Lovely food and environment. The servers are very courteous. I had the gnocchi and Moroccan chickpeas tahine along with hibiscus and kumquat syrup for drinks. Pretty satisfied with everything except the gnocchi. Also, it is not as hard to find as it says in other reviews. Infact, Google maps is quite accurate.
Mosquitoes was bit of an issue, I guess they could use coil under the tables to fix that.
Naturellement is a clean and healthy eating cafe inside Auroville. There are plenty of options in Auroville and this was one of those. We decided to go there as we wanted to try some healthy,vegan,oil free food.
The ambience is very earthy,simple yet very neat. The vibe exudes positivity. The service is also very nice and quick. The menu has a lot of tempting options.
We decided to try the following:-
1) Hummus with pita bread
2) Soup of the day- Mexican bean soup with focaccia
3) Quinoa salad with pomogranate
4) Moroccan Chickpeas tajine
Each and every dish was commendable. The flavours were mild yet very striking. Portion size was huge! 4 of us couldn't finish these 4 plates easily! Overall loved the experience of having a meal here. Highly recommended
We came here for dinner walking in the pitch dark evening of Auroville. I imagine it would have looked even prettier in the daylight. The food was quite delicious, both the gnocchi in marinara sauce and the fettuccine aglio olio with mushrooms and feta. The taste was authentic even though the dishes were a tad bit overpriced. The mango soda was underwhelming but the courteous staff made up for it.
It was like having a meal in the middle of a forest. Beautiful ambience. The staff was courteous and prompt. The menu is limited and mostly designed to cater to the French and Italian palette. Gluten free and vegan options are also available. I ordered Gnocchi in tomato sauce with feta cheese and it was delicious.
Really nice place . Generally french people go there due to its amazing french cuisine. Indians may not like the food as much but Its good. Veg options are limited. Service and ambiance was good.
The best place if you need peace and good food together. Too polite and compassionate staffs that they even go out of their way to help you.

Food: Amazing food! really loved the spaghetti in pesto sauce, pita bread and hummus along with garlic oil. and a heavenly chocolate cake! organic preparation and very hygienic kitchen.
Ambience: very calm place right in the lap of nature, delicious food and soothing place..
* a bit inside difficult to locate but if u ask locales they will guide u and it shuts down soon so plan yr visit accordingly.*
Service: takes time but the place is good to indulge.. the staff is very humble, we reached there at almost the closing time but they still received us with a smile and served delicacies, so overall a great experience.

There are times when you are looking for more then just food and that's where such places come up. Around 20 min from auroville in a jungle
Well, the tip comes first..don't attempt visiting this place without Google maps. You will get lost otherwise. Don't come late evenings as road is dark n bumpy. These r the places where you feel that the journey is more important than the destination.
Arriving here, u will realise how cut off from the world is this place. Other than this cafe, there is nothing near by and it hits you.
We tried the drinks and the pesto ravioli and the pasta. Limited menu but that's what will make you remember this place. The mint in the drinks and the pesto in the pasta is still stuck with me. So fresh it was.
Surely worth a visit on your bike in auroville and around
In midst of nature, this open air restuarent at Auroville could be little hard to locate. I would suggest following the location provided on Google Maps as its more accurate compared to the pin dropped by Zomato.
Coming to food, starting with the soup of the day to desserts everything was nothing sort of a golden treat. After visiting Matrimandir and an adventurous journey to reach Naturellement, our hunger was quenched adequately by their dishes. We preferred having the French offerings in hope of testing our taste buds and oh boy!! We're we not surprised by their offerings. IMHO the prices were lenient considering the geography but such experience could once on a decade or may be lifetime. So enjoy your time there and don't forget to try some of their dishes of the day.
Beautiful green ambience and chill vibes. Absolutely delicious food as they use organic ingredients from their kitchen garden. We tried the Herb cheese Galette, Focaccia Sandwich, Mango & strawberry milk shakes and Martina’s special cake. Everything was nothing less than perfect. Cannot miss this one.
Its an amazing place amidst serene surroundings of Auroville. You can put your fingers on anything on the menu and be rest assured that its going to be nothing less than delicious. Everything is cooked using absolutely organic, refreshing and in house prepared ingredients.
This place is a treasure, Difficult to locate but once found its a treat for your eyes because of the beautiful - beautiful nature and environment, and surely a treat for your stomach because of the delicious food they serve.
Their hospitality was very nice.

