Great ambience, delicious food and exemplary service standards. Have visited this place atleast thrice during our stay at the hotel, and loved it every time. Would specially like to mention Arshad, Jany as well as all the other staff members who are extremely warm and caring about guests' needs and went the extra mile for our daughter
A must go place if you like Asian cuisine. Also, thank you Pawal for being a wonderful server.
Thanks to Pawal and Bishnu for the excellent service and recommendations provided. Food and ambience were great and the staff was very courteous..The Dimsums and SPinach tempura were great too
Great ambience and food have authentic chineese taste. We ordered sichuan spicy chicken, crispy lamb and pad thai. All food were good and quantity was enough for two. We went for anniversary dinner and Bishnu was courteous to get us a anniversary cake. Great place overall.

Great service from Kathereen. Her splendid attitude made the evening even more pleasant.
"We had a very beautiful time at the shao. We were very impressed by the hospitality of all the staff everywhere at the shao. All the people were very warm, caring, enjoyed their jobs and did the best possible to take care of the guests. Their personal touch to help celebrate special moments was very touching.
Went there for anniversary dinner. We order honey chilli lotus stem, spinach dimsum as starters and chilli garlic noodles as main course. Food was quite tasty and the portions did justice to the price. We were attended by Bishnu. She was quite courteous and helpful. Her service made our anniversary memorable. She even provided dessert from her end.
Great food and great service by Bishnu & Arshad. Amazing ambiance. Highly recommended.
Probably one of the best Asian restaurants in the Marathahalli locality. The decor is surprisingly pleasant and the staff highly trained and courteous.
Coming to the food, i found the DimSums to be pretty good however the spinach starter was a bummer.
The Green curry with jasmine rice had the right amount of flavour.
One of the reason for my 4* rating is that this place is not upto the mark of certain other Asain speciality places in and around downtown Bangalore.
Overall a decent experience and great staff. The crew even managed to surprise us with a cake since we were celebrating a special occasion. I hope they keep working on it and make this place even better.
I took my parents out for dinner. Excellent ambience, curtious staff and delicious food. We had ordered the set menu as it was Chinese New year and was very glad with everything. Thank you Pawan thappa who made our night extra special. Will be back soon.
The staff was very courteous and had extremely good tips. Jani was waiting our table and had deep knowledge on all the dishes. The delivery was at a good speed and all the food was excellent. The rices and noodles had a tinge of authenticity which I have never experienced anywhere else. The ambience was formal but at the same time lively. The experience was beyond words.
Super Thai food and amazing hospitality. Always love coming here for a good meal.
Food was very good. Service was excellent.Pawl served us.
Loved the food and Service. Thank you Paul and rest of the team. I have tagged good dishes we liked, we surely would be back.
Anniversary dinner date...lovely ambience, superb food. Great service by Pawal.
Memorable experience.
Good food, ambiance, parking, staff. Only con is around 25 % tax(gst plus service etc) zomato gold applies.
Good food... Light .. tasty and fresh. Best manchow soup in town.. great staff and service was also excellent and speedy. Food presentation was cool and overall fantastic experience
courteous staff !!! thank you to the chef who made an on-request nice desert(which was not there on the menu ) for us and made our evening special !!!!
I particularly liked the ambience of the bar and the dining area.. the food was good, loved the fact that they have good veg options.. definitely visiting again..
Good food, good ambience for a family lunch. All the dishes that we order were good especially the Sushi boat. I’m definitely looking forward to my next visit.
The recipe as I learnt direct from China by the GM’s mother in-law. No wonder it is so authentic. The service is unparalleled too.
Lovely dining experience worth every penny. The quantities of the starters were a bit of a disappointment, but they tasted so good! My favorite has got to be the beef ramen - so filling and hearty!
Also had the assorted sushi, the chicken wonton and kaffir lime soup (which was unlike anything I've ever tasted before), the checkered jumbo coins and the Nasi Goreng.
The place truly deserves to be in the fine dining category.
The food is exceptional!
The service is spot on.
And the ambiance is remarkable.
Amongst multiple soups, dim sum, noodles, sushi and assorted vegetables that we tried, all were amazing but a few deserve a special mention here and I would put it in must-haves.
