August 2018 it was when I first rode around the Calangute Creek belt on my way to Club Cavala. Less than 200 meters from the buzz of the North Goan beaches is this tranquil space as quiet as a mouse! Right then, right there I decided to come back & explore it someday. And exploration here didn't mean looking out for scenic spots - It just meant taking a stroll, finding a go to cafe & picking a spot & curling around for hours long.

It's a quaint cafe bang on the river with cane furniture and an old school charm. Isn't there something classy about cafes that have a vintage air about themselves?
The food was decent, music was good and the greens abundant! Definitely visiting this place on my next trip! You should too! ☺️

I along with group of my friends had been to this nice little cozy place. It is situated adjustant to the water flowing. The nicely lit up lights, slow music and casual chairs make the environment more cozy. The service is good.
We ordered pink spaghetti pasta and bruschetta.
Bira white and hookah is also served here.
Overall loved the location and place.

An amazing place to eat food, chill with your friends. The best part about this place is everything. The wooden ambiance, the lights, the hookah, the ice tea(non-alcoholic). This place is worth a visit. It's not far from Baga beach, you just have to walk for 10 mins. And ones living in Karma Monterio, you have to check this place.
Such a beautiful place! The decor is minimal, yet very cozy with all those fairy lights and the natural scenic beauty of the Baga creek. Food is really good, however hookah could have been better. Chicken steak (brown sauce) was AMAZING! Overall, very nice and chill ambience. Will definitely visit again :)

Raddish has a beautiful surrounding. The place looks lovely. We went there twice with a group of 20 people and both times the service was excellent. We were happy to see them following all the government norms with respect to consumption of alcohol.
Well we ordered quite a lot of dishes- Aloo paratha, Masala omelette, schezwan rice and many more. Every dish was satisfying to our palettes. We were happy with the entire experience.

Raddish is a complete package; excellent food, cozy lake view ambience and extremely friendly staff, what else do you need to spend your evening in Goa. We ordered shisha, some drinks, golden fried prawns, Goan prawns curry and rice and prawn garlic naan, all of them were up to the mark. The extra * is for the genuine and excellent service these guys provide. The only thing that went wrong for us was the timing as it is open till 12 at night and we went around 10:30 pm.

This place is really awesome , I have been here twice , ambience is really peaceful, full of green plants and lights.
Best time to come is at 5-6 pm so that you can see both the sunset as well as the lighting after night comes,
My favourite dish is fish tikka, try Florida sunrise and strawberry cocktail and guys can have beer.
Slow music and beer is the best best combination.
We were staying at the Karma MonteRio across the road and dined here for three nights for the good food and service. The ambience is informal and relaxed. Drinks and meals are very reasonable. We never experiment with international cuisines in local cafes or restaurants. Most likely, that's not their expertise. Imagine ordering a butter chicken in a local cafe in Beijing!! We played safe and stuck to Goan and North Indian cuisine. And were very happy. We were served by Aku who is from the north east. If you are attended by him, Aku has a bit of a language issue. Do ask him to repeat your order. Besides this, he is quick and ready to help.

This restaurant has gotten a lot of hype, drawing tourists off the beaten path (or beach, rather) to venture to the backwaters, where this restaurant lies. It's rather quiet, facing a stream, making it an intimate dining experience. The decor is picturesque and the service is decent. My friends and I had our lunch here, though it was unfortunate that many of the things we wanted to order weren't on the menu. We settled on pork vindaloo, chicken xacuti, chana masala, naan, and rice. It took a short while for the food to arrive, but it was freshly prepared. The pork vindaloo was decent, the pork extremely tender, though I found the gravy to be rather thick. The chicken xacuti was delicious, the curry having a subtle hint of coconut, the masalas dominating the dish, which was filled with chicken. The chana masala was excellent and extremely spicy, which I liked. The naan was perfectly cooked and the rice was fresh. Overall, the prices were decent for Goa. I was overall happy with my experience.

