This place is very beautiful I visiting over there nd I spend some of my time in that place and found it very peaceful the crowd was very good. Quality of the pastries , cakes are excellent. And bit high pricses but it is compromisable as per the good quality of the food .
Overall it was perfect, but i guess the price of the dining was a bit high .....on the other hand the quality and quantity of the eatable was hygienic and worth.

This is my third visit in Amritsar and I am totally in love with the food and the places which ever I am visiting. one of the place I have visited was this beautiful cafe in Ranjit Avenue with the name is bon Gateau. The interiors are beautiful and such colourful that you don't want to miss this cafe whenever you are in Amritsar. the staff is good and quick. the dishes were amazingly presented so I tried some of these dishes which were delicious and mouthwatering.

With some really eye catchy and photogenic walls, this place serves one of the finest food in the town. Visited here today with my group and tried cream of tomato, veg platter, non veg platter, veg biryani, non veg biryani and the best one here, chocolate truffle cake.
Beginning with the platters, good food, small portions. It isn't enough for two hungry people. Prices are high as per the quantity served here. The fact stated here is true for both veg and non veg platters, however, the veg platters seem more tempting than non veg platters.
Cream of tomato was good. Thick and tasty. Topped with cream and bread crumbs. Biryani was decent. It could have been better but keeping in mind, the amritsar market, it is worth trying once.

Iโve visited Bon Gateau on a few occasions, some of those days busier than others. However, weekend meal times surely draw in the crowd, making it difficult to get a table. They have an assortment of pastries and breads to order as well as an array of Indian and Continental food. I had their latte and fruit tart one day, which was excellent. The fruit was perfectly cut, the tart crisp but not overly sweet. On another visit, I had the Greek salad, which was filling. My only complaints were that the music was a bit loud and the servers were insistent on quickly getting diners through the meal (lounging after a meal was a bit difficult).

Bon gateau has really set a benchmark in casual dine and bakery delicacies. We ordered grilled chicken breast with barbeque sauce and non-veg hakka noodles. Both the preparations were outstanding and it never lowers the expectations when dining there.
Pretty cafe with good interiors. The food is good. Waiters are friendly and professional. The best part is that the food was fresh and healthy. The only concern is that it is slightly expensive.

There are two big tables which have a seating of 6 people.They show extreme possessiveness towards those tables and never let you have those if you are 2-3 of you, in spite of the whole cafe being empty.And they donโt believe in conveying things to you politely.Always rude!

Been to this place quite a few times and it is one of the best in town. Recently I had a nice breakfast there and it was totally yumm with masala omelette, potato wedges and grilled tomatoes. Heard a lot about this place and was craving for some chocolate pastry. Finally tried it yesterday the pastries are mouth watering delicious. The texture is excellent and that just melt in your mouth. I tried the chocolate truffle cake and was very happy. But one look at the counter and felt that the mango pastry also looked tempting. For once I forgot about calories and tasted the mango pastry. It is by far the best pastry that the place has to offer. Haven't tried the food here but as far as desserts are concerned, the place is a must visit.
It is a place i can always rely upon. Almost every dish is just fabulous. My favourites are their hyderabadi chicken dum biryani and thai green curry. They have probably the best cheesecakes in amritsar! A must visit place for every sweet tooth in the town
The food is good and you have a variety of things to choose from. My personal favourites are the Pad thai noodles and their pastas. Their desserts are great except for the pancakes which are always flat, dry and seem like they are prepared from a box mixture. Hope they improve on it.

I happen to visit this place during my Amritsar days . The place has got good hype in the market which made me stopover the spot .
We ordered a classic chicken burger and a slice of apple pie along with blueberry smoothie ,bubblegum shake and an English breakfast tea .
It was all worth it and the apple pie was amazingly delicious. The place is a bit pricey but the taste covers it up .

Best cakes and pasteries. Great food . Great ambience till kitty party aunties surround you with fake accents. Saw people bringing in alcohol ( hidden of course) . On inquiring the staff says alcohol is allowed if you are with family. Great to see a family of 9 middle aged uncles in the city.

Its a lit place. Situated in a very posh and happening market of Ranjit Avenue, this place is very lively. Nicely done interiors and serves great quality food. We went there in the last hours just to sip a coffee. We placed the last order. Wanted to have more but it was bit late. Would love to visit again soon. Staff is well trained and i could see they have a large menu to serve.
i had lamb burger in bon gateau.. In my opinion taste was good but not that great.. staff is lack of knowledge of thier menu... bakery items are awesome here, sitting arrangement is also very good.. all i want to improve is :
1 : staff should study every item of menu like i ordered lamb burger he(waiter)didn't even know what that was.

Recently visited Bon Gateu located in Ranjit Avenue and I canโt express how mesmerised I was to see that. It was treat to eyes and simply superb.

Amazing spread of bakery and food items. The menu is pretty elaborate and you can satisfy your food cravings for sure! Weekends are usually busy so visit in advance if you want your choice of seatings. They donโt take reservations, so itโs pretty much a first come first serve.
I will definitely suggest sizzlers, which In opinion were delicious. The service was speedy too even though the place was pretty packed.