MUST-HAVES:
👉🏻Wonton and Kaffir Lime soup(The best soup I've had recently)
👉🏻Assorted sushi Boat(Vegetarian)
👉🏻Veggy Maki
👉🏻Trio Mushroom
👉🏻Wasabi cheesecake( More than the taste, it's the uniqueness of this dish. Saw it for the first time in a menu and it definitely was a pleasant surprise)
Amazing starters, beautiful ambience, very courteous staffs, all under one roof! Mr. Jani helped us with the food selection and took proper care of us. Many thanks to him! Must Visit!!
The ambience is absolutely amazing. Enjoyed the set menu..... very authentic flavours. Great service. Overall a great dining experience. Will definitely visit again soon.
Great place. Very courteous staff. Food was good. Descent place for asian cuisine.
Awesome food !! Sushi and Thai were awesome !! Best Thai green curry ever !! The desert - Banana Fritters with Coconut Icecream was delicious !! Great hospitality and nice place !!
Had great food - Kung Pao and Crab and asparagus soup ..Jani @shao is great with services and interactions
Shao at Radisson Blu - Bengaluru, Outer Ring Road recently opened and serves delicious Chinese, Thai dishes.
Shao menu spread overs a drinks, soup, starters, main course and dessert. You can their buffet or can order from menu.
So we went here for lunch on Saturday afternoon. Started with mock tails, I had Virgin Mojito (mint leaves, lime chunks, sugar & lemonade) and Fantastic Four (mango, litchi, cranberry and lemonade). Both the drinks were very refreshing.
Next is soup Wonton and Kaffir Lime Soup (aromatic broth of kaffir lime, lemon and coriander with steamed wonton), they serve all this in a bowl and pour delicious broth.
Moving on to starters I had Sushi boat which included prawn, selmon sushi, honey chilli lotus stem (crispy lotus stem tossed with honey chilli sauce), Baby Spinach Dim sum and red cabbage dim sum, togarashi spinach tempura, flaky angels hair prawn, sichuan spicy chicken (chilly were imported from China, that was actually spicy).
Next comes Main course so we had fried rice, prawn curry, pork and singapori noodles ( I didn't like it much as I was expected it will be normal noodles and it came out Vermicelli noodles).
Ended with the sweetness of dessert - red velvet deco sprayed chocolate musse infused with kasir lime and passion fruit, hot chocolate rolls and their signature dessert Wasabi Cheese Cake.
Overall the service was really good, food was awesome, service was too good, well behaved staff, soft ambient music, soothing music, great ambiance with the perfect feel of light.

This newly opened fine dining in Radisson blu in Marathahalli is the best place if you crave for Japanese food.
Food 👉 They have amazing varieties of food which comprises of their regular, classic and signature dishes. First I started with the soup which was Wontom and kaffir lime vegetable soup, it tasted average to me. Next I tried Potstickers Assorted vegetables, which was delicious and Trio mushroom. Potstickers is a must try here. Amongst Steamed Bao I had Baby spinach, the stuffing was filled with goodness of Spinach. It was a steamed buns stuffed with carrot and beans, served with char sui sauce. Coming to Shao signature dish, I tried Money bag which was tempting and beautifully presented. Money bag were dumplings stuffed with individual preferences. In Starter vegetarian I had this amazing
Honey chilli lotus steam which was tossed with honey Chilli sauce and sesame. Amongst the sushi section I ordered Assorted sushi boat, I truly loved their presentation. Now coming to the Main course I had
Asian greens and water chestnut which tasted fine with the smoked fried rice. The main course were in good portion. Last but not the least ended with
Red velvet, Wasabi cheesecake, Banana fritters with coconut ice cream. I was little disappointed with the desserts served here. Little improvement is needed.
Ambience👉 You will get to experience the fine dine. The place will give you the soothing vibes with the light music in background. The interiors are decorated with Japanese show cases. The whole restaurant will give you a rich dining experience.
Service👉 The staffs were polite. Service was quick.

