A non descript bakery shop right on the main road leading to mapusa city, this one is one of the best you will find in goa. Standing the test of time and superbly managed by the team of father & son who are as polite and friendly as they possibly come, this one is a must visit if you are in North Goa. Just go with an empty stomach coz their ham & cheese patties are to die for, as well as the dark choco eggless brownie. Of course there are countless chicken and beef stuff to snack on & home made bibinca & numerous cakes n cookies.

Whilst I was staying in GOA for 8 months I found a gem of a place called Joseph bakery in Mapusa.
This place has the best puffs cookies cake burgers rolls.....Have almost tried everything the lady makes over there and have never been disappointed.
The best time to go there is from morning to afyernoon....evenings you won't get much apart from cookies and cakes coz ALLL the yummy stuff gets over.
most importantly they serve good stuff at very reasonable rates.
I ahve also tried her Goan pickels her homemade sorpotel and masals,trust me if you like Goan stuff you will love her bakery and will keep going there ....I miss Joseph bakery....waiting for my next vist.

This place has cakes and bakes, puffs, samosas, croissants, ready to take away mini sandwhich and subs with stuffings like ham and cheese, chorizo , beef etc. It even has cutlets and pattice all ready to take away. A lovely place to come in the morning or afternoon and pick up fresh goodies for a long languorous breakfast or tea.
Good place to be in,in mapusa good place to have some local snacks & *goan sweet*. Best time is during Xmas.

Visited this bakery early in the morning and the itemz here looked amazing. The puff and pattices were a complete turnoff though. The burgers and the croissants were really good.

Their treats are very reasonably priced and worth every penny. We had their Beef pan roll, Ham n cheese roll, egg chops, ressois, sausage roll available in small and big size, beef patties and croquettes! Their paozins, which is small bread filled with marinaded beef and mayo is delicious! Pastries are decent too. They sell pickles, masalas and sorpotel too.
Located in the heart of the city of Mapusa, it is also a good hangout spot, thought parking here can be a pain.
One can pick the best ever home made mouth watering freshly baked Goan layered cake, which is a delicacy in Goan Gourmet called Bebinca. Please bookmark this place for freshly baked fruit cake and bebincas.

Great choice of goan sweets and biscuits, they have snacks too, known for their non veg snacks, they take orders too for cakes and snacks. They also run a supermarket with all essentials. There is a small seating area also if u want to enjoy a snack with a chai or coffee.
Had a Chicke. burger coffee and croquettes, very tasty. Service is reasonably good and parking available easily for a two wheeler.

Loved Joseph's bakery we went there twice in our four day Goa trip they food is fresh very tasty and really pocket friendly we tried their cheesecakes homemade bebinca doldol ham and cheese roll hot dog both chicken a d pork were also very tasty and fresh it's a family run place and you can really see the way they work...they also have frozen meat products which we have used once we got back really good quality stuff
