Being a vegeterian, it was an awesome find in goa. Where most restaurants have very limited Veg options, this was a place that offered very unique food items with amazing plating . I tried almost all the veg food listed down as I went to the place twice during my short stay in Goa.

One of the finest restaurants in Goa. They serve Indian, Continental and Inter Continental Cusines too. They have very beautiful section for the date night 💑.
We tried :-
1) Spicy Mushroom Momos ; Spicy Ginger and Mushroom filled. They were piping hot
2)Homemade Pesto Penne :- Classic Penne Pasta tossed in basil and cashew and parmesan.
3) Vegetable Rissoto Verde :- An amazing combination of green veggies; zucchini, great peas mixed with Rissoto and Ricotta Cheese. It is a delight for Authentic Italian Cuisine Lovers.
4)Flowkoomba Delight :- Cucumber and Lime Juice with a twist of black salt, mint and sprite
5)Virgin Colada and Ginger Twist with Cranberry Juice.
6) Strawberry Crepe
7) Death by chocolate and Strawberry
8) Warm Sticky Date Pudding
These desserts are surely worth a try. Our favourite Sticky Pudding. Perfect dish to end your meal.❤️

This is a really good option for special evenings like Anniversary and Birthdays of your loved ones. The food is really international style and don’t expect Indian tadka. Ambience is really good and you feel like going with the flow. Keep up and open more branches across India.
Was initially sceptical but found the food and service really good. Peri Peri chicken was excellent, bacon and beef burger was huge and juicy. Excellent sticky date pudding and millionaire short bread. Ambience is nice and breezy by the sea side.
The food was amazing and drinks were as well the burgers are good and I would definitely recommend the prawn spaghetti the deserts are also very good
Who says you can’t find a calm ambience for fine dining amidst the hustle of Baga beach? This place is a must visit for the food, for the ambience!
Had some of the best veg & non veg starters at decent price. The only drawback I found was the timings, the place closes at 11 which is a slight let down as everyone prefers late nite outs in a place like Goa
Amazing Restaurant with an even better ambience. The place is just next to the Baga river. It has garden as well as patio seating and you need not worry about the mosquitoes. The food was good and the service is as top notch. One must visit this place when in goa

Décor is different and the look and feel in the day is very contemporary but by night the lights give a different feel. Nice place to unwind and enjoy good continental cuisine. It is next to Baga beach by the river.
It also has vegan, keto and gluten free items on the menu. The Beef Fillet Steak was delicious and cooked to perfection. Chermoula grilled fish was marinated and cooked with Tunisian herbs which was interesting. The frozen margarita was just perfect.

Located on the far end of Baga river bank, Go with the flow greets you with an open sky and a dash of aquatic blues n whites decor. Catering continental delicacies in garden, indoor as well as a rooftop seating, they also serve vegan and keto swaps for the fitness frenzy. For appetizers, we had vegetable croquettes, classic Spanish patatas bravas, and home-baked bread basket. All were equally delectable, but the basil aioli on patatas bravas was the most flavourful. The salt and pepper squids we had were pleasant-tasting but meager. Ended the meal with Parmagiana chicken steak, a little bland for our taste buds whereas the peri-peri steak was luscious. Along with a friendly staff and prompt service, this place is a must try.
The ambience was very different and relaxing. Offers sitting in garden & 2 rooftops as well. Had veg Spagetti pasta which was absolutely delicious. Also tried coconut noodles which were refreshingly different although not to the liking of a typical north indian (like me who loves spicy food). Try this place if you like to try different cuisines, specially european. Really loved that rohit the man who runs the place specially making an effort to visit every table and being so nice to everyone. A touch of class that many restaurants lack these days. The dessert was death by choclate and strawberry which was tasty and sumptuous. Will visit again, when we return to goa.
Amazing place and amazing food!! We had the prawn spaghetti, piri piri chicken and death by chocolate. All the dishes were cooked to perfection with the head chef Rohit discussing food options and his recommendations. he makes a point to get to know you and your likes and can modify the cooking style basis your preference. All in all a perfect and absolutely well deserved five star!!!!
Very cool and innovation ambiance, place is quite peaceful. I will recommend it as a romantic dinner place in North goa. Food and service also too good.

