Great location near river and very near to baga beach. Great choice in mid budget hotel. Non ac rooms were also very neat and perfect. Room service guys are welcoming and helpful.

The best resort near baga and calangute beach the owner is very friendly he changed tv channels for our region and suggest the best watersports and enjoyment places .

Outside restaurant is available. Well limited and ok vegetarian options are available but over all is good. Breakfast is ok. Good options are available in breakfast. Breakfast is not that luxurious but not that bad too

Very good location and very nice room
Rooms are too good , swimming pool is also good but room service is worst. There is no wifi in non ac room , no room service after 9 pm till 9 am, no intercom line, you need to call on hotel cellphone.
Their restaurant also not providing food in room , no tea in room , on dine in charge is too much, 50 rs for just tea but you will enjoy the tea as it taste like heaven with full pot tea.
Enjoyed a lot in swimming pool but service wise need more and more improvement.
I can recommend one if you to spend time in life paryer as this is very near to baga beach .. 300 meter..

Nov-22 : Hotel is 15 minutes walk from Baga beach. They have a restaurant next to resort and a good swimming pool. Hotel staff are very well behaved. Recommended stay for family.
