For true coffee aficionados. I don't claim to be able to fully appreciate the effort that has gone in to the coffee preparation here but you can tell the focus is on serving good quality (that goes with the food too).
One of the most unique cafes in North Goa, and also has an authenticity to it. A must-visit.
No doubt the coffee's here are amazing.. I also tried their fig and walnut tea cake.. it was amazing... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 👍👍
The coffee here was amazing. The texture is smooth and velvety. Teh ambince is quite, cozy and calm. Tried the nusseken(german delight) here which was to die for. A must try! The staff is super friendly and kind

Been to this place for brunch as it’s close to the place we are staying. The Coffee here is one of the best I have tasted in a long time (or atleast around Goa). Ordered Tropical Smoothie Bowl and Egg & Cheese; both of which tasted really good and definitely not the usual that you’d expect. A must visit!
This café was one of my best experiences in Goa. Randomly found it on my ride to North Goa. It's a coffee lovers paradise with one of the best tea cakes in town. They have in house coffee roastery. Come here for a laid back brunch. Really great ambience amidst trees with open air seating. Definitely returning back.

Coming to the menu, their coffees are a must have, choose any and you wont be dissapointed. If you have any doubts in selecting the choice of coffee, just ask for Siddharth, who is an amazing host and the man behind crafting these amazing coffees. Totally loved the hot latte, Iced espresso, flat white and Affagato. Cortado, which is one part espresso and one part textured milk with a strong coffee flavor, is one of their speciality, served with sparkling water to cleanse the palate, to get the strong and authentic taste of the coffee. The coffees are totally worth it.

They also have an all day breakfast menu serving some healthy smoothie bowls and sandwiches. Tried out the tropical smoothie bowl which consisted of granola, pineapple, banana, muskmelon, coconut with chia seed, bedded on mango yoghurt smoothie with coconut butter. The smoothie bowls range from 290 to 400 serving two. Not the best but it's worth a try. The German cakes are a must have for desserts. The egg and chedder cheese salad with potato was another dish I liked.

I love big breakfasts and I usually love breakfast places in Goa. First Bruised Passports and then a local friend suggested GShot and my I'm grateful. It was by far the best and healthiest breakfast I've had in Goa. Loved the slow roasted tomatoes and the peanut butter smoothie the best. The Nussecken dessert was the perfect blend of nuts, pastry and chocolate. The iced mocha was to die for as well. The dip served with the fries was just the amazing. There was nothing that we ordered which disappointed us even the slightest. Loved all of it. Great service as well. Can't wait to go back.
Amazinggg coffee. We had more coffee then we meant to. Great fresh tasting food. We had a poi sandwich, a french omlette. and a fig and date tea cake. Everything was amazing. From taste to presentation. Lovely outdoorsy seating area. Service is friendly too. I will be here again.

Well, I would be biased when I write about this place. Over the many, many coffees in the last 2 months, I never realised when it became a favourite and close to my heart.
No questions asked, I love the coffee and the passion with which Sid talks about it. Right from picking up the beans himself, to carefully roasting and grinding it, everything is done with perfection. While mostly I have the double espresso or the Americano which are a craft in themselves, their Cold Brew and the Sparkling Cold Brew are special treats. The Cortado and the Viatnemese coffee are awesome as well. I mean just pick any variant of the coffee you like and the serving on the table would be a true delight.
Food crafted by Yvonne and the team is something you cannot miss here. Whether it's the smoothie bowl or the Salads or any of the Poi sandwiches, it is a heaven for the palette. My favorite here would be the cakes, especially the Fig and Date.
The place has a soothing ambience, perfect for conversations or working on your laptop. Cannot have enough.

Very peaceful and beautiful place. Welcoming staff there you find Best cup of coffee by using freshly roasted speciality coffee beans from Indian coffee Farms only who maintains SCA guidelines during Harvesting and processing so go there and have some soulful experience.
G-Shot has a super host - Siddharth and very friendly staff who are always ready to converse regarding their art.
Siddharth is amazing with crafting coffee, takes his own time and puts in lot of enthusiasm in it.. To have a Vietnamese style cold-brewed coffee in a hot afternoon was just satiating. And Moringa green latte was a super healthy option against caffeine. They serve one of the most unique and lip smacking brunch in the town. Their homemade pesto, cream cheese, tea cakes were just too good.
Lovely and relaxing outdoor ambience with rustic sitting space adds to its simplicity.
A must visit for coffee lovers & foodgasmic people..
Hands down the best coffee I had in Goa! Lots of love and passion is put into making great specialty coffee in this place.
You should also taste the smoothie bowl for a healthy and delicous breakfast.
Small boutique roastery with a "coffee lab" :). They are really passionate about their coffee and have some really interesting varietals. The Ethiopian microlot from chikmagalur is fantastic and totally recommended. Keep up the good work!

