After a long time on 7th of July 2023 I visited KFC again and the experience was awesome and their place was well decorated. This is not my first time earlier I have visited KFC and also had a bad experience .But this time I really experienced a good food quantity but their price is a bit higher.. ambience is very nice with no smell of chicken or other things they have maintain the hygiene and the staff behaviour is also good and it is a peaceful place to enjoy your food with yours loved ones. They have improved their food quality from previous years.
Great taste but food handling was not done well and quantity was insufficient.Below are attached images:
Located at Galaxy Mall at the ground floor, this outlet offers the delicious dishes of chicken and other food items along with cold drinks. Service is quite fast with nice behaviour. Ambience is good for quick bite.
The place is clean and spacious, service and taste is π.
The chicken was okayish.. Could have been better... Unsatisfied with the quality of smokey grilled chicken drumsticks cause they were cold and dry. Tastes exactly like tandoori chicken, but less spicy. It should have been served hot.
Packaging and quantity is stunning.
The chicken is fried properly but I think they should enhance more masala in fried chicken.The fried chicken taste little bit blunt.
The french fries and the dips are absolutely perfect.
Nice place for ready to eat and hang out. Not mentioning about crunchy chicken and it's other food menu. Sometimes grilled items are not available here. This store is spacious and quite clean. Washroom facility also available. Quality of food is little bit not upto par with other KFC's in metro cities. Still it's nice. Lastly one suggestion for KFC please modify your playlist. Earlier it used be nice but not now.
The food is great and tasty. Prices are normal as any other KFC. Service is prompt. Crowding is quite less. The executives behaviour was also good. Cleanliness and hygiene is also maintained

Today I am going to tell you about my experience of KFC's asansol branch's restaurant, which is situated on the ground floor of the galaxy mall of asansol.
This is the first of its kind in Asansol. It is a nice and clean place for non veg food. The ambiance of the place is great and the food is served hot.

KFC has always been synonymous with finger-licking good chicken, and this outlet certainly lives up to that reputation. Although I am not a regular customer, but I have always been impressed by the quality of service and the delectable food offered at this particular outlet whenever I go. Whether you're dining in or taking away, here you can enjoy a delicious meal with friends and family. In conclusion, whether you're a fan of KFC or simply looking for a satisfying meal, this outlet is sure to leave you thoroughly pleased.

Positively impressed with recent changes.
I am changing my previous rating of 1 star to a 4 star. Here are my reasons -
1. They have taken care of customer satisfaction really well as compared to before
2. (Observed during rush hours) Food is hot and freshly made
3. Pieces are big and if you don't want or are not happy with a certain piece, do inform about it at the counter, they'll surely change it
4. Do ask for anything extra you want. Do place requests. If you want your drink chilled, or if you want extra Thousand Island dressing on your burger, or even if you want extra gravy over your Rice Meal, or if your fries are soggy and you want fresh crispy fries in return, they're definitely going to listen to your request.
5. The taste and quantity has definitely been taken care of and is amped up than before.
The basic requirements that a customer wants from a franchise outlet like KFC to deliver are - quality of product, customer satisfaction, listening to feedbacks. And this outlet at Galaxy Mall are definitely on the right track. I am glad that they have found their mojo back and was able to satisfy a nitpicky customer like me on weekday night. Kudos!
However, I am refraining from giving 5 stars because of cleanliness and COVID related hygiene. Although all protocols are being followed, the tables and the washroom do not look clean. There are usually stain marks of ketchup and oil on tabletops that remain even after it has been wiped clean. Would suggest the staff to use alcohol or water based sprays or cleaners after each customer has been served. Would also prefer to have sanitisation stations at each entry points to stop the spread of germs and viruses as much as possible.
The Place is located inside Ground Floor of Galaxy Mall in Burnpur Road, Asansol. It has got a nice ambience, Staffs are good but after COVID, I feel it has lost it's charm as it used to be. Plus, the biggest Miss is non- availablity of Toilets inside it's Premises. Rest, everything is Good.
A bit heavy on pocket but nothing can beat the taste of kfc chicken zinger burger.
Kfc is my all-time favourite ππ₯° just in love with fried chicken, burger π , and many more items π go and taste and fall in love with kfc π π
Ambience is good. Price is little bit high. Overall taste is good.
