The ambience of the waiting area is good. The rates are a bit negotiable like all other hotels elsewhere. They have many halls for parties of various sizes. The food quality is good, staff is polite but the services are a bit slow. In our event- everything from welcome drinks to dinner was late and we had to intervene multiple times to make the process timely and fast. So, if you host a party here, some one should monitor continuously- weather it is serving snacks to people or refilling of food items in the serving tray. Politeness of the staff is a plus point. With some intervention things may be planned good. Some drawbacks: Some halls have damp corners- so they should take care of maintenance; slow service as pointed before( a possible reason may be lack of enough man power in the kitchen); In my case we end up paying more ( It was Navaratra time and the lady at the counter assured us that Navratra Thali will be charged Rs. 200-300 per plate but while billing the guy billed everything at higher rate. We forgot to convey the same at the time of billing though-as I was not present at that time). My party went fine so giving a 4 star to these guys in Bareilly. There is a swimming pool on one floor which is available for hosting pool side party. However the area of the space makes it apt for small size party only ( 10-15).

Lovely place.The hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful, the location was very convenient for getting around and many activities. In this pandemic Covid 19 ,they are trying their best and giving every possible facilities to their guests, that's why I m giving 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐rating. Thanks team Diplomat Residency..

It is located at Ayub Khan chouraha at choupla road. It has 2 lifts . There are many rooms and all rooms contains AC . The bathrooms are very tidy and contains a towel and bath soap . Rooms are on the second floor . There are gym and spa on 4th floor and swimming pool on 5th floor . The service there is excellent and food there was like food at home. Its name is changed to RODEO . The Prices of amount per head is about 350 to 450 of food . The cost of an room is about 3000 to 4000 . I would rate it 5 star and suggest you all to spend atleast one day there.

Small cockroaches are there in all rooms, Hotel have told that due to lockdown it has happened and very soon they will do the treatment. Else everything was fine.

Beautiful hotel, nice stay, yummy food. Good place in heart of Bareilly city. Food rates are also very reasonable and you can take enjoy Bikaneri restaurant at Ground floor. Staff behavior was also friendly and Manager mam behavior also awesome. !!Very Good Experience!!