This is place offers you a river view and the Ambience is perfect for an evening date with your loved ones. The Food is very nice and the tandoor dishes are highly recommended. Visit this place for a private time not too far away from the hustle bustle of north goa.

The staff is very friendly. The food is great. You have to try their chocolate liquor - you cant have just one ;-) Sit back and have a great time with friends/family over dinner and drinks. Oh yes, they prepare fresh meals so it takes a little extra time to serve :)
We had dinner in this nice place few days back and are back for lunch. We had prawn balchau which was a bit spicy for our taste, cheese naan was awesome, pork barbeque was really nice, ginger red label was a very good cocktail. The regular red wine, French fries and rice were also very well made. Friendly staff, good food, nice ambience.

One of the amazing places that I visited in Goa till date, Decor is so damn romantic.. Each and every little thing is so damn well done.. I just felt like being there all my vacation. Being located on the riverside and lit up light makes it my most wanna be place in goa!
Staff: Amazingly friendly, they are little slow but as said place is worth sitting long and waiting.. They understand what you want and exactly give you a good time to go thro menu. They are too sweet , happily talking and a warm welcoming peopleFood: Thou it is not as our usual form of taste, I felt all we ordered was on little less spicy and was not up to the mark. But then the sizzler we ordered was made well and the side portion of rice they served was worth a order again. Beer was priced right also they had some offers on Bira and we happen to get it for lesser price.Hooka: Ma Kasam! Was blended and made so well that I kept pulling the coal till restaurant closed. I would any day get back here to fulfill all my hooka desire!

Nice, easy-to-find restaurant with very cozy ambience. I have celebrated my birthday there with my friends and have noticed that staff gave us as much attention as it possible. We were served well and in short time.
As for meal quality – everything was tasty, but I’d like to highlight sea-food dishes: shrimps and lobster (has to be pre-ordered in advance) the testiest that I’ve tried in Goa.

On our visit to North Goa we visited this place which has a very relaxed atmosphere and is situated right next to the Arpora River. Sanjay the owner is very helpful and the staff ever so pleasant.
The food was excellent and so were some of the drinks that we ordered. We had a variety of dishes over a few days like - Pomfret Fish Fry, Crabs etc along with some great veg preparations goan style.
Will surely recommend this place and will definitely visit on my next trip here.

Absolutely a hidden gem in Goa. Next to the Arpora river, the place looks absolutely lovely & cozy in the evening with beautiful lights. We were there only for drinks as we were full already but I must say that their drinks are great! They had absolutely fresh Bira White....we also had vodka with fresh juice and it was super awesome...the staff is really nice and helpful...would like to visit it again :)

Came here twice in succession in 2015 & 2016 in both my trips. Both the times I had breakfast and I have to say that I was truly amazed by the food quality on offer here. Aaloo ka Paratha & Chicken Club Sandwich are truly awesome for breakfast here & on top of that you have a serene ambience as the Arpora River flows just by the side of the restaurant.
This place is a true hidden gem. It is away from the hustle of Baga and is nestled on the arpora river. The view is oh so beautiful and serene. You can watch people fishing or you can go fishing yourself. I have eaten from chinese to north indian to snacks here and all are really tasty. They have the most amazing and the cheapest Cocktails in Goa. At night, they make it so beautiful with fairy lights. Such a simple and inexpensive place to chill. The photograph of the view from here is now my desktop wallpaper though :)

We were lost in between Baga & Anjuna. So, we were turning on maps & suddenly saw a monkey poster of Bira! Well, Bira is one of my favourite beers after Hoegarden. So decided to visit for a couple glasses. We had mixed feeling to order our lunch. But, the perfectly fried French fries made us to settle down for the lunch as well. The Decor & Ambiance is more like a beach side shack kind of place with antiques. A restaurant is built right next to one small lake, which added awesomeness to the place. We ordered Phulka & Dal Tadka, Phulka was perfect & Dal Tadka tasted extremely good. However, there was an extra layer of oil with Tadka, which actually wasn't a matter for us. I caught a Biryani on the menu & ordered, surprisingly it was outstanding with right Spice level, aroma & texture. I could feel the Wow factor! A humble person by Ravinder was handling every guest without showing any kind of frustration. Prices are slightly expensive, because it's Goa😉
Well, we were thoroughly enjoyed the food! Now we know, where to have our lunch & dinner in Goa! One of the must visit places for good North Indian food & Bira on Tap!

