This cafe is situated inside auroville & always crowded with visitors due to their delicious & pocket friendly food. We ordered a mini thali, organic herb rice(highly recommended) spaghetti & lemon rice...apart from spaghetti, everything was tasty, specially the lemon rice.. .absolutely pleased.
Perfect place for lunch if you're visiting Auroville! Might be difficult to get a table on a busy afternoon however the food will make up for it!
I would recommend the Thali, Popeye Pizza and Zucchini Vegan Tart! I missed out on the Healthy Plate which was also one of their recommendations!
Do try their juices as well!
We went to this place for lunch after visiting matrimandir.
It has nice outdoor seating which is sorrounded by plants.
We ordered the minimeals , chicken curry with roti and their famous flower syrups.
Loved the hibiscus flower syrup. They even serve fresh baked cakes too.
Value for money .

We ordered mini meals, Roti with chicken curry as we had heafty breakfast.
Mini meals has Dal, Curry, Rasam, Plain rice, Curd rice and papad.
We also ordered thier famous flower scrups.
Mini meals - quite filling and has very good taste
Roti -2, they give good 6 pieces which are quite filling.
Chicken curry - one of the best Chicken Curries I had.
The flavors and juicy Chicken made my day.
We ordered Hibiscus and Nanari flower scrups they are very good and refreshing.
This is small and quite place.
The service is a bit slow but it's total fine if you have time with you.

The flower syrup soda had a different taste. Apparently it comes with health benefits.
Decent food for reasonable price!
Pretty place, with wholesome food. Must haves are the desserts and the flower syrups. Also great for a filling south indian breakfast. Totally lovely!

Had a delicious and healthy lunch at this cafe. Food quality and taste is great, but service is not that great. That needs improvement. Rest, all good.
After a wonderful, calm and refreshing visit of the Matrimandir, we visited this cafe for a quick bite.
Ordered 4 vegetable puffs, 2 coffees and 1 watermelon juice. After a long time, we actually managed to taste some good stuffing within the puffs. The coffees were decent too. The watermelon juice was refreshing too.
Ambiance is also quite good & cosy.

I simply loved the vibe of this place. The food was basic but of a very high quality. Service was very casual but efficient. The design was very cool. It's a perfect way to lunch.

You'd mostly stop at this cafe while returning back from your visit to MatriMandir. The best thing to is to try any of their Specials of the Day and you won't be disappointed. Lovely auro of the place which makes you enjoy your meal. Loved my experience.
This is one of the restaurant inside Auroville. Ambience was really good, kind of open air and have given bit of Italian touch to it.
You must try their pizzas which really tasted fresh n tasty. I loved their Indian n Sicilian pizzas. Cookies were looking good but not up to the expectations. Icecrrams were veey good. Price may be little high but definitely a good visit.
This is a lovely bakery in Auroville it self. When u go to see matri mandir n after u r done u can just sit n relax here and munch on tasty bakery items :). We got a cookie and brownie it was yummy n rates are fine a Lil expensive but affordable. :)
P.S - do try the lovely cookies collection they have.

One of Pondicherry’s biggest attractions and tourist places Auroville has many eateries and cafes around it. However, I’d recommend eating on the Auroville campus at Right Path Café, located at the Visitor’s Centre near the entrance. Known for serving food which comes straight from the farms of Auroville’s food growers, Right Path Café serves delicious vegetarian and vegan food. Try the very healthy vegetarian salad, the vegan tomato pizza, and the regular veggie pizza. Don’t forget to order the Auroville syrup juice – its fresh, earthy and delicious.
The food here is delicious and the atmosphere is amazing. There are so many great vegan and vegetarian options here. We tried the hummus salad and the sweet potato japchae both of which were really tasty. The caramel custard was a little too sweet so it was just ok.
Lovely cafe. Situated at Auroville. The ambience is perfect. Surrounding areas are lush green, place is quiet. One can meet lots of Auroville residents there. Menu is limited. However food is fresh and good especially the juice and salads. Tried chicken with potato and salads, rajma chawal, mango juice and guava juice. Pricing is little on the higher side but the food is good so it's worth it. The place doesn't accept cash however one can pay via online mode or card. Should try when in Auroville.

Lunch starts at 12:15. There are different Thalis available. We had their white rice thali.
Japchae is good but even with the large size portion is too small. It’s good to eat with rice.
This café is located inside Auroville and offers a variety of cuisines. As the place is overcrowded with the number of people visiting Auroville, the service is quite slow. Most dishes are served with a generous portion of Salad with a delicious dressing. They have a today’s specials board that has dishes outside the regular menu.
They have option for Jain Meals which is available for lunch. They also serve North Indian , Italian and South Indian rice varieties . The portion size is quite generous. Value for money - portion size, quality of food.
Most of the items sold here are Western breads and snacks of their kind. The ambience is very natural, drinking water refill is available. Very close to the MatriMandir bus boarding pt.
We tried some cookies n Walnut-cake. My dad, who usually prefers fried snacks went crazy on trying the cake, he totally loved n so did we. Its softy nature coupled with the crunchy ability of the nut did a great job.
Friendly service, though prices are steep the food is worth the buck.
PS: This is bakery type so it is only self service.
If you are looking for neat balanced and good organic Indian and western food! Just check the menu ... Their organic cakes are also a delight.. i love the marble cake...

Food was good. Quantity was very less and the prize is on the higher side. The glass in which water was given were smelly and the wash basin was dirty. Can go there if u don't mind the prize.
Located amidst nature this cafe is best in Auroville serves delicious meal.
We had margarita pizza, lemon tart at the place, both dishes were delicious.
We had homemade pista kulfi as well, which tested very average.
It’s very good food. Delicious. Healthy. Service very good. Ambiance very nice. Love to eat here.

1. Red rice masala dosa - it was different but quite nice.
2. Dal vada - omg this was so good. Totally recommend it.
3. Kajimba - Hibiscus ginger ale - locally manufactured in Auroville. And it is so so good. Couldn’t stress enough on this. Must try!!!