It's a small cafe, just a few months old. It's managed by a group of people out of which some are hailing from India while some from Germany, which helps them to give authentic German taste to there food.
We ordered a blueberry museli, whose presentation left me spellbound just like you would expect it in any five star hotel. Then we ordered an omelette, which was served with few kind of sauces, there home made multigrain bread and salad again with some amazing presentation and it all was presented in quite innovative way. Lastly, we ordered lemon sorbet, which is one of most authentic sorbet I have had since France. Another thing we tried here was there capachino, it was so amazing, made with really high precision and it's taste will truly make you forget everything else, you wouldn't want to share even a sip of it.
One thing I found quite different and interesting over here was, it's a seasonal cafe which I am seeing for the first time, and fortunately we were just on time to visit it as tommorow is there last day. Then, they reopen in September. Staff was really friendly and anybody would just love to have chat with them.

If you love your coffee, this place is a must-visit. They roast their own beans and the manager is the guy who himself produces the most magical concoctions of perfectly roasted and brewed cups of coffee (be it hot or cold). The Cortado is their speciality and the mouth feel it offers is incomparable to any coffee I have had!
Great homemade stoneground peanut butter too, do pick up your jar!
We loved the ambience of the place which is very chic, inviting and relaxing - outdoor seating, yet cool and comfortable!
Friendly staff, who were very helpful with some gift packaging requirements we had!
So grab your book, soak in the light breeze and the sun and spend a few hours here!

The food is so yummy to taste buds, so colourful in appearance, such fresh feel,every time you eat it,it tastes so unique and refreshs you completely.The breads,butters, Granola,salads,Pizzas,juices,just amazing,the passion with which they are made is so much visible.Very friendly environment,the ambience is quite relaxing.Absolutly loved the way Siddharth's eyes twinkles when he speaks about his love for coffee beans while serving the bestest coffee to you....A must go,if you are in Goa !!
Our experience at Gshot was one of the best experiences I ever was able to get. Love the energy, the staff, the people, the food, cute little corners. So happy that one can just be there and just be themselves for hours and hours. The vibe is soulful and cannot be matched by any other cafe (that I know of) in Goa. Also, did a tarot reading with Darshana and the way that she conducted the reading and explained the process of spirituality was a great cherry on top! Great coffee, which came in a huge bottle. If you’re not used to having copious amounts of coffee I would recommend sharing it between 2 people if you’re getting an iced one.
The smoothies are really good and made with real fruit, not the synthetic stuff.
Overall amazing but minus one star for being overpriced.
Incredible coffee shop in this area, I had an amazing breakfast here. Smoothie bowl and an Indian omelette, along with a fresh juice and a double shot espresso. Everything was super tasty, and the staff here were really nice too.
What an amazing place. The quality of food is completely unmatched. We had the smoothie bowl, shakshuka, cold coffee, sandwiches. Everything was so fresh and perfectly cooked. I don’t think any of the popular cafés in Goa can match this place. Although the prices are quite expensive. Cost us around 1k per person for a dish & coffee.

The owners define the place as an unbusiness and have tried to inculcate the vision in the ambience and the food, this place has a very different vibe compared to all other places in Goa.
If you are travelling alone and looking for a place to write or to create some art, I think this is the best place you can create new things at this place and the vibe will certainly help.

Great coffee! Hands down the best coffee in and around Assagao. Great vibe. Great presentation. For the first time in my life I’ve tried an espresso tonic and it seems like the perfect summer drink. Try it! The strawberry cheesecake is fluffy, yummy with a hint of lemon. Will definitely come back to try different cakes and the food.
Love the overall vibe of the place and most of what we tried on the menu was good. I do think the rates are a bit steep though considering the quantity wasn’t a lot.
It’s dog friendly and that’s cute.
May go back for some items on the menu.

It should have 5 star! Went there for 3 days in row!!! 1st day was good. 2nd day was better. 3rd day wasn’t consistent in service and quality. Very relaxed ambience. Love that they allow dogs! Staff should wear masks.
This place is different . The way they served a flat white was so different- gave palate cleansers & small piece of cake along with coffee. The iced tea was amazing & so was the vegan chocolate cake . Simply wow .
The atmosphere at the cafe was warm and inviting, with comfortable seating and charming decor. It's the perfect spot for both casual outings and intimate gatherings. As for the service, the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure our dining experience was enjoyable

Visited G Shot Roasters for breakfast. It is a quaint little open air Cafe, playing soft music and a relaxed atmosphere.
Menu is vegetarian with the exception of egg being served.
Interesting combination of sandwiches, eggs and smoothie bowls.
We enjoyed our brunch.

Loved their tropical smoothie bowl & dark chocolate cookie. The vibe of the place is soothing and calm. But slightly overpriced compared to other nearby cafes like Artjuna & a few others.. They ran out of cold brews the day we visited which was sad as I was looking forward to try their Vietnamese cold brew!
Not my first time visiting G shot, however each time I visit it seems just as charming, the coffee just as good and the experience memorable. The staff is polite and helpful and seem genuine. The mochatado was mochalicious, the smoothie bowl refreshing and the dessert moorish.