A costly Affair but worth A Try for the Pork Belly
It is near the Baga Riverside. If you are travelling from Baga Beach, you have to cross the Baga River Bridge and turn towards Acron Waterfront Resort. Passing the Acron, if you walk another 2 minutes, you will be able to find this.
Ambiance: Have a variety of seating arrangements, starting from Garden Chairs to Indoors to Lofts. All are wonderful and tastefully created.
Service: The Best part being Chef will personally visit you and will take feedback about your experience. Chef was brilliant. Other service members were ok and I found them to have a little bit off on coordination.
Food: We tried Veg Soup of the day (It was Tomato that day and was really good. In fact one of the best Tomato soups I had), Crispy Fried Coconut Prawns (Very well prepared), Harissa Chicken Skewers (ok type...it lacked spices to our taste), Moroccon style Pumpkin Tagine (okkeish…if you are Bengali then you will understand, it tasted like “Kumror Chakka with kabli chola and cous caus”), Spicy Citrus Belgian Import Pork Belly (Brilliant and a must, if you are there), Italian Style Gelato (I haven’t tasted it, so not sure).
Suggestion: Spicy Citrus Belgian Import Pork Belly is a must. Absolutely loved it with the crispy Pork skin.

The setting is wonderful , just at the exit point of the Baga river into the Arabian Sea. The music was ranging from ABBA to Van Halen! must haves are the Harissa chicken skewers, the Mushroom and roast chicken risotto, Patatas bravas, Brazilian Pao, mushroom and Parmesan cheese bruschetta. Desserts to die for are death by chocolate and warm sticky date pudding! Go for it!
Had a very enjoyable experience at Flow for our New Year’s Eve celebration. The meals were reasonably priced and even though they were under staffed, they tended to us with urgency and courtesy. The staff ensured we had an enjoyable evening. The majority of the food we had ordered was very good, however the citrus was too strong on the sesame crusted paneer.
Very nice ambiance, spread out so not sitting right next to another table. Chef greeted and shared the specials with us. Sitting on the deck has a nice view. Food was great, service could have been a bit more efficient, but overall good experience
Liked the look and feel of the place. Lot of different seating places and the roof top has a nice view, unfortunately not in service that day.
We tried many a dish and weren't let down by this adventure. One thing we couldn't finish was the Korean popcorn, which was too sweet for our palate. Potato starter and bruschetta was delicious. Mushroom momos were good too.
My cocktail choice was the fenny based one and seemed apt for to relish the local drink. Kids siE pasta was too small for the kid in the group who ate two of them (it was so good). The Mediterranean veg platter was my my favorite. Sampled the pumpkin dish, very filling and healthy. Polished the lunch with a south African apertif. Overall, a plush lunch in a nice setting.

Ambience & Staff is very good. There can be some improvements in Food & Drinks. I tried following things.
Korean Style Cauliflower ‘Popcorn’ - Properly Cooked, but was sweet in taste. I didn’t like it much.
Vegetable Croquettes - Good in taste, but tomato chutney was sweet in taste
Classic Spanish Patatas Bravas - Again Tomato Salsa was sweet and Basil Aioli was bland in taste.
Exotic Mushroom Risotto - It was good in taste, but mushrooms were sticky.
Bloody Mary - It was perfect in taste as Bloody Mary should be
Pina Colada - Again a good Drink.
Mai Tai - It was too strong and didn’t taste like a Tropical Cocktail.
Whiskey Sour - It was too mild and felt like having Lime Water.
I would say the most exquisite food is served here. That's the reason why we ended up visiting this place thrice in a span of 4days.
Me & my frnds being beef & fish lovers....we tried most of their meat dishes....I won't deny saying all were yummy to the core.

