So while our stay in Anjuna we discovered this restaurant and in our complete stay we made sure to have our food from here daily. Their food is super fresh and so so delicious 😋. I ordered king fish , pomfret and tandoori chicken from Zaffran. The king fish is one of the best fish you will find in neighbourhood and their pomfret is another gem. The fish was really very delicious and is a must must order dish when you r here. Tandoori chicken was delectable. The chicken was juicy and tender with burst of flavours with each bite. I recommended each one of you to definitely visit this restaurant. You will surely love it.
Woww. My mouth is still watering after eating from Zaffran. Indian cuisine at its best. Rates are economical and quality is commendable. One of the highest recommended dish is King fish and another one is butter chicken. I don’t think you will find any restaurant better than Zaffran in entire goa. Go for it without thinking.

If you love indian cuisine then there is no other place better than Zaffran in entire Goa. Their food is authentic and the ingredients are fresh. We ordered alot of starters and main course. We booked our room in Ivy hotel and one fine day decided to dine in their restaurant Zaffran and we are still patting our backs for having talking this decision to eat from here. Its a true gem. The food they serve is commendable and scrumptious. The quality is perfect. The staff is always on their toes to serve. The food is really mind blowing. We were couple of friends who went to dine in zaffran in anjuna. The restaurant is neat and clean with full hygiene maintained. We ordered few appetisers along with some cocktails. The cocktails were amazing , each of it made with correct proportions. In snacks we ordered alot of things like tandoori chicken, chicken tikka , chicken malai tikka , king fish and paneer tikka. Each one of them was so tasty and the preparation was so so good. We got so full but we kept on hogging because of the scrumptious taste. The quality was commendable. The prices were quite reasonable too. Each and everything was so fresh and yummy 😋 that made us overeat.

This is a fine dine family restaurant near Anjuna beach at an affordable price. We tried Chicken Shorba, Tandoori Pomfret, Butter nun, Dal Makhni, Mixed Veg, Murgh Lababdar, Murgh Boti Masala and finally their in-house kulfi. All the dishes were truly delicious and Murgh Lababdar was the outstanding one.

We had makai and mushroom curry along with pudina paratha and I must say that both were beyond exceptional. I really loved how flaky the paratha was and the curry was very tasty. The service is sublime. There was also traditional sitar performance going on. It was overall a great experience. The food is definitely value for money without a doubt for the quality and level of service.
Serving only authentic North Indian cuisine, Zaffran is excellent for a family lunch or a get-together with friends. Located on the bylanes of Anjuna, this place has minimalistic interiors, and the service here is prompt too. For mains, their paneer akbari and murgh boti masala stood out with a perfect blend of spices. To accompany the gravy we had cheese naans, beautifully chared with melting cheese waiting on the inside. Lastly, for the rice lovers, their murgh biryani is flavorsome and well described as "ZANZANIT" (very spicy). Overall we had a bellyful experience here.

For starters we ordered chicken and fish tikka and both were mouth watering.
For the mains, we ordered fish curry and kadhai chicken which tasted perfect with mixed breads.
Zaffran is one of the amazing places I have visited in Anjuna. Yesterday I visited here with my buddies and had a great time here. had some delicious food here. We had Amritsari Fish and Malai tikka in staters and both the staters were absolutely lip smacking.
After a while we had main course. Chicken Boti Masala was delicious.

Zaffran is a simple and elegant place to dine in at. We took a poolside table that was candle lit. The romantic setting is a bonus with the amazing food that they serve.
We had the Murgh Reshmi Tikka, Gulafi Murgh Seekh and Murgh Biryani. Each dish was very neat and tasted incredible.
For desserts we had the Ice Cream Sundae and left with happy smiles and memories of a damn good meal.
Goa has to be the place to be in 2019, and Ivy in Anjuna has to be the place to stay at. Their restaurant, Zaffran, is probably the best places to eat at in Goa by a long way.
Their ambience is clean and fresh, and the staff is very courteous. We stayed there for one day and had lunch there. We were blown away by the quality of the poultry there. The cook on the chicken was beautiful. Soft, succulent, juicy.
We got the Murgh Tikka and the Murgh Malai Tikka, which were great! But the star of the meal had to be the Murgh Mumtaz. Ohohohoho. I'm going to have dreams about this dish! Absolutely amazing!