SHAO - is the new venture by Radisson blu at our very busy area Marathahalli. The place is on first floor and offers different cuisine from across Asia like Japanese (being one of my fav) , thai and korean. The place is themed out to be dim light and gives out the romantic vibe. BTW , the place is on Zomato gold list.Â
Well we kick started out experience with some Mocktails like "The first kiss" , the fantastic four and Kiwi envy the mixture of exotic fruits blended well and was smoothing to the throat and refreshy to our minds. I felt there were limited drinks for non alcoholic. Dont worry the places has alcoholic drinks as well. Â
I m big fan of soup and i loved the Wonton and Kaffir lime soup served with veggies , chicken and sea food this is an example of perfect combination of salt, sweet, tangy and spicy, You can choose the veg or the meat option with this. Â
For starters we had Sichuan Spicy chicken , Flaky angels hair Prawn( must try its signature dish) , Barbecued Pork and in veg we tried Spinach tempura , Honey Chilli Lotus stem.Â
Â
Mains we tried DIM SUMs - Steamed Har Gow with some exoctic veggies (Must try) , Assorted sushi boat which had Prawn tempura uramaki , smoked salmon Maki rolls and Prawn Nigiri. The maki rolls were delicious and probably the best in town i had till date. We also tried singapore noodles and Fried rice and pork belly which were tasty. Â
The only thing i felt was the presentation could be much better for some of the Starters and some signature main course ( except the Assorted sushi boat)Â
We did try almost all the desserts the most interesting was Wasabi Cheesecake - he marriage between cheescake and wasabi did not go well for me. It had this distinct taste and it did not work out for me but if you are curious to know how wasabi would taste as dessert then this is the place because i do not think any other place serves it. Apart from this we tried chocolate mouse infused with Kaffir lime and Red velvet as a covering or topping, Hot chocolate rolls with vanilla sauce and Kaffir lime ice cream with rambutan fruit. The desserts were good and worth the money. Â
My fav are - Sichuan Spicy chicken , Maki rolls , Tempura and honey chili Lotus stem and kaffir lime with Rambutan :)Â
Overall the place is suitable for lunch and dinner with your loved one and service is upto the hype and expectation. Its not too pricey and works well for corporate brunch as well. Pay visit to this place and let me know what was your favorite. Tag me in your insta using mytastebudstories.
The newly opened SHAO in Radisson blu outer ring road in Marathahalli is your pure delight If you love Japanese food. They have a set menu which comprises of their signature dishes mostly but I chose to try from their regular menu anyway. First I tried the tempura spinach which is called the togarashi spinach tempura which was a little bland but the crisp fried texture totally saved it. Next I had my all time favorite hindi chilli lotus stem which was adequately saucy, topped with sesame seeds and fried to prefection. Followed by the obvious, crystal prawn hargao which had a very flavourful coating and one of the best fillings I have ever had. Next I was recommended a SHAO signature starter which was "flaky Angel's hair prawn" Which was basically minced prawn marinated with Asian condiments wrapped around crispy vermicelli served on a bed of sweet chilli sauce. However delicious the filling might have been, the bland vermicelli couldn't live up to the expectations that I had. What saved my dining experience was the signature sichuan spicy chicken which was dices of chicken crispy fried and broiled in a pool of dry fried red chillies. Coming to the main course, I had the double cooked pork belly with sichuan chilli and red pepper. The pork belly was perfectly braised and was of a very good portion. I had it with Singapore chicken noodles which was little thicker than glass noodles. Last but not the least, I decided to go for the assorted sushi boat which comprised of prawn tempura uramaki, prawn nigiri, smoked salmon making, garnished very well in literal bamboo boat alongside wasabi, pickeled ginger, dark soy and other condiments. To end the meal, I had the chocolate mousse infused with kaffir lime and passion fruit jelly coated with red velvet deco.
Shao, one of the restaurant located in the Radisson Blu Marathahalli branch.
It offers a pan asian cuisine to choose from.
The ambience is red and jazzy and gives a proper Chinese feel to it!!
The staff here were good in helping the desired food and drinks also suggested what would go better with the food that we preferred
Let's talk food now!! The starters were lipsmackin. They went perfect with the mocktails that we ordered too!! (Yes we went for the mocktails but they have pretty good cocktail collections too if you prefer that.)
The must have dishes would be trio mushroom dimsum, money bag and Sichuan chicken (the best starter of all was this, the dressing and presentation both won it. Not a fancy presentation but a chilly presentation. Find the pic for reference!!) And loved the chilly garlic noodles in the main course.