Lovely open air restaurant. The food choice is exotic and varied. The profits from this restaurant go to Samarpan foundation. Amazing. The starters and main course were excellent and the portions are good. A tad expensive , but worth a visit.

We dropped in for a few drinks and lunch on a weekday afternoon.
1. The staff are prompt and polite
2. The chef personally met us and took the time and effort to describe a number of dishes.
He even suggested dishes based on what we were looking for.
It was amazing to get such a knowledgable yet humble approach to picking out a dish.
It’s rare to find this in a place.
3. The drinks were amazing. We had bottled beer which was as expected.
The cocktails were made very well, with really fresh ingredients.
(Pomegranate and vanilla mojita)
4. The starter was perfect to go with the drinks. We had the Korean style cauliflower popcorn)
5. The main course. Now here’s where this place stands in a league of its own.
Probably some of the best food we’ve had in a very very long time, from restaurants around the world.
The food is cooked the perfection and I strongly suggest consenting with the chef on what to have, based on what you’re in the mood to have.
We had the Moroccan inspired Pumpkin Tagine and the Chermoula grilled Fish Fillet.
The portions are just right, and the taste is brilliant.
We’ll be back here very soon, and would surely recommend the place to anyone!

Beef na pedra, juicy slices of meat alongside a hot stone in which you can cook the beef on your table itself. Just thinking about this dish itself makes me drool. Hands down one of the best restaurants in Goa. Not to forget the view. You get to enjoy the stretch of Baga beach while having a candle light dinner with your loved ones. Must visit.
Went there with my colleague. Perfect spot for evening dinning, specially on the top floor, gives a perfect view of river. Good blend of Brazilian food, sushi basket is awesome, Brazillian style pulled dried beef in yakinoori sheet is the best I liked it over there, lamb preparation is awesome. As soon as you hear a sound of bell , your food has came through a small lift, well planned to reduce human labour. Don't give a second thought to go there. just go and they will make your evening memorable. Three cheers to Chef and service staff.. hope to visit again when I will be in Goa

We tried the sea food platter which had chicken steak , calamari , prawns and chocolate lambs . The prawns were just amazing , with a coconut flavour . The crisp lamb served in a tart with chocolate base is a must try ! For the main course , try the pot belly pork and fish . The flavours of the pork is juicy and Lucy . Try the chocolate brownie for desert . This place is located near to Baga beach . It has soft music and a welcoming stuff who loves to treat you well !! Must try :)
The staff and the ambience is quite good. Love the food and mocktails 😃 since it’s open so issue about mosquitoes is there but that was sorted.
It was our first Anniversary, and this was the best place we found to celebrate. This restaurant has Little view of the sea and a small river in front of it, still makes it a good place to relax and have some delicious food. Candle light, they have champagne tasting as well. And they offer champagne by glass(if you want) but when we tasted the champagne, it was tasting sour, higher than usual. So I would recommend to take an entire bottle. There's a prawn dish which is a must try thing there.

We chose this place for our anniversary dinner. Ambience was fabulous. Ordered something which we didn't liked. Chef Stefan came to our table understood our requirement and prepared a completely new dish for us. Our butler for the evening Nandan after realising it was our anniversary got us a beautifully decorated dessert. Will surely visit this place again.
There are very few restaurants that ace everything – chic location, tasteful ambience, incredible hospitality and scrumptious food! Go with the flow is one of them.
We were also pleasantly surprised by the vegetarian options they served. Brazillian bread and death by chocolate clearly stood out.
We had booked the gazebo table in advance (they have a few on the third floor) which had this amazing view of confluence of the creek and beach.
The staff kept checking on us if we were comfortable – in just the right frequencies. When they found out that it was our anniversary, the manager, Navdeep went that extra mile to make our dinner a memorable one. There is no chance we will miss visiting this place again whenever we are in Goa! :)
The setup is classy and the food is absolutely delicious. The Brazilian bread with cheese was specifically tasteful and filling. The preparations took time and hence we lost our appetite waiting for the main course to come.
The chef took special interest and took feedback from each table about the food. He even remembered what was served on each table! A nice gesture and pleasant experience.

