and itâs lovely delicacies. Well there was Pomprfet, Prawns, Surmai and Rawas all marinated in Malwani spices, grilled and served alongside fine chopped masala onions and mint chutney.
Murgh Musallam : It arrived, it took our breath away but itâs that first bite when we were overwhelmed by the how accurately was the chicken cooked and grilled, perfect ratio of rice : curry, a curry which not only distinctive but doesnât take away from you the flavours ozone out of the chicken and steamed basmati rice.
Water Melon Cucumber ( Mocktail ) : Ever dream of what itâs like to drink straight from a fruit ? Well thatâs what this drink is, watermelon cut in proportions to a hemicycle incorporating watermelon juice, sweet lime syrup, soda and fine fresh cut watermelon pieces.
California Chi Chi ( Mocktail ) : You may label it Cranberry centric but the orange juice and lemon mint all are a part of it and add up to the awesomeness that is this drink.
To conclude, we really enjoyed our meal and now we have a new restaurant amongst our top picks to dine in whist visiting Alibaugh.
Aieroc offers the ideal place for a staycation with friends or family. With lodging facilities, a multi-cuisine menu, great service and is 10 mins away from the closest beach.
Recently visited this place with few of our good friends and it was a wonderful experience. A joyful ferry ride to Mandwa Jetty and a 30 mins drive from there is the most preferred method to get here.
This place has both indoor and outdoor sittings and a pool that is easily accessible from all the areas i.e the restaurant, bar and the rooms.
Coming to the food we started off with Canadian Barbeque Salad and Chilled Watermelon, Cucumber and feta cheese. Though both of them were good the Canadian Barbeque Salad stood out with the soft and juicy chicken, fried roomali roti and the sweet twist of orange zest accompanied with soft and fluffy slices of garlic bread.
Next came Chicken Butter Tacos and Prawn Butter Tacos. The fillings inside the tacos were very uneven so some were exceptionally good while others were not so great. Personally, we liked the prawns' tacos over the chicken. The most delicious part in the Tacos was the sour cream used in them.
Tandoori Veg Platter â This was one of the best dish served. It consisted of Tandoori Malai Paneer which was the best in the platter, closely followed(in taste) by tandoori mushrooms with its tanginess, our second runner-up was the spicy paneer tikka and it also consisted some delicious tandoori aloo.
Seafood Platter â Consisted of Pomfret, Prawns, Surmai (King Mackerel) and Rawas (Indian Salmon) prepared in koliwada style. If you love seafood this is a must have at this place.
Chicken Lasagne â This was an Indianized version of the Lasagne. A bit more on the spicier side as we like it.
Chicken Quesadillas â This was a bit disappointing it lacked the cheesiness it should have had.
Then came the showstopper of the day - Murgh Musalam, the chef recommended it to us and we totally understood why. The aromatic rice and the chicken cooked to perfection in the spice stuffed with minced chicken inside was just too delicious. Donât miss this one.
Now to end our meal on a sweet note we had Tres Leches Cake, tres leches basically means three milks. The soft butter cake was soaked in milk topped with whipped cream and was heavenly.
Overall, a place to spend quality time with your friends and family and an ideal getaway place to escape all the hustle and bustle of the city.
PS â The staff is also well trained to suggest you drinks as per your liking and preference.
The place is an oasis! Amazing food and really good service. I was very sceptical about ordering continental dishes in alibuag but both the dishes I ordered were excellent. The staff is very courteous. I'm happy with the overall experience and definitely go back on my next alibuag visitđ€
It has been thirty-five years since my mother in law last visited Alibaug. She was yearning to go. A close friend invitation to Aieroc, in Alibaug, fell in my lap at the opportune moment. My mother in law was elated at the prospect of joining me on a day trip to Alibaug. On the appointed day, we awaited the boat to ferry us across to the breezy shores of Alibaug.
The team, had co-ordinated the table really well. Right from organizing the transport to brining us back home, and everything in between was taken care of. What actually touched me most is everyone treated my mother-in law well, and she had a whale of a time.
The trip was a good one. We reached in a little less than an hour. My enthused mother in law encouraged me to participate with all the other friends too. I feel happy to receive the kind of support I do from my family. It helps me take my dreams and ambitions a notch higher.
Aieroc has the perfect ambiance. The décor is airy and roomy, and perfect for soaking in the Alibaug sun. Aieroc has the perfect air-conditioned sit-in and sit out for all those who enjoy the beauteous sea breeze. The restaurant overlooks the swimming pool, and makes for a perfect brunch too.
The staff was ever so cordial, and ensured that my mother in law was plated the food that accorded her age. The chef went an extra mile to make her a less spicy preparation, and encouraged her to drink fresh juices and served fresh tender coconut.
On our arrival we were served a chilled watermelon, and feta cheese salad. There was a non-vegetarian variation that included the Canadian Barbeque Salad.
They also served us an array of interesting starters. However I genuinely felt that the vegetarian options were fewer, and should include some more there. I tucked into the âAieroc fully loaded Nachosâ, âLebanese Platter with Lebantine bread. There was the Chimi Churi Chicken for the non-vegetarians, which was deliciously prepared. The âJoohjeh Kebabâ, âTandoori Platterâ (comprising of vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and sea-food variants), âMexican Grilled vegetablesâ, âChicken rollâ, âKadhai Paneerâ, âChicken lasagneâ, âShrimp Risottoâ, âGrilled Cottage Cheeze Ratatouille ânâ Broccoli Cheese Flanâ, âRosemary infused Roast imperial chickenâ, âGrilled cottage cheeseâ, âChicken Fajitaâ, and last but not the least âQuesadilla (vegetarian and non-vegetarian)â.
