Dal makhani and palak paneer was awesome but not satisfied with sarso ka saag. It should be improved and the management was little in managing crowd.

Ordered veg thali here, was expecting some punjabi rustic food but it turned out to be cosmopolitan food which you get in metros. Overall taste was good but when in punjab we want punjabi food, this kind of restaurant food you would get anywhere in northern part of india, we were looking for some rustic punjabi dhaba food which we did not found.
Situated just outside golden temple this restaurant serves lip smacking, crunchy, flaky kulchas served along with dahi, tamatar ki chatni and chole.
Their chai is too good. Milky, frothy n pipping hot.
Always crowded with large groups, families.
Value for money and servers are humble.

Yesterday i had visited Bade Bhai ka Brothers Dhaba....We have Ordered Mini Meal Combo... Stuffed Kulcha With Curd and Special Chana Was Very Yummy...Also We Tried Butter Paneer Masala with Butter naan ,curd,salad it was ok ok....I recommend Everyone to try their yummmmy Stuffed Kulcha With Curd and Special Chana....I hope you all will definately like it....

Amritsari Chola kulcha was upto its name.
The deliciousness of chole can't match to any I had in past.
Everything served here was super good. The masala papad had that perfect tangy, spicy flavour. The Paratha was buttery. And the Dosa was good too. Hygenic, Good hospitality, little crowded & noisy place.

The best food I have ever had.
We ordered:
1- Paneer Kulcha: It was served with black daal and a chutni made of chopped onion, salt and lemon in a watery texture. It went well with the Kulcha and gave an enhanced flavour.
2- Amritsary Special Kulcha - It had a mixed filling of mashed potatoes, cauliflower, cabbage, onion with adequate spices. Chole, curd and the same chutni is being provided to go with it.
3- Gobi Kulcha: Cabbage and Cauliflower mixed with spices gave this Kulcha a different taste. Gobi Kulcha is served with curs, Chole and the same onion chutni
All kulchas are topped with loads of butter. If you want more curd or Chole after finishing the previous serving then they provide you with the same FREE of cost.
Overall a nice place to eat at. They have Zomato Gold but it's not applicable on breakfast and Combos. Loved the ambiance and would surely visit again!
We were in Amritsar for a night and this place came highly recommended. All we wanted to to do was taste some good punjabi food, and if that’s what you want brother’s is the place to go. The ambience of the place was fine, and the food much better. We ordered Sarsoon ka saag with makai ki roti, their special tawa paneer and dal makhani along with paratha. All 3 dishes were lip smackingly delicious. Being season time we were lucky to get sarsoon ka saag and the makai roti was made to perfection. The paneer dish was good too. The dal was everything you expect when in punjab. Their dal is of just a different flavour and the food here with lots of butter. The location is very convenient to after visiting the golden temple. So when in Amritsar don’t miss going to this place. Happy munching 🍻

Totally in love with this place. One of the oldest and actually worth visiting. Amritsar being the cultural food hub of Punjab, has many many overhyped places but this one is the one against them all.
Delicious food, comfortable but a little messy ambiance (could be ignored due to thousands of people visiting here everyday) and lastly, fast service. You'll always find this place full no matter when you visit. And even after all that, if you order thaalis you get them like within 5 minutes of ordering. Visited here recently with my family for dinner and ordered manchurian, parantha thaali (with chane) and another parantha thaali (with paneer). Have to order a daal makahni extra as it's too tasty to resist.
Talking about the taste, as I earlier mentioned it's really good and worth trying. Paranthas are soft and easy to chew. Daal makhani and paneer are also fine. However, I won't recommend to order any sides here. Go for just and just the dinner. Manchurian was for Rs.160 and legit didn't taste good.
The food here is simply finger licking awesome!!! Located very near to the Golden Temple, this place is easy to find. The interiors are simple but food is worth every penny. The portions are generous.
We tried the Spl. Amritsari kulcha thali and it was good but not the best but definitely worth a try.

Last week, I visited Brothers Dhaba because many people suggested this place repeatedly. I must say they didn't fail the expectation. We tried some stuffed Kulchas, Parathas with chana masala, curd, chole, plain lassi & mango lassi and also idli-sambhar (It also tasted good). All dishes were heavy (after all you are having punjabi food, so you have to ignore the calorie count), appetizing & flavoursome.

Friends I have ordered aloo kulcha( King Size).I got my order intime. I choose this restaurant becz it is epic and taste is very good and moreover it is near my location.aftet getting the order, I saw that packing was very good. Salt was little light in kulchas. Chanas taste is gud and with curd gud combination. Kulcha was not dipped with better, it was light. Overall it is best options with economical price.