I can't express how wonderful this place is.. the food, the ambience, staff behaviour everything was above expectations. If you are in Goa this place is definitely recommended as you won't be disappointed. I ordered their signature dish "Pork belly" and the dish was heavenly & apart from that i ordered some vegetarian dishes too and those were also fantastic, the complementary starter was mouth watering. The head chefs here are a couple who also won the award of chefs of the year 2017. I would visit again to taste more of their menu items. Highly recommended.
Master Chef In Goa. Need I say more!!! The ambience of the 1920s Portuguese cottage is only upped by the pure genius of the chef. If you are in North Goa, you need to come here for dinner.
If you like Mediterranean flavors in Indian food you should try this one.

Tucked away in the nicer part of Baga along the bay. Romantic place with both indoor and outdoor seating. The place has an elegant charm to it. Now we have been there couple of time. Chef takes personal interest in every customer and their well-being.

We had a fantastic night at Go with the Flow while on holiday in Goa! The food is fantastic - anything you order is really so delicious and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is chilled with great views and Chef Stef and his team are friendly and so welcoming. This is a must on your To-Do List when you are in Goa!
We loved the chilled vibe, sweet waiters, courteous chef and food was really fine dining, we didn't expect such high class. Anywhere else it would cost us a fortune to have this kind of food and service, but India is incredible :) Much recommend.

The place is in one single word "Fantastic"!! The cocktails, food, ambience.... Everything surpassed my expectations. Stefan, who conceptualized the place, is from South Africa and comes with a wealth of experience.... He says he got initiated in food business since age 0 😁 His mum is in the business and also ran cooking classes. Loved my cocktail Maitai, and the red snapper that I ordered for entree. The cherry compote and ice cream was a treat visually and to the palate. This is a must visit, in Goa 😊

Let me start with a single term "Amazing" and now let me justify why i gave this place a rating of 5. If you're considering visiting a food temple of gastronomy, this should certainly be on your list.
Talking about food: Well, this place offered me the best food in longest time. I mean it's truly amazing, every dish on the menu has authentic taste and leaves an incredible remark on your food journey. Talk about the international touch they have bought to their cuisine or the authenticity which they have maintained, everything is just perfect.. We went in a big group so needless to say that we ordered a lot of dishes and we couldn't find any flaw in either of them. Absolutely nothing which i could complaint about.
Talking about staff - I have truly fallen in love with their warmness. Staff members kept visiting us and made sure that we were comfortable, i mean you do feel good when you get such great hospitality. It just makes your whole experience worth while.
Talking about ambience and place: There's no more glamorous address on the Baga beach than this one. Their recently opened terrace siting is placed perfectly for a meal and chilled drinks after a sandy walk on Baga beach.
All and all, this sensational seaside address is beach chic at its best.
Been to this amazing place recently & was in awe of the beautiful way it was all lit up alongside a pretty view! We started with Chicken satay & beef appetizers followed with Grilled chicken with goan chorizzo risotto ~ And boy what a dish !! 😍 Unique style of preparing the items & I must add that the stuff here is prepared with love! Sadly couldn't try any of the desserts, but I shall make a trip there soon to check them out! ❤

Cocktails were very good, packed quite a punch.. No over-diluted drinks..
Bread stocks with hummus & raita and bruschetta-like complimentary starters..
-Prawns National - too good.. Coconut milk based..
-Peas Risotto! Oh so good.. Loads of olive oil & goat cheese..
-Red Snapper with Herb Paste & Cashews was delectable. The Herb flavours really stood out.