I went for "The fantastic four" mocktail and I personally liked this cause it was a cranberry based Mocktail!!
The desserts could've been better is what I felt but cookie points for the presentation!!

Lovely place with the lovely ambience. I personally loved the theme and how the place place looked. Friendly staff and hood service.
First, for soups i ordered their signature soup. Wontom and kaffir lime vegetable. It was pretty good.
In Potstickers, Assorted vegetables and trio mushroom. Both were good.
In steamed Bao, ordered Baby spinach. This was average.
In Shao signature dishes, ordered Money bag. Loved this dish.
In starters vegetarian ordered, Honey chilli lotus stem. This was the best dish, trust me.
Also ordered Assorted sushi boat. Presentation was amazing.
For Desserts, i took red velvet cake. I loved this one. Also wasabi cheesecake.
Lobed all the starters, Mocktails, main course , desserts.

Shao means “less” in English and also it is 86th most populous name in China. Not sure what reference can be drawn here with regards to name of this place. I missed out on stay in this hotel coz it was full and so had to settled to hotel in nearby area, very little did I know that I would be coming here for lunch soon, had visitors at office so Saturday lunch becomes mandatory.
We hogged a lot, in soup we had Wanton and Kaffir Lime Chicken soup, it comes with clear broth and possibly the best I had.
In appetisers we had Togarishi Spinach Tempura, it was crisp and it didn’t taste bitter at all.
Honey Chilli Lotus stem was something on my bucket list and it didn’t disappoint at all
Flaky Angels Hair Prawn was nice but bunch of vermicelli was a turn off
Sichuan Spicy Chicken was really nice with chicken being tender, I was told the chillies are exported from outside.
Prawns Sichuan and Prawns fried rice for main course were amazing again. Ordered rice separately.
In desserts Red Velvet deco cake and wasabi cheese cake deserve a special mention.
Ambience: This is newly renovated and you see hues of red across this place which gives it an oriental look. The set up is not that huge but is spacious. The kitchen is visible coz it is separated by a glass wall.
Service is quick and servers were courteous. Top notch service is what you expect from such places and it doesn’t disappoint a bit.
Valet Parking is available which goes without saying.
Value for Money: Pretty reasonable considering it’s part of five star hotel and best part is you can use Zomato Gold as well on food.
My Take: This is possibly the best Chinese restaurant here in Bangalore. The big corporate houses in this area makes it one of the best places to have your meals with corporate clients, not that you can’t go there with your family.

SHAO - The newest restaurant at the Radisson blu outer ring road has opened its doors for you and is ready to titilate your taste buds with their Thai, Japanese and Chinese dishes each better than the other.
I started with a drink, FANTASTIC FOUR - ideally gets its name from the four primary juices used in it, mango, litchi, cranberry and lemon making it very refreshing indeed.
I'm usually not a soup person at all, but I tried the wanton and kaffir lime soup - So they will actually give you a soup bowl which has vegetables, lemon grass, coriander and carrots along with steamed wanton (2 pieces of either veg, chicken or prawn) and the delicious broth is poured over it right in front of you. I could skip water for the amazing soup!
Moving on, I had the sushis on the Assorted Sushi boat which were - Prawn tempura uramaki, smoked salmon maki and prawn nigiri. Perhaps the Smoked salmon maki was my favorite and I ordered refills of just that. It comes in a set of six in a bamboo boat with a fine presentation.
Then, I had the prawn hargao - Crystal skin dumplings with filling of prawn steamed to perfection and served hot.
I am a huge fan of lotus stem, so I moved on to try the honey chilli lotus stem - the slices of lotus stem are slightly thick as a result of which it wasn't crispy. Also, it's on the sweeter side so do let them know your preference and they will make it perfect for you!
Another signature non vegetarian starter - The sichuan spicy chicken, which is basically crispy friend chicken bits broiled in a pool of dried red chillies, super hot. Caution : Eat with care.
Moving on, I had the double cooked pork belly smoked and spiced with sichuan chilli and ground pepper along with some smoked chicken fried rice. Both, delicious in their own traditional flavours.
