This place truly deserves 5* rating... After a reference from a friend, I traveled all the way from Ponda and mind you it was worth every bit..
By the time we reached, the much hyped Chicken overload was off the rack so finally had to resort to Chicken Salami and Tuna.. Honestly these were one of the best I've ever had.. sadly we were so hungry that we didn't click any pics!

Absolutely love Maruti and his food! We are regular customers and go there whenever we crave something easy, on the healthy side and delicious. He makes everything fresh, the wraps are delicious and his mum's recipe. And he's a lovely person too! Try the tuna baguette, it's really really good! And if you want to make it healthier ask for more veggies.
Perfect spot to hit, once you’re done partying. Located at starco junction, this food truck is the spot to be. Try the chicken overload, it is worth the hype. Can be easily shared by two people, 3 if you’re not baked! Very friendly guy runs the food truck. Also suggest you eat there or else the bread might get soggy.

Had an Egg wrap which was tastefully made by the chef at the food truck. The ingredients were fresh specially the bread was whole wheat and home made that made it stand out from the regular wraps. A must visit late in the night if in Anjuna.

On a hunt for good street food, I came across Maruti food truck, all thanks to google.On reaching the location, there wasn't a Maruti food truck, but there was "Heera tasty bites",so we decided to try it out and I am glad I did.The chef and owner of this place is very friendly, and had started off this venture as a small outlet in the beginning which gained popularity among the locals and tourists.The food is cooked in good hygeinic conditions,also maintaining the surroundings.

The menu consists of veg and non veg baguette's and wraps,with prices ranging from Rs130 to Rs350.Not knowing the size of these wraps,I ordered four wraps, because we were four of us, but the chef suggested that we have two instead, and I am glad he gave that suggestion. The size of one wrap is that of your forearm and I am not exaggerating.One wrap serves two individuals or even three.

I ordered the chicken wrap and chicken overload.The chicken overload goes by its name, it's a ginormous 1 kg wrap, you heard that right.The base is made of homemade multigrain thick bread which is topped with mayonnaise, olives, tomato's, cucumber,a whole load of chicken, 2 eggs,8 -10 slices of salami, topped with a satisfying amount of grated cheese,lettuce and a spicy zing of chilli mayonnaise sauce.This is then heated wrapped and cut into 2 halves.The chicken wrap has the same preparation, but the eggs and salami aren't added and it's lighter than the chicken overload. Both the wraps were delicious, and I definitely struggled to finish it, even though it was delicious. All the vegetables and sauces used are homemade. Definitely a good value for your money with great quantity as well as quality

Maruti, the guy who runs the joint is an amazing person to talk to. He's happy to share stories with you as he prepares an amazing WHOLE HEARTED SUPER STUFFED WRAP. The choice of wraps and the amount of ingredients that he manages to stuff in there is insane. Definitely a must visit.

When I saw this place has been so poorly rated I couldn't help but leave my review.
I think this a ' must try ' place for people who like fresh food. It's something between a sub and a falafel wrap.
Everything from the trademark secret BREAD ROLL BASE,
to the sauces and veggies are fresh.
P.S : It's open till 7am unless his stock runs out , so you might want to call before going.
Also please don't be fussy about having to wait , it's a one man operated food truck and he takes his time to make sure it is perfect.
The guy's wraps and baguettes are a must try! If you're in Goa you simply have to check them out. Super hygienic and clearly made with the choicest ingredients sourced by him, everything from the bread to the produce is always fresh. My favourites are the Tuna and Chicken! Way to go 👍🏻 This truck operates from late evening to early morning and is perfect for a clean midnight snack, I've never had a bad stomach eating his rolls. Highly recommended.

Man. . This guy and his food is so infectious that you just can't ignore him. The wraps, baguettes and the bread omlett options are insane. I have tried each and every item in the menu. A single man handling everything from taking orders to preparing the food to serving it. He does it in style and penchant. His friendly attitude is yet another reason for me to visit this place at least once a week.
The chicken overload wrap is a massive pile up of ingredients which will excite your taste buds and your tummy simultaneously.
Any late night or early morning cravings can be satiated here.

Being a foodie I have travelled a lot and being a delhite I haven't ate this chicken overloaded roll like this in Delhi .its unique like the base which he used and toppings were like he started with putting mayo then jalapeños and olives with so much of chicken ( and that was neither chunks nor shredded) then tomatoes then the omelette and chicken salami, a lot of them with the real spicy chipotle sauce , mint , mustard . And I had tears in my eyes while eating as the spice level was damn high .

P.s : also you can't finish alone .

Wow!! Total surprise. The guy running this truck is Maruti and he has been doing it for last 9.5 years. Super friendly and absolute down to earth person. He spoke passionately about his food and followed all hygiene standards.
We ordered a veg wrap and the quantity is sufficient for 2 people. The ingredients fresh and home made. Freshly prepared and ready to be devoured.
Update: We visited this truck again in August 2021. Tried the chicken overload. It's enough for 2- 6 people. The taste was below expectation. Since it was overloaded the taste was all over the place.
In the world of maida, this truck brings healthy Ragi. The base is gluten free and healthy. Though its not promoted as health food it is healthier than most places claiming to be “healthy”

Great wraps. Tasty food and huge quantity. Open from 8pm till the wee hours of the morning. The owner runs the place with his mother. Nice guy to talk to. As for the wraps, You may not be able to finish the whole thing, so order accordingly.
Taste so amazing that I visited Goa last week after two years and travelled all the way from calangute to anjuna just to treat my taste buds with this healthy and yummilicious wrap.

We ordered overloaded chicken wrap which you can see was so much overloaded with chicken. It would weigh around 1 kg. Moreover the guy is a genuine person, as we were ordering more food than we could probably have, he instantly suggested that we won't be able finish that much. Where else he could have let us order that much and earn profit.