By far one of the best meals I've ever had in Goa over my last couple of visits.... found this place by chance on Zomato - "thank you".
Tired of the usual places - we were looking for something a little more unique so after searching on zomato we found this place... did not have a menu uploaded but the photos of the place looked tempting to give it a go and we are not complaining.
Started off with an "amuse bush" of mushroom and horseradish on a what I think was cornbread... great flavour with a punchy after tone.
For starters we ordered the fish crudo, ceviche style... stunning flavours of passion fruit with cucumber and radish giving it the right amount of acidity...
Main course was a toss up between the steak and the pork belly, the server who by the way was really good as well suggested that I try the pork belly.... one WORD WOW...... simply unbelievable... right from the plating to the actual taste of the dish.
The chef was this young South African guy who has been in the capacity for the last couple of months came by the table to see how we were doing and also mentioned a really nice thing that all the profits from this restaurant goes towards an NGO... which adds to a very satisfying experience.

Go with the flow is one of those places I would just for a family get together or to throw a small party just because of its location. It's just at the tip of one of the most well known beaches in goa the baga beach. Ambience wise it's just amazing. Food is lovely as well as the staff. Overall it's a place to be to have memories

We started with the veg bruschetta and sushi both of which were absolutely delicious. Then they gave us a complimentary cauliflower soup which was yum.
The pistachio and cream cheese ravioli is a must try too. Its a nice place, with a very calm atmosphere, a nice break from goa's madness. Nice garden seating.
Located on the furthest part of Baga is this beautiful restaurant with an almost perfect setting. Once I go there, I didn't wanna leave. The place is run by Chef Gutto. The crispy calamari, prawns tempura, basket of Brazilian Pao de queijo, ravioli, spaghetti, Goan Chorizo empanadas and churros are my favourites at this place. The best thing about this place is the consistency of flavours in their food. This consistency I have found every time I have visited this place. The ambience of the place is very appealing to the eye and the service is prompt &a courteous. The pricing is a bit expensive but after having any of the abovementioned dishes, you will forget about the pricing of any of the dishes. I have been to this place many a times and till date I haven't had a bad experience at all. This place surely has my recommendation and must visit place for my fellow Zomatians.

This is the most amazing place for Continental food. Situated near Baga creek, this place has a beautiful set up. Best time to visit this place would be for dinner. My favourites here include the goat cheese terrain, prawn tempura, Brazilian bread basket and Ravioli. Their beef steaks are supposed to be the best. Highly recommended for foodies when in Goa. Their churros and profiteroles are a must try for desserts.

Goa is all about Kings beer and Butter Garlic Prawns! This is what we all look forward to. But if you want a break from the usual shack culture that adds all the charm to Goa, this is the place you have to go to. 'Go With The Flow' was highly recommended by a friend who insisted that this should be the top of our list of places to visit while in Goa. I now know why. The place was absolutely beautiful! Tastefully done decor, music at the correct volume and the food was like a work of art. This was truly an experience to remember and I commend the chef and everyone behind this restaurant. If you're in Goa now, go now! ?
Great food, super service, finest flavors, well prepared and presented. Met with the Brazilian chef who was incredibly passionate about his food food. The veg food was as good as the non-veg.

Unparalleled excellence in flavors, presentation, ingredients and execution. Best meal of my week in Goa. I told chef Guto I could live in Goa just to be able to eat his food everyday. The braised lamb on risotto and beef steak (not the one you do on the hot stone yourself) are my recommendations. Look forward to them opening in more cities soon!
I just love this place! Tucked away at the edge of Baga Creek, has beautiful ambience. Great service under watchful eyes of Chef Gotu (Brazil) & his Lovely Wife, who run this joint together.
Except for the Sushi (which I've had here b4) I want to try everything on their menu coz it just looks so interesting! The presentation is superb and is great value for money!@go with the flow

Starters - Crispy Calamari (It's the best I've eaten so far), Prawn Tempura, Terrini of Goat Cheese (is out of this world!)

