It's like any other CCD. The menu is same but place and ambience is very nice. Good place to meet up with friends and can sit as long as one wants
Just like another outlet of CCD. This chain circulates their staff so won't judge staff based on one person. I have always preferred their cold coffees over their hot beverages.
Place is great for Hangouts.
Location & Space : Quite Big in size and In Busy Prozone Mall.
Service : Good But Only when there is no rush. You may have to wait if there is rush inside.
Coffee here tastes great. Wide menu, amazing taste, amazing interior, amazing staff. Sometimes a few items are available only on the menu. Seating arrangement is great. A place to grab a quick coffee in shopping breaks.
The name CCDs enough, a little bit of egoistic staff though, coffee here tastes best, oreo frappe is my favourite and d authentic Cappuccino... i love it, and how can we forget d esspresso... d best caffeine energizer

Cafe Coffee Day is one of the few places that never disappoints. The menu is so wide. The service is amazing. The food and the coffee is delicious! It has to be my favourite chain store. Hands down.

You've got to applaud Cafe Coffee Day (the brand). The fact that they've managed to sell fancy (read overpriced) coffee in a country obsessed with cutting chai and filter coffee is a feat worth mentioning!
This particular outlet is located on the ground floor right near the entrance on one corner of the main atrium of the mall. It also has a glass facade which as good as it looks translates to zero privacy. Add to that, the foot traffic outside (due to its location) and what you get is a place to sip your coffee uncomfortably while almost everyone passing by can glance inside. It's not a deal breaker for me for two reasons. One, I don't go there that often! (call me old school or health conscious..oh wait....it doesn't matter why!) And two, even if I do I avoid sitting right next to the glass and mind my own business!
I do find most of their iced coffees too similar to each other though they're not bad by any means. The sandwiches and other eatables that they have are quite good as well, though a bit overpriced. I did find out from an employee that those eatables are made in a centralized location in a metro nearby and come with a three day expiry (meaning they're not made fresh, daily, on location. As long as they stick to serving unexpired food, I'm okay with that).
The service was better than most other outlets. I have seen other CCD outlets with poorly trained (or disinterested) baristas serving sub-par coffee but I've had no such issues here.
Bottom line, I would recommend 'regular' coffee any day (I am old school, I guess!). But for those days when you don't mind gaining those extra kgs for a nice cup of cappuccino (because a latte is too mocha😁) , this is a great place to go to!

Cafe Coffee Day has always been my favorite Coffee joint. Not to mention this lovely cafe in Prozone mall located in the ground floor. Pretty good service provided. But to mention the clear glass concept which I personally wudnt prefer for a really long time since I would not get the privacy that I would prefer.
You wanna chat.. CCD is here. Good for coffee a quick bite and lonnnggg conversations. I had the cold coffee.with caramel and it was heaven. My friend had the Latte and it was not bad.

I jus love this place... Cz I love coffee!!! Oh man... There's a very big list for u guys need to taste n have for sure in ccd... I'm in total love with veg sandwich (spinach n corn) the bread is supa soft .. the sandwich is flooded with cheesy ... I also love there drink named rush... Its very amazing I like ol the flavors they have.... The cafe frappes are a must must must try.... The devils own is the cheery on the cake.. ccd I really love u...
I have always been a good fan of Cafe Coffee Day! I visited this cafe in Prozone Mall, it was an amazing environment! The ambiance was neat and peaceful! Their lighting was cool! Undoubtedly their coffee was delicious, especially the latte art is beautiful! Whenever I go to Prozone Mall, Coffee Day would be my first to go place!

Service is very ordinary here, not upto the standards of CCD. Food is normal. When u go to a CCD you expect the waiters to be nice and cordial and the service to be quick. Nothing of that sort happens when you visit here.
The best thing is the location though. The place is quiet and u can have a good time here.
This CCD is situated at first floor of prozone mall,cidco.They have Good ambience and sitting arrangement,and store has wifi and also it doesn't has much crowd so u can relax and have meetinga over coffee and also can have happy times with friends and kill time,the staff here is also good.But compared to other CCD's in the city it is in small space and other CCD's in the city are more spacious.

This is the place for a couple meet or a prospective bride or groom's meet. Seen so many of this cases on a usual visit to the mall. This is now a usual phenomenon for me. The staff should make changes as per this couple need
And who could deny CCD of good ratings and review, be it anywhere in the country. At prozone, CCD doesn't disappoint at all, the staff, the atmosphere and everything that we could ask for is perfect. Spending an hour doesn't seem enough, maybe that's why CCDs have been so close to hearts. I would really appreciate the chair setting laid out at this particular store, it's good to be called PERFECT.

This place is very good for a coffee date but if you are having a date secretly, this place is worst because it is totally made of glass and anyone can be seen. This place serves great coffee.
