I visited this place for an afternoon brunch, it's great for finger foods and light meals..I ordered the greek salad which was really refreshing, and the cucumber mint cooler. After finishing my meal I went for a dip in the pool and drank sangrias and watched the sunset...sunday well spent. The crowd is very decent and the ambiance is perfect for a getaway. It is a nice place to chill with a couple of girlfriends and also you won't have to bother about tourists invading your privacy while using the pool even though it does get very crowded on sundays. Also on sundays they offer buy 1 get 1 free on Sangrias during the happy hour (3.00 till sundown).

Well, it's only Tuesday and I'm having some serious vacation withdrawals. So while I'm dying, I thought I'll share the pain with everyone.
This was at @grandhyattgoa where I was sitting next to the pool without a care in the world and sipping on this gorgeous Mint Margarita.
And the funniest thing had happened during my stay there. So, after drinking this margarita I wanted to try Feni and the menu had two options, Cashew Feni & Palm Feni. To me, Cashew feni just sounded more interesting and while ordering that the server asked me what would I like as a mixer and well, that time I was going through my whiskey phase and enjoyed my drink with water and ice. So, of course I tell him that I'll have it with water and ice. On that, he gave me a very amusing look and asked me if I was sure. And of course I was sure. He left and brought back a tray with a shot of my cashew feni and water and ice and (drum rolls) a massive shot of sugar syrup. It was my time to give him that amused look and I did but he seemed to be enjoying it more than me. As he left, I sat up to make my drink. Dropped a couple of ice cubes in my glass, topped it with the Feni shot, gave it a stir and topped it off with water. All set! Then I took a sip and almost spat it out because it is quite strong (and by quite I mean extremely). Then I give that sugar syrup a glance and chuckle in delight of its presence. I wish I could have hugged that waiter if he was anywhere in sight but that would have been highlyyyy inappropriate. So, I pour all the sugar syrup I had and took another sip. Wasn't bad but I should have definitely ordered another margarita instead of getting too experimental. And of course, I finished my drink like the good girl I am because whatsoever happens,we don't waste alcohol. Right? .

Just a self realization, a lot of my stories involve alcohol. Must look into that. Or avoid it and bury the issues deep inside like every adult does. .

A minha família comeu outros pratos e eu por duas vezes comi o Club Sandwich que gostei. É leve e dá para ir à piscina.

Good place to grab a drink or coffee sunsent and pool views. The cold coffee was like sugar syrup they provided a replacement but that wasnt good either. Mosquitoes can be bit of an issue once it gets dark.
Really simple and nice menu...good burger, salad and decent drinks. Service could be a bit quicker. However they did get the beef burger really nice and juicy!
It's a great place to sit and catch up with friends, there's a friendly vibe with upbeat music (everytime that I've been). The bar is well stocked, service is a little laid back but it just adds to the whole relaxed atmosphere!
Wonderful place specially pool bar is very nice place food and cocktails was made by Himanshu and service by Joseph very good and chef Darwan Singh rawat is very happy person he made us feel so special and he treat us very nicely dimsum and sushi was very good❤️ Thank you so much

Words cannot describe how blown away I was by this restaurant! The restaurant seating is extremely comfortable, with large cushioned arm chairs, and has a good view of the ocean. All the employees were kind and helpful, like our waiters Joseph and Abin, and the chef Darwan (DS Rawat). They kept checking on us, asking if we liked the food, etc and we felt very appreciated at the restaurant. Now onto the food, it was simply spectacular. As a vegetarian I was impressed by how many veg options there were, and there were even 5 veg sushis! I had my first sushi here in this restaurant and I was nothing short of amazed. Another dish that really impressed me was the "Fried ice cream" a coconut ice cream in a shell of fried cereal. It actually looked like a coconut and was so unique, like nothing I've had before. The chefs here clearly know their food very well. It is a bit on the expensive side, but that isn't much of a problem considering the delicious flavours, beautiful presentation and kind staff. Since we were staying at another resort, and the back entrance was closed, we had to walk in a loonng circle and go through the main entrance just to go to the restaurant, but it was 100% worth it. The chef even had a nice chat with us and we took a photo with him. Definitely coming here next time!
We went here on 14th May 23 to have lunch ,having reserved a table which was made promptly available for us.
At the restaurant we met Saruf, who was polite,guided us in selecting our dishes and cocktails.
The pizza, cocktails,juices and dishes were fresh and tasty.
The ambience is excellent and the all staff are pleasing ,helpful and courteous.
Will definitely visit Grand Hyatt Bambolim again.
Nice setting sandwiched between a pool, lawn and beach. Good food and drink options too.
Very good experience at grand Hyatt Goa pool bar food was very delicious specially sushi from sushi and more team Mumbai and Dim-sum was very good suggested from chef darwan Singh rawat was suggest us very delicious dim-sum chef was very gentle and nice to talk happy person I enjoyed a lot there must try if you are planing to Goa trip