We took a chicken butter masala parceled and once we reached our home and started to eat it, it was heavenly. I think i will never like this dish from any other place coz i tasted the pinnacle of this dish.

One of the best north Indian food. We stayed in goa 5 days. We had been looking for good north Indian food but we didnt find proper north Indian food. Finally 4th day we found this place. I must say after having food here we were satisfied,and felt like our stomach get filled after 4 days.

Paneer kundan kalian- the gravy was creamy, thick but still not heavy and captured the whole aroma of kasuri methi with a subtle spicy kick.
Dal makhni- the most regular item on the list was yum! one of the best i had on goa.
tandoori roti- they were thin and crunchy yet soft to eat easily.
Kulfi- it was average.
Gulab jamun- 3 bite size pieces in one plate, not overly sweet and could taste the subtle cardamom.
We had been here during one of our trips to Goa, after getting totally flushed with rains at the chapora fort we visited this place and it was just amazing.

My friend took me to this place. Situated in IVY Goa it is a fine dining restaurant and the ambience of place is good. The menu of the place is balanced with some really good dishes on the menu. The service is prompt but the staff lacked the grace. We ordered tomato Shorba, masala papad, paneer Kundal kalian , mili jhuli sabji, Martbaan Meat , cheese naan, garlic naan, aloo kulcha and rice. The paneer Kundal was the best of the lot and other veg dishes were good too. Meat Martbaan was not I expected it to be and was disappointing.

Luckily found this place on the way to Anjuna fort. We got to know that restaurant added Veg and Non Veg thalis to menu on the same day and we were the first to try Veg Thali. It was a limited thali containing Paneer, Mix Veg, Dal Fry, Rice, Fulkas, Gulab Jamun and Coke.
All food items were delicious and worth the price. We had our best vegetarian lunch in Goa at this place.

Accidentally came across Zaffran which is located in a very quiet place near Vagator beach. Very isolated and quiet place. No long waiting ques. Had ordered:

Zaffran - Goa
I was unaware that Dilli ka Zaffran is also in Goa.
There was zero occupancy when we went but I am shocked as to why.
Its such a pretty restaurant. The Dal makhani is mouth smacking delicious. The cheese naan is perfectly cheesy. They have good soft paneer and beautiful masala papads.
They also have an elaborate non veg menu I am yet to try.
Highly recommend this place.

Excellent North Indian cuisine.Try out the Paneer Kundan Kalian dish which was extremely delicious.
But yeah the rates mentioned on Zomato are different from the actual ones in the restuarant.I guess they have not updated their menu card on Zomato.Kindly update the Menu card on Zomato.
The food was served very quickly with good taste.. however, I felt it was a bit oily. But being in Goa, it is a pretty good option for the vegetarians so I’d recommend it!!

It's based near anjuna , as I traveled from Mumbai to goa for my vacations i was just checking places near my hotel on zomato so this restaurant popped up !
I checked the ambience picture and the very next momment both my friends agreed to dine here.
The ambience is soo beautiful that you can have your meal in peace with a beautiful view of fountain on the right . All the furniture and other decore made to be perfect . It totally gives you the feel of rich dining . A perfect place for a family dinner .
The service need to be little fast , it's not slow at all but if they make a improvement in this it'll be perfect.
The waitors need to be little more professional since they didn't asked us a glass of water after checking in . They forgot to give us aprons . But they also gave us the best suggestion for our meal , thanks a lot for that :)

It used to be in ozran heights but has now changed address. Near anjuna police station , zaffran offers a great menu with delicious food without burning a hole in your pocket. We ordered Dal makhani , kadhai paneer , tomato shorba with garlic and butter nan . Everything was very pleasing to our palates. A must go for a scrumptious lunch if you are in that area and need good vegetarian food.

So i should say this is the best restaurant in Anjuna, Goa. The quality and quantity of food is awesome. I would like to recommend their Murg Mumtaz and Pomfret . These two are just hit dishes. You will also like prawns here along with Kurkuri Bhindi .

