Its a very nice place to stay in goa, just a bit away from the hustle bustle of the city of mapusa, it is 3 kms away from mapusa, and close to the Anjuna Beach which is only 7 kms away. The food is also very good. the place is situated on a big area and have more than 3-4 difference buildings in which the rooms are located. the area is surrounded with good flora, and trees. The quality and taste of food is excellent. If you stay here once you are bound to book it again in goa

If u are looking for beach side hotel with family or couple this is the best hotel in Goa. I m being here in Goa 50-51 times but this stay is the best most memorable with family. The room itself is 500sq ft big with pool just in front & walkable distance to baga beach for water sports & all. Service wise the staff is excellent they are just standing on toes for guest. Breakfast was awesome. Biggest drawback is thay have less rooms & most of the time they are full. So plan in adavance for Goa trip if u wanna stay in this hotel. Now it is no. 2 hotel rated by trip advisor but sure will come no. W hotel in that area very soon.

In my recent trip to goa, I happend to be at Astoria, since I visit goa quite open i prefer the calmness and the local touch which Goa provides. If thats what you are looking for Astoria should be on your cards when it comes to stay.Few points I would like to mention 1.Property is excellent , very calm and cool location. 2.Rooms are spacious and clean..since its a old property everything cannot be spic and span..but rest assured..it will loved in the way it is. 2.Homely atmosphere, Aaron and Pascal specifically whom i met and interacted with were very helpful. 3.If looking for a peaceful vacation and homely stay in north Goa..Astoria is the place, location is very central, mapusa market and most of the important beaches are not very far from this place.

12 years in a row. I truly felt going to my house in another city. So much of care that you don't find in any other hotels. Most of them in hotel businesses state they give the comfort of home, but its only business, but Astoria knows what the guest needs and they care you and treat you like a family. The nature in the property is untouched. The hotel is very clam, birds chirping makes you feel relaxed. its just home away from home. Thank you Uncle Edwin, Aunty Ida, Joycele and Aaron.

Hard beds, but beautiful rooms with a lot of space. When my travel buddy got hospitalized they helped me out with everything. I can't be more thankful for the wonderful job they've done, arranging all the cabs and insurance help I needed. Great place overall.

The hotel is both blessed and has harnessed the natural beauty of Goa. A serene and quiet place far enough from the city lights, but not too far. The old construction, no tv or wifi only adds more to the experience. There is some room for improvement in room maintenance, cleanliness, Toiletries and room service.

The hotel is decent and away from the usual crowd of Baga or Calungute. It provides total privacy and have ample space to roam inside the compound. Every place is nearby in the 10km radius. Moreover, the Mustard Cafe and Vikram Phadnis designer shop is inside the compound. The host Aaron is a great guy and you can call him anytime if any issue occurs. PS: Make sure you have either Jio or VI sim because there is no Wifi and airtel has no network.

Authentic Goan cuisine! It's one of the best I've ever tasted. Having said that, it's the last of the reasons why you should visit Astoria. Meet Aaron, Aida and Edwin there. Arguably the best hosts you'll ever run into at a resort. Make sure you taste their organic, home-grown pepper. It's just fabulous. All this said, you can also stay there, and it's an awesome place to relax nestled in nature and yet, within striking distance of all the places worth a visit in North Goa.

I liked it very much budgeted, very much homely & regarding distance it depends if u go in taxi or or bike. All guys out there guide you about goa visiting places & fares which is very wise of them. Its purely a homely place in a unknown state!!! go please visit and hv a great experience other than any high 5 star hotel with bad service. Loved a lot this place!!

Huge and spacious . Family kitchen is a must try. One may feel alone because of such large space but it's okay to be with oneself sometimes. This place is best for that.
