We had a great stay at The Aures Hotel, our stay was very relaxing and comfortable. The staff is very kind and courteous, also very prompt in service. We did not face any discomfort during our stay. The food was very nice and tasty. Highly recommend the hotel for a smooth and comforting stay.
Good to stay in this hotel. I felt that it was slightly expensive. You can however get a competitive dinner buffet for Rs. 500+. Both complimentary breakfast and the buffet dinner are good. Prompt response by the management and house keeping team.

The Aures is comfortable for stay. The rooms are clean. However, the AC needs work as also the shower in the bathroom. In the interest of water conservation, the hotel should provide individual buckets and mugs as the water has to run for nearly 10 minutes for hot water to come.

Really the staff is very good and tolerant. Our bunch of children caused a real mess and they handled it very properly. The food was very good and quickly served. Thank you team. It was a memorable evening for us. Really one of the best hotels in Chatrapati Shambhaaji Nagar.

Good room and comfortable stay. Stayed here for the first time. Even though we check in real late ,the service esp on room service was very prompt. Employing differently abled people is a great thing the management has done . Room had almost all major amenities . Room size was also good.

I travelled with my mother and sister, we were pretty tired so we ordered a lot of room service. They were very fast. They also arranged a third bed in the corner since we were 3. The key card wasn’t working, but room and food was great.