We were staying in Dmello Vaddo and wanted to have some good North Indian delicacies. We went straight to this place, called Zaffran. Foreigners over here pronounce it as Saffron though 😂 Food is nice , it's delicious and portion size also good. Service is fast and staff is courteous. Must try is there Jhinga Masaledar, it's a little touch of goa with some north indian thing. Overall a nice place to enjoy your weekend.

Heard about this from a local guide and he said that we must try this place. So we had Murgh Shorba, a perfect non vegetarian soup. In starters we have Murgh Kali Mirch Tikka, boneless chicken marinated with cashewnut paste and flavoured with pepper corn. Wow it was so so awesome 😍 Then we had Tandoori Pomfret, whole pomfret marinated in some secret herbs and then cooked in tandoor .
Main Course we had Fish Curry , it's a chef special. Goan Fish prepared with some secret spices, not able to explain flavour but it was awesome. We also had Jhinga Masaledar and Mutton Biryani.
Service over here is also very good and interiors are super classy . Would surely recommend this page to all

The staff is friendly and cooperative. We ordered Raunak-e-seekh, Corn Malai seekh, Dal makhni and Jhinga masaledaar. Everything were very scrumptious and tasty. Jhinga masalaedaar is a must try.

Amazing food and great location. You are sitting next to the beach with a feeling of a shack but with amazing North Indian dishes. Highly recommended.
If you are bored of eating too much Goan food on a holiday, head here to taste Mughlai food at its best. They have authentic Biryani and curry dishes and loads of other options on the menu.
Another great thing that took me by surprise is that they serve yummy breakfast. They have Ham bits, bacon & great eggs.
But the best part about this place is the View! If you manage to get the corner table, you will have the privilege of having your meal while soaking in the spectacular view of the Ozran beach.
If you are at Vagator, you will go to Thalassa for sure but if you are craving for a good authentic indian meal, enter into Zaffran which is right next door and you will not regret a bit.

The first time we visited this place was last year, off season, and we fell in love with the food. I am surprised at the low-ish zomato ratings.
The location is just outstanding and the staff is so polite and warm.
We ordered for our favorite daiquiris and sure enough they were as fabulous as we had remembered them.
The dal tadka was made to order for our toddler and it was perfect.

I have been to Goa thrice and believe me after trying this restaurant I could'nt get better North Indian food at this price. Food is awesome if you order North Indian. We have tried almost all the dishes. Specially loved the Paneer dishes. Buttermilk is pretty good, it's thick tangy and perfectly spiced. We stay in Bangalore and often keep planning to visit Goa to have food :) Though the service here is a little strict. they won't serve you out of lunch dinner timings. Also with lack of staff sometimes you might feel a bit less attended. But overall if you get to eat you will return satisfied. Ambience is great , vagator beach view from a height.

Omlette with cheese and ham was out of the world. Service attitude is decent enough and yes the view is the cherry on the cake for those who would like to have North Indian food.
This restaurant is next to Thalassa and has therefore a lovely sunset view. It is a small place and we reached here post 3 pm for lunch. They had stopped serving lunch and hence we had some snacks.
The pasta was delicious. However , the sandwitch and Pakoras were average.
The service was also average.
Simply awesome place, you can have good See view from Dining tables.
Vegetarian food is also good.. We enjoyed the Sunday lunch here................

The food is amazing and the view even more so. What I loved is that its the only authentic Mughlai/ Punjabi food place I found in all of Goa. Generally speaking, Goa i not the best place for Mughlai style food, but after three days of coastal food and Greek food and Italian food I tend to miss my tandoori khana. When you have that craving in Goa, don't look anywhere else....head to Vagator and dine at Zaffran. It's the same one that is there in Delhi. Attached to a nice hotel/ resort.
now this is the most most most amazing indian restaurant with the bestttttt view...and trust me the food is beyond your imagination...the taste if the food, the feel of the place, warmth if the staff, cleanliness, view etc etc etc every thing if PERFECT...one reason to love goa is ZAFFRAN ❤️

Very tasty food, great ambience, friendly staff, tasty non- veg food. We tried chicken biryani and it was awesome. Onion laccha was authentic.

Fish curry and Paneer kundan was good too.