To end with, of course I can't not have desserts so I went on to have the Red velvet deco sprayed chocolate mousse infused with a gelly of kaffir lime and white chocolate mousse.
Loved the food and the service was even better. Also, the kitchen has been partitioned strategically from the seating area whereby you can see and appreciate the food being made for you!
Had a great experience at Shao and would definetly recommend. The food was scrumptious and our waiter, John, was very a very nice chap who went out of his way to recommend what we should order and he was spot on. What we had - chicken bao, potstickers, wok tossed chicken and Thai basil fried rice and everything was great. And yes the ambience and decor was very well done on the occasion of my birthday dinner 🥳
Overall experience đź‘Śđź‘Śđź‘Śđź‘Śđź‘Śđź‘Śđź‘Śđź‘Śđź‘Śđź‘Ś. food is great
Shao offers a fine-dine experience. Authentic pan
-asian cuisine and great service make it a must try. Soft, soothing music adds to the vibe.
I liked Wonton and Kaffir Like Soup. Crunchy, chunky vegetables in zesty flavour and flavorful wontons proved to be a great start to the meal. Crispy
Toragashi spinach tempura drizzled with soy sauce is a refreshing combination.
The presentation is the sushi platter is unique. Maki, Uramaki and Nigiri are well-prepared. I would recommend schezwan spicy chicken for the main course. Hot basil wok tossed chicken tastes well with
chilly garlic noodles.
We opted for hot chocolate rolls with vanilla sauce. It is a classic dessert baked to perfection. The preparation of wasabi cheesecake is perfect. The staff at Shao ensures a great experience.

Red themed restaurant at Radisson Blu gives the Chinese feel and authentic food too.The interior looks so good and love the tableware showcased and it's an open kitchen.
Started off with Kaffir Lime Soup ,different and relishing one with the lime flavour and veggies/chicken wonton.Togarishi Spich Tempura, kind of a crispy one which is fried added with some spinach .Sichuan Spicy Chicken , crispy chicken chunks with red chillies and sichuan pepper, good one for non veg people.Hot basil wok tossed Chicken with Chilli Garlic noodles was perfect and enjoyed it much.Red Cabbage Chicken Dimsums were too good.Hot Chocolate roll with Vannila sauce & Wasabi Cheese cake worth a try.
Overall my experience was good both, service and food.

Shao is a restaurant by Radisson Blu serving authentic Pan Asian Delicacies.
The ambience is elegant, everything from hanging lamps, to tables, to cutlery, to the presentation of the food is dignified.
I had been here for lunch with a couple of friends, we started with Wonton and Kaffir Lime Soup [4/5], it had a glaring flavor of lemon and was served steaming hot along with Veggies and Chicken Wonton.
For appetizer we had Togarashi Spinach Tempura [5/5] #recommended, which is deep fried spinach seasoned with some spices, Honey Chili Lotus Stem [4/5], Flaky Angels Hair Prawn [5/5] #recommended has an appealing presentation (*Check the pictures) and tasted yummy too,  and Sichuan Spicy Chicken [5/5] #recommended, the chicken chunks were crisp and was sautéed with red chilies, spring onions and Sichuan pepper.
For mains we had Hunan Five Spiced Lamb [4/5] which was spicy and Hot Basil Wok Tossed Chicken [5/5] which went well along with Chilli Garlic Noodles [4/5] and Smoked Vegetable Fried Rice [4/5].

Had been to Shao on a Saturday afternoon. The ambience is absolutely breathtaking. Very sophisticated but also very authentically Chinese. The food did not disappoint either. They have a huge selection of pan asian dishes. Started off with the Chicken wonton and kafir lime soup and it was absolutely smashing. Bold yet comforting with a good hit of lime to brighten it up. Moved on to trying a couple of their starters. The spinach tempura with togarashi spice is a must have. The flaky angel hair prawns could do with a little less of the crunchy noodles. The red cabbage chicken dumplings was just about alright. Mains were Hunan Spiced Lamb and Hot basil chicken, chilly garlic noodles and smoked veg fried rice. Loved the chicken, lamb was alright, so were the rice and noodles. The desserts were really creative and plated like art. Hot Chocolate rolls, wasabi cheesecake and chocolate mousse infused with kafir lime were on order. Cheesecake could do with being a little lighter. Overall a very fulfilling meal. Quite authentic.