I visited Brothers Dhaba after the localities suggested this place repeatedly. I wanted to see for myself what it was about. And they didn't fail me. I tried the stuffed kulcha with chana masala and butter naan with paneer butter masala. The dishes were heavy and heavenly! While in Amritsar, don't miss out this place. They serve pure vegetarian options here. The service is decent and the place is clean. The food is worth it!
Ohh went for dinner a week ago, kulches stood upto the hype, I had a paneer kulcha while my parents had some special kulches although I preferred the paneer one over theirs. All the kulches were served with ample servings of dahi, chole, dal makhni and pickle. Had a special mango Lassi and a normal Lassi to wash the kulches down with, had some water to wash the lassis down with. No offense to the lassis, they were great.
This place is surely gonna give MNC Pizza Chains a run for money. Though its famous for Indian food.. but the pizzas are outstanding. Chilly Paneer pizza is to die for. Such large amount of paneer toping is never to be found elsewhere. Plus prompt delivery though Zomato in well sealed packing is an add on. Keep it up 👍

A spot near Golden Temple, this surely does not look like a dhaba in the middle of Hall Bazar, but that’s only because they are just so good. The food here is vegetarian and mind blowing. We tried-
▪️Veg Special Thali - It consists of Dal Makhani, Paneer sabzi, Chana Masala, Raita, Rice, Salad, Papad and a choice of bread (1 Naan/ 1 Paratha/ 3 Rotis). We chose lacchedar paratha.
▪️Rajma Chawal - Regular stuff. Can skip.
▪️Tawa Paneer - This is supposedly their speciality and we get it why. Paneer was very soft and succulent and the gravy was mildly spicy and super tasty.
▪️Aloo Kulcha - Just can not miss this Amritsari special. Kulcha stuffed with aloo filling and served with unimaginable amount of butter. It’s got this unique taste and it’s so tasty that you can relish it without any gravy.
▪️Paneer Kulcha - Second best kulchas here. Goes very well with Tawa Paneer.
You feel the love with which the food is cooked here and the servers do not appreciate if you waste it. If you are visiting golden temple, you can not leave the area without stopping for a meal. You’d be missing out if you didn’t stop by.

This place was a part of my must go to eat places in Amritsar. The place was hell crowded but we managed to find a good place. The ambience was nice and the wall was all creative with great quotes.
We ordered proper food like Mix Veg, Dal Tadka, Dal Makhni, Paneer Takatak , Jeera rice, Butter Naan and Butter Roti. The food was superb and felt like home. Also it wasn't spicy much. Each and every dish was up to the mark. The service was very very quick and was served super hot. I totally loved the food here. I'm definitely going to visit here again.

I have heard alot about Brothers Dhaba .So when I was in Amritsar, it was but natural to pay a visit to this place. Situated not too far from the golden temple, this place serves some of the best Punjabi delicacies.
For me it was to check on their most sought after dish I.e Dal Makhani.
And yes they have lived to their reputation.
Though personally my quest to the best Dal Makhani continues. Theirs was not bad at all.

This place has very nice interiors and is very clean . I had the best amritsari kulcha which was just too delicious to be expressed in words. Also rajma chawal, chilly potato, dahii bhala everything here was totally worth a visit.
Punjab main aaye aur kulche na khaye aisa thodi ho sakta hai. Amritsari kulche over here are damn awesome. They are served along with dal makhani and a cube of butter. Proper punjabi style. I also tried Paneer Cheese Kulcha which was served along with Amritsari Chole. Both were amazing. And on top of that a glass full of Punjabi Lassi is all you want. This is a perfect place to have Punjabi Food. It is located near the Golden Temple so do visit this place when you visit The Golden Temple.

The food was absolutely delicious.Loved it Soo Soo much that after coming back to Bangalore as well I keep on craving for those absolutely delicious kulche.
We tried their special kulche,panner kulche and Gobi kulche.
Kulche we're so soft that it just melted as soon as you eat it.It was accompanied by chole,curd and chutney.Everything tasted really good.
On top of everything,it was one of the most pocket friendly meal you can have.

Where in Amritsar can you find the greatest Amritsari Kulcha? So here it is: the solution. exclusively at Brother's Dhaba. But where is the location of brother's dhaba? Only in front of the Partition Museum. The Sweet Lassi is amazing here, and the staff is wonderful and attentive to guests.

Amazing food. Ankush Veerji served us so well. Do eat Amritsari Kulcha and Paneer Kulcha here. Also they have any amazing lassi both meethi and namkeen. Also ask for a chai too. It comes in a very cute glass and tastes amazing.
Oh my God, this place was a total killer, one of the best (infact under top 5 maybe) restaurants in Amritsar. We had ordered One Veg Thali and asked for 3 plain chapathis with that (Tandoori roti basically) without butter, but we had got it with a lot of butter and the dal makhani was mind blowing. Prices are moderate, but the taste and quantity is just amazing. Kind of crowded most of the time, but do wait , have a meal and then leave Amritsar, you won't regret it. Service is also great. Crowd management can be improved, but I don't blame them either for that. Will definitely visit again.

This place is situated just infront of the partition Museum. This is a very famous dhaba in Amritsar. One of our friend in office suggest and we came here to have a heavy dinner after full day of roaming about in Amritsar. This place is seriously awesome and has some great vibes. We order special Amritsari Kulcha thali, Veg special thali, sarso da sag, makke di roti and mango Lassi. All of the dishes were just heaven to taste. I just had some great food after very long time. Sarso da sag was just amazing to taste. All the items that we ordered is a must try at this place. The service is also great here. We were serviced by Dharam Singh. He is very good and is very very handsome also. I forgot to ask his number for future reference. I wish he sees this review and provides me the same. 😜 Last but not the least this place is quite affordable and you would be full in some small amount spent only.

We ordered here dal makhani and sarson ka saag with makke ki roti. Dal makhani was good but sarson ka saag had no taste whatsoever. Makki ki roti was very small and had no taste either. The place was crowded but luckily we got a table as soon as we entered here. Avoid peak hours as it is famous. Service was good. Menu has no half plate/portion item but if you want to try multiple items just ask the waiter to serve half items. Overall not a special place but can go for a lunch or dinner.