Good food - great parathas. And bira91(!), which we had a tough time finding in Bangalore View was fantastic as it is right on the baga river. Definitely recommended.
Decent river side view. One will enjoy the view in the afternoon and they have played well with the lights after the sunset. Tasty north indian food. People are humble and the service & music is good.
Had lunch here with friends. Many options available and drinks also available. I felt like I could recommend food and drinks. Easy accessible location. Order through the online but I recommend that you ask the boy to take order ahead. If you are looking for a nice ambience and spice-less restaurant I recommend this restaurant and you can ask for more spicy food if you want.

Good place with nice ambience and good service. Mr. Ravinder the bartender is too good with his mix of drinks. Overall staff as well as the owner are very humble and soft spoken.

Beautiful restaurant amidst the creeks of Baga in North Goa. This restaurant gave a pleasant and welcoming vibe to us and we had a great time enjoying the evening dinner with beer, virgin pinacolada, masala papad, honey chilli potato, and pineapple cream pie.
The server was patient and brought us food one after the other once we finished them.
Bumped into this place while roaming near the riverside, and was totally amazed by both the food and the view. You can feast on the goan delicacies while enjoying the cool river breeze. The calamari and the crepes were amazing. Tried other other dishes as well, they were equally good. On the pricing side, they are similar to other shacks on the beach.

Oroginal review - I would probably be one of the few who didn't have a great time here.. the service was super slow, the table next to ours left without having anything because they were made to wait for 45 mins..even our soup came after a reminder..guess they're short staffed..tandoori chicken tasted dry, Greek salad had nothing much apart from lots of bell peppers, could literally count the number of salad leaves in it so you can imagine how it would be.. having bell peppers for 350 was definitely not worth. The tomato soup was fine though no garlic bread was provided as mentioned in the menu. The ambience and music was good but that's not the only thing you go for.

A cozy and nice place to chill out with your buddies. The place is situated besides the lake that gives good view. The food is absolutely tasty and worth the price.One should really try out this place when in goa.
It's the kind of perfect Ambience one would want in goa. This one is facing the Baga river,With amazing view ,music on the other hand, the food really completes the entire dining experience.

Pancake with Banana, chocolate and fruits.
Quantity wise, it's really great and would easily suffice a group of 2/4 depending on appetites.
All in all, we had a really great Sunday afternoon with fresh and tasty food.
Location wise its a good place and has a riverside view. Menu is vast including Indian options as well. Just they have far off washrooms that are not clean. Also during our visit they were facing power cut issues & doesn’t have a optimum power back that can run fans… during the whole dinner we were sweating.
This is a hidden gem located about 5 minutes in a taxi from the centre of Baga. Friendly and attentive staff, a lovely setting overlooking the river, bohemian decor and fantastic food. All at a reasonable price too! Definitely recommended.

Sometimes, the best experience comes in the least recommended places!
While there were laundry list of fancy pubs, clubs and restaurants suggested to us by our friends for our GOA visit, not one had Raddish on their list.
We visited Goa during a long festive weekend, and the city was bustling with traffic and people at every nook and corner. Every popular restaurant was full and getting from one place to the other was an uphill task.
One such super busy day, we decided to chuck our list and go with a lesser known yet higher on zomato ratings restaurant - RADDISH and simply loved our time there!
Run by a couple, raddish welcomes you warmly almost instantly. The decore is beautiful and the restaurant has a friendly vibe.