Nicely done oriental food, fresh and authentic. Very comfortable sitting.Appreciate the service, very warm and courteous. Special mention for Jaani ,who made us extremely comfortable and sensitive towards our taste and likings.
The food over here was just amazing! I've had vegetarian sushi before, but none of them was good. But, the vegetarian sushi over here was just perfect and full of flavour! The food is worth the price. I would definitely come back later. We got a cute little fortune cookie at the end.
The ambience of the place is great, and our waitress, Gopika, was very welcoming and kind.
It was nice experience in this property
Best service and hospitality till date in Bangalore.
Cheers to head chef Varun and his team Jaani, Purshotham.
Tandoori mushrooms must try.
Definitely a recommended place to visit.
Brilliant service by bajrangi.. awesome food .
Must try manchow soup, red velvet dessert, pad Thai noodles, vegetable salt n pepper..
We visited Shao this weekend and the experience was really good. One of the best sushis I ever had and the wok choy and mushroom was awesome. Exceptional service provided by the staff.
I visited shao on the occasion of my mother's birthday. To start with we loved the restaurant ambience. Mr. Pramod ,the restaurant manager and his staff made occasion special. Food was lovely as well, we had crab soup, chicken starter and singapore hakka noodles. All was very well prepared.
We went here to celebrate our anniversary. Shao is a newly renovated restaurant, so the ambience is Oriental in all ways with spots of red hues.
We were given a cozy corner and started off with a glass of Golden Sparrow's Chardonnay. Our food came well paced, course by course. We ordered baby spinach baos and togarashi tempura for appetizers, the tempura was alright (never much a fan of tempura anyway) but the baos were lovely accompanied by a slightly spicy black pepper sauce. For mains we opted for Thai basil tried rice, pan fried noodles and Kung Pao eggplant (this one is a must)
By the time we reached our desserts, we were semi full and Bajrangi (the delightful waitstaff) got us a single portion of banana fritters with coconut icecream.
Special mention to the manager Pramod for having been so attentive!
Verdict: Gotta go back just for the heavenly Bao! đź’ś
Great service from staff, Bajrangi and management who surprised us with a lovely cake for my family member's birthday.
This was my first visit with my family , my kids were enjoyed food. Especially lung Fung prawn and chicken dimsum noodles. Staffs are very attentive and polite , friendly. We really had great time. Will definitely come back.Once again thank u .
The Oriental restaurant in this property has an a-la-carte menu. We tried the Sichuan Noodle Chicken Soup, Flaky Angels Hair Prawn Shao and the Togarishi Spinach Tempura. We then tried the Barbequed Pork Ribs and they were definitely well done and tasty.
Nice ambience was good... Food was exotic... Specially soup and healthy option of noodles...,..good suggestion by bairangi....................
The food quality is extremely good and as per our Indian taste buds. Jani looked after us and served the sumptuous food with utmost affection
Celebrated our older one's birthday at Shao. Delicious food, friendly staff, and great service. He loved the signature Omani Lobster preparation - kudos to the chef. A lovely evening at Shao. We will be back!
We went here and reached pretty late. However the staff was courteous and accommodating!
The food was beyond excellent and the ambience sets you right in the mood!
Special shout out to Gopika, our server for being an amazing waitress!
A definite must go to!
I was here to celebrate something special.
A perfect choice, so kudos to me.
Shao is an amazing dine in place to come with your friends and family. Expensive? Yes but totally worth it.
The food is impeccable.
Service too is really good!
Great place...Were staying at the hotel and tried multiple dishes and all of them were extremely well prepared....the staff is great.....Jani, Gopika and Anjana provided great service!
The foods were really delicious and authentic. If you wanna have some Chinese food, must be there. The service and ambience were awesome too.
Awesome food and ambiance. I go every time here. In this hotel all the restaurants are good. Food is always very tasty and good place to have lunch and dinner with family.
Chinese cuisine is good with a very very good service and ambience. Feel relaxed have good food. Slightly disappointed as the zomato gold was out of use at 10:45 even though the restaurant is open till 11:00.
