Thanks to melange to re open the Saturday brunch we are having a great time with family the food was so tasty and delicious and dessert name Pie was so delicious and the live counter like papdi chaat and pani poori was so good thanks to oll chef for making so delicious and tasty. First dining experience after lockdown in Radisson Blu outer ring road Bengaluru was awesome they started their sunday branch the food was very good delicious the choice of mocktails was good and tasty it was a good experience to have dining all things good safety and all was very good in melange restaurant special thanks to Manish taking care of us.
I was eagerly waiting for their sunday brunch to resume after the lockdown. Finally I went today and considering the situation going on with limited people dining in, they have managed to pull it off. But it was not an extensive spread like it used to be earlier but the food tasted good especially their crab. Starters and main course was good but I was little disappointed with their desserts. It was average. Hopefully they will be back with their buffet spread like it used to be before

I tried many things from the menu : chicken tikka, handi biryani, pizza, paneer tikka, mojito, the pastries were also yum and they also serve different flavours of pastries.
The staffs were also very polite and courteous. The ambience is also amazing.
I would definitely recommend you to visit and try their buffet.

I stayed at Radisson Blu for about 10 days..Entire staff was very helpful and friendly.I would like to specially mention about Laxmi Kant from the staff who was very polite and humble. He use to attend to many customers for breakfast Buffet ..he was understanding their food preferences and was serving food to them accordingly with additional toppings and garnishing. He always had a smile on while serving and talking to people staying at hotel.

Looking for a restaurant to get top-notch hospitality with excellent dishes and fancy drinks. Your search ends here as you get a combination of all these at Melange. The staff is welcoming and attentive to each customer. They are ready to take care of your every need without bothering you for anything. The ambiance is mesmerizing. The sitting space is huge with tables for all the group sizes.
I went here for their bingo brunch on Sunday. The brunch experience is made exciting with various games where you can play and win vouchers worth a lot. The mocktails are just amazing. Pineapple Martini was my favorite. It had just the right amount of black pepper in it. Cucumber based mocktail was refreshing and good to calm your body. Fruity paradise was delicious too but a bit sweet for my palate. Among cocktails, don't miss New York Sour which has a base of whiskey with red wine and sour mix.
Melange has the most exclusive buffet in Bangalore as per my exploration until now. Japanese, Lebanese and continental cuisine are available in starters along with Indian dishes. There were 3 varieties of veg and non-veg sushi each. Loved the flavors of veg tempura uramaki sushi. The pineapple salsa was something new and exciting and went well with nachos. Pita bread and hummus were a great combination too. If you love olives like me, you would love to try marinated olives here. Also, you can awaken the master cook in you and create your salad with all the things you love. Add some khus khus to it as per my recommendation. Take small bites of watermelon with feta cheese, bocconcini cubes, and cucumber rolls. Khau seuy soup is a must try again with customizable portions of add ons. Veg dumplings were yummy but couldn't match the deliciousness of cashew potato and spinach croquette. These were so soft and ready to melt in the mouth. Also, they have few movable trolleys with Indian chaats,Pasta and Thai curries where you can place your order and it would come directly to your table.
In the main course, there are a lot of options. Kadhi Pakoda and fried bhindi were superb in taste and went along with fried rice. If you love biryani, they have authentic pot biryani which is just marvelous. Asian curries were good too. In non-veg, mutton was exceptionally excellent. My friends loved the fish varieties too. Happiness lies in small things and you can find a lot of it here in the form of delicious and stunning desserts. In my opinion, try each and every dessert because everything is just irresistible. If you are still looking for favourites, macron and red velvet lava cake is delectable. Go and experience Melange.

Lovely staff. We were served by Pramod and Laxmi who were very courteous. Their suggestions were good. Ambience was lovely. Peaceful and calm. Food was equally awesome! Will be revisiting every now and then.

Usualy we love weekday buffet at melange...though recntly wnt on satrday and had awadhi spcl dinner which ws a little dissapointin...its a bit risky to experience north indian food in south india,..its never perfect..bt 5str expctatns are a little diffrnt.. so plz make good conti italian americn etc more in which u guys r suprb..awsm desrts.. We had Pramod as the one helping us with the order. The service was amazing and the staff were extremely polite. We were not satisfied with one of the food items. They offered us complementary to make up for it.
The buffet has good spread of starters, main course and especially the dessert. I went for a weekday dinner buffet. Good variety of cuisines too. Definitely worth the price if you want to enjoy food. Although the seating area is noisy with people moving around a lot. Overall a good experience indeed.

Now, you have 2 options to choose. The buffet with the alcohol and without.

We had been here for our company team lunch... the buffet was served with a lot of yummy starter... veg and non-veg options where many.. especially fish is a must try.
Desserts were the showstoppers, never had so many options in any other buffet restaurants.

This restaurant is in 1st floor and pathway to this restaurant is beautiful, they have kept different beautiful paintings all around. Coming to the food part, They had a wide selection of non veg items available and limited veg spread but everything was very tasty. The service was also very good. They had a good spread of Indian deserts too. They also have live counters aswell. They also provided us a complimentary cake as it was our anniversary ๐.

I started with desserts like panna cotta, pastries, halwa etc., most of the items are not regular ones which is appreciable. Matcha paave is the one that topped it all. It's a must try if you are visiting. Desserts were prepared with apt sugar.
Then some non-veg starters like mutton ghee roast, fish fry, chicken tikka etc., were really good. Enough bread items are also available.
I was not a big fan of donne biriyani. But here they made me change my mind. It was really good. Also mutton items were well prepared. Fish items are not so good. But the rest of the salads and drinks were worth the money.
Service can be improved a bit where we need to search for the waiters to get some drinking water.
Overall worth a place to try.

Very wonderful place to host corporate events and the place is so amazing. The hospitality and service personnel are very friendly and always are available for any small requirement. The washrooms are very clean and constantly cleaned to cater to multiple users. Regarding the food, the taste is nothing less of top tier restaurants and they did an even better job in managing to cater for more than 1000 people for the whole day from breakfast to tea. We went for buffet lunch from office to this place. Place atmosphere is nice. Food wise it is taste and good option. Still starters are less compared to absolute bbq or some other outlet. Service is fine, But could be better. Lot of other outlet serve better, they take care of need of customer better.