Well Goa keeps surprising me with interesting spaces , this is definitely a must try on your next visit to Goa. Tucked away near Baga creek this is a really nice place - very tastefully done up . They have this really high kind of machine which overlooks the sea and beach which is really nice . A birds eye view of baga . The food was rather unique tried some lamb risotto, regular pasta , some tuna and salmon salad . There was a cheese bread which was quite interesting provided eaten hot. I would go t here more for the ambience food will great is not exactly the best - Goa has some really nice eating places this isn't on my top ten for sure .
Fabulous location and decor (although slightly tacky in parts) with a superb sushi bar and open-viewing kitchen. Posh and well-maintained. Nice barside inside a well-refurbished old Portuguese house.
Small Bites and Starters were satisfactory. The beef and pork entrees are sublime. To die for almost. The lemon mousse and Brazilian tiramisu for dessert were heavenly. Overall magnificent experience.
I would highly recommend it. One of the best restaurants in all of Goa. Too notch.
Outstanding place ! the decor and ambiance is the first thing that strikes you and the attention to detail was outstanding. we requested to sit upstairs on the elevated tower but despite the awesome view of the baga creek we preferred the floor level seating.
the food menu is extensive and making a decision can be difficult but I decided to go with the tried and tested Steak ! the pork belly had been recommended too !
we ordered 2 kinds of sushi to start with, both were outstanding !
For mains in addition to the steak a portion of pork dumplings was more than enough for 2 people ! both were great and i would highly recommend both but do try the other stuff on the menu !
The churos we ordered for desert was probably the best i've had only pity was that there were only 3 and so much yummy vanilla cream !
all in all it was a great meal and makes for one of the staple meals i look forward to henceforth in Goa.
This place is in a nice cozy corner in Baga and is setup very well - Its beautifully lit up at night and the staff are very helpful too.
Coming to the meals, while the portion sizes are rather small they are very delicious. We tried the lamb dish which was the special of the day and it was a cracker dish. while the drinks are priced normally the food is a tad bit on the expensive side.
A beautifully set up place! We tried beers, cigar rolls, sliders, and everything was good. The only drawback was that when we visited in the afternoon, there was nobody there but us. Nonetheless, the experience was enjoyable. I'm sure it looks even better at night
We planned our anniversary celebration. It was a cool place with the ultimate decoration done by the team even though I used a professional photographer Food was great.
We missed one thing only light arrangements while going to photography due to low light pics was not perfect,but it was a candle light dinner in a cool location.

We had a great evening and a delicious dinner at Go with the flow. This place is quite suitable for those who wants to have a romantic dinner at a reasonable rate.
The location is very near to Baga beach and got an advantage of being situated at a less crowded area.
If you want to eat a very delicious food then you should one time visit here , you will get your own delicious food , my personal experience was very amazing, and the service a grade , staff are very carefull and manager also a great person, next time we will go with my whole family .this restaurant located on a good place where you enjoy a lot
If you are in Goa and topping that with celebration of Bday or Anniversary kind- this is most suitable place. Ambience-5/5, service -5/5, hospitality- 5/5.
Even in short notice they will arrange for you. Appropriate music will add sugar to the celebration.

Amazing romantic restaurant with a great view and ambience. Location is slightly off the radar but well compensated by tasty food. Their pesto sauce pasta was finger licking good.
Beautiful place. Its is right on the banks of Baga river where it meets the Arabian sea. You can see the lights of the shacks on Baga without having to deal with the creeps there. The service is impeccable, very welcoming and quick. Food was delectable and the entire place has a very nice vibe to it. Only downside is that it is a tad bit on the expensive side and the quantity of starters is too less. They also have lodging facilities.
P.S. The chocolate milkshake is to die for.
Had a wonderful time.We booked a individual pod on the top floor and it was worth it. Food was awesome esp. calamari and other continental dishes.Ambience was awesome. Only problem was the restaurant s location .It was far inside and seemed a bit unsafe at night otherwise it is a must try place for couples.
Lovely people, the food the arrangements everything was so perfect... Made my bday so spcl. Special shout out to Liz & Rahul for making the evening splendid and Raj for all the great conversations. Must visit, especially if you want your evening to be memorable.