Better than mainland China...worth a try to have authentic Chinese food.
Nice place for dining this place offers huge Pan Asian delicacies providing a variety of delectable choices ranging from amazing beverages to desserts set out in simple with graceful presentation.
We had an amazing experience at Shao, the staff was extremely cordial. We ordered lamb and grilled white pomfret, a Tequila Sunrise cocktail and a signature red velvet dessert. The food was delectable, particularly the fish. We really enjoyed the dessert as well, it had a different taste and was just the right amount of sweet.
The beautiful ambience made the overall experience memorable!
Absolutely loved the food. Probably the best Chinese cuisines one can get in Bangalore. Loved the hospitality too !! Highly recommend this place if you are fan of Chinese cuisines like me :)
The reason for 5 stars is purely because of the service given when we visited this restaurant. We were finding it a bit difficult to order and wanted some help. The staff got Chef Thapa and he was more than helpful. The name of the staff I think was Nandini. Now even though pomfret was part of the main course and not starter, Chef Thapa was more than happy to make us one. We ordered lobsters as a 2nd starter. For main course we wanted to have Thai curry but not in chicken which was the option available at Shao. Again Chef Thapa to the rescue. We got Prawns Thai Curry. One thing that was a stand out in whatever we had was prawns papad. I had never imagined that you could have prawns papad. It was a complimentary fish from the Chef and it actually tasted prawns. Highly recommended restaurant. Fur the desserts we had Red velvet.... and chocolate filled....with vanilla sauce I think. You will know what we ordered one you see the menu.
Nice place for dining , I really liked the food and the service. Food was tasty , I could feel the taste and aroma of each it's ordered . The service was and the ambience was really good.

Shao had been on my bookmarks for a long time and I decided to head out there for a special celebration. We got to know that they'd recently refurnished the entire restaurant as well as their menu and they've done a fine job.
Service was at its best, and we enjoyed the perks of it. The ambience was in bright hues of red, very customary for Asian decor, and the live kitchen provided an enjoyable view.
The starter, I was not so pleased with. The quantity was very limited and the meat was not moist enough. The main course was tasty and well presented on the plate.
My personal favourite was the fact that they provided us with a cake to celebrate on basically zero notice time and made the day all the more enjoyable. I'd certainly recommend the place to Pan-Asian aficionados.
Very nice services provided by all staff and excellent food quality. The whole experience was amazing. The ambience of shao restaurant is beautiful.
Such an amazing experience! The assorted mushroom dish was crazy good. The noodles were great as well.
Best part, the staff was so polite and humble. They interacted so well. Mr. Ram served our food well.
Last, they offered us mini fortune cookies while leaving!!!
I am impressed with Jani and Pramod service. Thanks for everything. I will surely visit again.
I am impressed with Jani and Pramod service. Thanks for everything. I will surely visit again.
Fine dining at it's best.. This restaurant is part of Radisson Blue hotel.. There are a couple of other restaurants within the hotel.. Now this hotel has been recently renovated.. Ambience is just beautiful.. And since it is part of a hotel, you mostly find only hotel guests.. So it's kinda peaceful as well.. The food here is unbelievable.. it's delicious.. The portions are generous.. And the presentation is seriously MasterChef type.. We had the assorted vegetables dimsum, steamed bao chicken dimsum, crazy maki roll sushi, pan fried noodles, chicken thai red curry with jasmine rice, wasabi cheese cake, red velvet chocolate mousse with kaffir like and passion fruit and drinks.. I was here for my anniversary and boy was it special.. They threw in a fortune cookie for authenticity.. Obviously the dishes are expensive but for the quality and quantity they serve, you will not feel the pinch.
Great service, great ambiance and good food. Must try. Staff were very polite and I am very impressed with their behaviour. Dining space is properly designed and managed. Drinks were good too!! Valet parking available.
Last couple of days were a celebration time for my Otto and I as his birthday, our Engagement Anniversary and Chinese Valentine’s Day fell on the same week and above all Oriental food is the main wellspring for us to whooped-up these days so we want to have a prodigious Asian food to make it more reminisce.
