We were planning to go for one of the regular Toscano outlets, but we didn’t know that this was a unit of Toscano, and the name suggests, “Collage” as in Multi cuisine instead of just Italian. They also serve Asian and Indian, only after we saw the menu is when we realised they also serve Biryani. 😁