The mains were just as interesting. It comprised of simple but well prepared dished like, âDal Makhaniâ, âMutton Rogan Joshâ, âAgri Koumbdiâ, and the very elabourately prepared âMurg Mussalamâ. There were numerous breads accompanying the mains. These comprised of âNaanâ, âRotiâ, âMissi Rotiâ, âStuffed Kulcha (chilly-cheeze, Aloo Mutter Paneer),
We ended the mains with authentically prepared âHyderabadi Dum Vegetarian/Chicken Biryani.â
A meal is never complete without a sweet dish. We bloggers took great delight, and keenly awaited the end. The dessert comprised of a deliciously prepared âTre Leches Cakeâ
All in all it was a great experience, a delicious meal, only wished there was a little more for vegetarians to offer.
Visited the place along with a bunch of my friends this week. We visited on a weekday and hence our journey from Mumbai to Aieroc was pretty pleasent, also the place gets most of the crowd during weekends.
It's a 30min drive from the Mandwa port, but once you have the food here you will realize that it is way better than the clichéd places located at very close to Mandwa Port.
Apart from the restaurant and bar, they have a stay also sorted for visitors.
The food here is mutlicuisine, so you can come here with your friends and family and you will still be comfortable with the food. They have both inside and outside seating arrangement.
The outside seating arrangement has pool and is open roof.
Coming to the food, here are some of the items from their menu which I tried:
1)Canadien Barbeque salad(4/5): I tried the veg salad also, but this was way better as I loved the orange zest on the fried bread and it totally complemented the barbeque chicken
2)Prawn Tacos(3/5): We had got both chicken and prawns tacos. Certainly did not like the chicken one but the prawns one was better than the chicken.
3)Tandoori Veg Platter(5/5): Paneer, potatoes, mushroom, cauliflower. They covered all the main items in the veg platter. Didn't try the non veg one, but would definitely recommend you'll to try this one.
4)Seafood platter(4/5): The platter covered pompret, basa, prawns and surmai. I just had a bit from all but still loved prawns over rest of the fishes.
5)Chicken Lasagne(4/5):Be it chicken or veg lasagne, the preparation and taste was same except for the addition of chicken in it. It's a very filling dish. So if you order this, you will hardly be able to eat anything that heavy afterwards.
6)Murgh Mussallam(5/5): Highlight of all was this dish. By the time it reached our table we were already full and were about to leave for our ferry but the rice and chicken was so good that we stayed a bit longer and ate some of it. If you're coming here, do not miss out on this dish.
They have a very active bar and serve amazing Mocktails and cocktails. Some of their drinks are huge and very innovative.
If you're planning to visit alibag someday, then do not miss out on this place
I visited here with my friends for dinner and had a great experierice, I ordered chimmi churi chicken, corn salt n pepper, Hoegarden, Heineken. Food was really awesome and well balanced. Staff is very kind too. Will make sure to visit again and again
Great ambience,Amazing food. Absolutely loved the golden fried prawns! If you are in Alibaug, you must absolutely check out Aieroc!! đđđđ

Awesome Pizza Pasta and superb service ...
this place is like a hidden treasure... we being group of 24 people looking for pizzeria in Alibaug (as for last 2 days we were eating and enjoying Malwani and North Indian food)
To our surprise the place was really nicely done, good modern interior (anchor and ship theme ) ... can easily accommodate 30-35 people
There is a bar as well.. serving nice range of drinks ...
Staffs were very friendly and professional
High recommendation for this place đđŒ
We began with few mocktails like;
Lemon Caprioshka - A simple orange flavored drink with mint and sprite.
Food was great. Also this restaurant was close to the city centre and ST bus stand, which makes it convenient for people traveling to Alibag
I can't even begin to tell you what a wonderful experience we had out here. We ended up at Mandwa with no clue as to what to do. Soon I went to Google to find restaurants around me. Since this was rated high, I chose this place and I will never regret my decision. The ambience, the music, the alcohol, the food... It's all so perfect, rather it's something that I don't quite get even in Mumbai. Very reasonable, with great quality. The outside seating is truly amazing and to add up to it, the staff was so friendly. In all, it's really a place you must visit if you are a fan of a good lounging scene with music, food and booze.
Ambience was nice. Food was above average. Service from Owner and Head Waiter was excellent.
Paneer Butter Masala is a must try for vegetarians. Appetizers -Mushroom was not cooked well. Naan wasn't great, they were as thin as chapatis.. hardly any cheese in cheese chilly naan. Value for money - Good
Good food (for the standards of alibag). Good ambience. Only one waiter is friendly (aged guy at the bar area). Washrooms are clean but stink bad due to drainage issue. Only kingfisher available in beer section. Still one of the best in alibag.
Loved this little restobar. Ambience is super cool with vibrant colors and dim lights. With great music you can relax here for long. Food is delicious and delightful. Food and drinks are priced nominal. If you are coming from Mumbai or Pune, you will love this place in the heart of Alibaug town. Must visit place.
Superb food drinks and hospitality
The ambience was good ..there is a pool adjoining the restaurant. Some stuffs are nicely placed which enhance the decor. Food was also good.
Great place with great ambience and the taste of food is also very good. The staff is very nice. It is near Alibaug city.
Out of the box!!! Everything here spring a pleasant surprise. The ambiance, the huge variety of menu, the service and lastly the pricing do set the place apart.
They serve good pizzas and pasta. But their nachos, milk shakes and coolers are overpriced and not that great.