Shao is my family’s go-to restaurant when it comes to eating Pan-Asian cuisine in Bengaluru. Every dish that we have tasted so far is worthy of praises and what I really like is how tasteful even the small accompaniments like sauces are! I don’t have to think too much before ordering any dish from their menu as I am very confident of its good taste and fresh ingredients. The staff is also very warm and welcoming of adults and children alike.
Went there for new year party 2024,food was awesome 👍🏻.So many varieties of snacks, veggies and non veg foods, all tasting so good. Dance floor was spacious,DJ played nice songs setting the mood for the party. It was a very good experience overall.
Pros:- One of the finest premium hotels it is. Different large to small banquet halls are present for parties. A lot of parking facilities are present here for 2/4 wheelers. Service was very good here.
Cons:- No cons as of such.
Overall a good experience. It is one of the premium restaurant chains in India
Had been here for corporate buffet. Good food for veg and non veg. Few gourmet food options as well. Chat options were not good. Stale pooris, low quality ice cream. However other items were good.
I stay for business and the staff took extra care to ensure I had everything I needed. The complimentary office cab was easy to arrange, in room dining was convenient at all hours (thank you, Sachin!), and laundry service helped make the long stay more comfortable.
A very comfortable stay. Opted Breakfast it has got a very decent one. Value for money. Staff are polite and room service is nice and quick.Any help service staffs are supportive and quick.
Good was tasty but I felt the price was high for the buffet lunch. Location is the extremely crowded Marathahalli. Better take a taxi so that you can just get down and walk somewhere nearby.
Stayed at this 5-star hotel a month ago when I was in Bangalore for a business trip. The amenities were impressive, and the rooms were spacious enough for a comfortable stay with a roommate.
The hotel offered complimentary breakfast and dinner, which was a nice touch.had an overall good experience.
Overall a good experience. The hotel staffs, security and management is really polite, professional and courteous. Washroom drainage could have been more better but it didn’t created a huge chaos. Special thanks to Aditi who helped us extending our stay for an hour. She was really helpful and courteous whereas I didn’t felt the behaviour of the lady Rachita who escorted us to our rooms that much professional and sounded like oversmart. Otherwise would have given 5 star rating for sure. Hotel location is not that much great but that is but obvious in mid of city so it’s fine and manageable.
This is all my personal experience
Thank you so much for giving to this opportunity

Went for work for a week’s stay. The business package is very nice, great variety of breakfast - thanks to all staff in the breakfast including the tea, omlette, and Maheswari’s service. There is some snacks and drinks in the evening included in the package as well. The indian snacks I had in the evening were all very tasty, and Tapan helped for the drinks. It was my first experience in Indian food and people. People are very kind and helpful in general, including the hotel staff who are very kind and quick to respond. I would strongly recommend the business experience in this hotel. The only thing that can be improved is to be able to turn on the lights partially in the room because it is either too dark or too bright.
We booked a table at shao We have taken a celebration for our anniversary at shao restaurant it was a great experience. The effort was great, the service was the best with Avijit and helping us all the way and finally the food was a perfect balance I haven't had for a while.
We had come to Melange for lunch. Mr. Soumya Ghosh, F&B Manager had reserved a table for us and his team which includes Mr. Prabath were very efficient.
Our guest from UK much appreciated the ambience and food.
Food was excellent and the spread was great. We would love to come again.

The hotel's convenient location, elegant decor, and well-appointed rooms make it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. Dining options and facilities exceed expectations, ensuring a memorable stay.
Just want to comment on tapan and kalpana in the business lounge they are highly professional and just so welcoming I am lost for words. I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing after a hard day's work and they made the pressure of the day bearable with their outstanding service.
Wonderful 2 week stay. Over friendly staff, prompt room service, best wide spread breakfast buffet. Head chef
Murali is the best. Very hospitable takes extra care of every patron.
I had organised a birthday party at Marquis, Radisson Blu. Extremely happy with the quality of service and courteous staff. The food was yum and served hot even until end of the party. Sanjay, Glen and their young DJ Prince did an excellent job of executing my plan to the T.
Would highly recommend the place.
Accessible location, close to tech parks.
Good ambience and spacious.
Tried corporate buffet, varieties of options provided both for veg and non veg.
Pooris in chat counter was stale. Informed waiter, however, no attempt was made by waiter / manager to replace poories