The food was excellent, I have ordered smoked tofu burger which was served with Mayo on the side , chocolate carrot cake and Martina's special cake

Had a wonderful breakfast here. Getting to the restaurant was a bit hard as it was off road and we really thought the location was wrong and we reached a wrong destination. But after reaching there, it was totally worth it. The ambience was great. The food was also good. We tried the ravioli, open sandwhich and the crepe which I believe is called gazetto. The cold coffee was also good.
The Moroccan Chickpeas was basically a Chana Masala with more vegetables than usual, nothing to do with a Moroccan dish.
The burger was fine, the papaya juice very good.
The terrace is very nice with all the plants around!
It was a great experience. The place is covered in greenery and you can hear birds chirping while enjoying your meal. The food was delicious and the service was swift. The best part was the silence, it helped heightened our senses and allowed for us to experience our meal fully.
One of the best cafes in Auroville, it is a not budget-friendly but you should try it. I love their ravioli and it is my to-go dish when I go there.
The service is not the best as they take so long sometimes, and do not serve their grisni often you’d have to request it. Atmosphere is fine if you don’t visit during rush hours.
Martinas special cake is the best dessert and is a must-try

Went to Naturellement on Christmas and the menu for Christmas specials was amazing. In particular we loved the Christmas pudding. The hummus platter was delicious and perfectly prepared. The ravioli was fantastic. The vibe of the place is superb.
Very nice cafe with more of Italian cuisine, enjoyed the ravioli, gnocchi and thai curry... Kid play area was very helpful. We wanted some boiled vegetables for my 1 year old niece, they could not provide it, maybe because they were busy... But overall good food and ambience...
Some of the most delicious food that i have ever eaten. Wanted to visit since ages and finally managed it in June 2022. Everything we ordered was yummy, decent quantities, and absolutely fresh. One can also buy their inhouse jams, spreads, pickles and more!
Highly recommended.
Whenever possible I want to ride back to Auroville just for a meal here.

Best place serving great Mediterranean food. We tried their Hummus plate and their pasta. Both items were bang on super tasty and felt healthy on the stomach too.
This place has an attractive vibe about it. There are two seating areas. One is inside an AC room and the other is outside amongst the greenery. we preferred the latter.
Staff is courteous and helpful.
*Finding this place in the late evenings could be a challenge but worth the effort.*
One of the best vegetarian foods with a great ambiance. I like their mushrooms and spinach rivioli in pesto sauce, cold coffee, pasta and a few more dishes.
The food is really good along with the atmosphere, the place provides. Make sure to be in the mood for quality naturotherapy when visiting this amazing place that is run entirely by women in Auroville.
Awesome place to dine. Loved the natural ambiance. Beware of the mosquitoes and take some mosquito repellent with you if possible. I prefer outdoors but they do have a small indoor place where we dined with no one around. The let us play our own music on the speakers. Food was great too. The main dishes were amazing but was expecting bit more from the salads.

This is a hidden gem near Auroville and is difficult to find. Surrounded by green and heaven for vegan lovers. The food is tasty and a great place to sit, relax and enjoy nature. Book before going so they can send the location.

It was an amazing experience to have lunch being close to nature, surrounded by greenary. The dishes were authentic and organic in nature. The place is run by women from Auroville. A must visit place to check during your visit to Pondicherry.
Great food and atmosphere! The bruschetta, hummus, thai curry, and carrot cake were excellent. All the ingredients tasted very fresh, including the bread. Only the pasta with arrabbiata sauce was disappointing as it was too spicy. If you don't eat eggs, you should ask for vegan pasta.
You can go in your own car up to the restaurant. The drive is a bit hard but it is worth it. At the security check post, call the restaurant and their staff will tell the security to allow your car.
