Amazing collection of gin cocktails, coupled with fantastic food spread. For starters, we ordered the pork ribs (and asked for a repeat!) along with their 10 hour long cooked pork carnita (one of the juiciest pork dishes ever!). The smoked chicken fried rice served as the perfect main course with soothing and delicious flavours.
The prices are a little on the higher side, but all in all it was a great dining experience.
Nicely done place with a feel of sitting in the open. The gin and tonic based cocktails are a must shot.. portion sizes of the starters are too tiny.. you’ll need one whole main dish to fill one person.. a good experience overall.. recommended for romantic dates 🙂
This place is absolutely one of my favs in the city. Quality of food and service is never compromised. I haven't had anything that I didnt enjoy immensely. The G&T menu is fab!
If you appreciate Gin...Toast&Tonis’s inexhaustible collection of Gin cocktails will compel you to come back for more. Their crunchy water chestnuts and baby corn tempura is my favourite from the food menu.
It’s pricey, no doubt, but then these aren’t things you’d find at your regular bar or even the high end hotels here. The desserts were spectacular. Loved the overall experience and will definitely go back for more soon!

Toast and Tonic is by far one of the best restaurants Ive been to in a really long time. The perfect place to take your special person out for a candlelight dinner. The ambiance is lovely, the interiors are wonderful, the staff is attentive yet non-intrusive and to top it all, the food is amazing. The tonic waters here are outstanding, and a must-have. My personal favourite being vanilla cinnamon tonic. All the items in the menu are fabulous. All in all, just the perfect perfect place, for that special perfect evening.

I juz loved this place..Such properly decorated and designed mainly the outdoor area full of bright sunlight gives you a good vibes ..Comes to the food part we just order appetizers one is Au revoir Colonel Sanders , where chicken is marinated in yogurt and raw mango and cooked in Naga chilli sauce perfectly goes with your gin n tonic..And when in Toast n Tonic u should not miss pork belly it's too yumm.. For gin n tonic we ordered flower power, gentlemen's tonic, citrus basil tonic

A perfect blend of cosy and comfortable with fine dine and elegant, Indian warmth and hospitality with spectacular World cuisine. The ambience sets the mood for a lovely time there, and the friendly staff spare no effort to ensure the same. We were greeted with a complementary bread basket by a very warm and energetic gentleman who introduced us to their recent Tapas menu, only served on Wednesdays. He also took the pains to explain the dishes as most of the names were in Spanish. We went his recommendation and ordered Patatas Bravasi and Leek and potato Croquetas to go with our wine. The presentation and taste of the dishes left me fully satisfied. The Patatas Bravasi is a Costa Brava style baked baby potato on a sauce made of milk, garlic and olive oil, topped with a rich tomato salsa. The croquetas were just perfect with a really soothing blend of mashed potato with leek, deep fried to golden brown and topped with aioli and a sprig of greens.
Next up was the vegetable and seitan kibbeh, stuffed with mint, feta and pine nuts. This was served with a side of millet and garlic yoghurt. Relished this one to the last bite.Our final plate for the day was Bajra and Ricotta Gnudi, served with fried onions and spinach and amaranth cream. The eclectic mix of rustic with western has to be tasted to believe.
We paired the above small plates with red and white wine, for what turned out to be a cherishable evening.If you're looking for a relaxed environment yet want to be pampered with some exotic dishes and great drinks, look no further.
Anything you order from there menu you are sure to be not disappointed. IMPRESSIVE is the taste of the cocktails, really nice pizzas, salad. The service might be a little to watch for on the clock.

Very innovative food menu. The food on offer here was clearly the star of the show for me. Beverages are very good too especially the cocktails they have. The ambience of the restaurant is very cosy and understated nothing over the top. The elements used for their table top setup was very unique and complemented the whole theme of restaurant. If not sure what to order do not hesitate to ask your server for recommendations, they will suggest some fantastic combinations.
The food was good but the restaurant is really good at screwing up your reservation and they cramped 5 of us on a 4 seater. Anyways getting back to the food - The Beef Bone Broth - OH my, it's easily the best sips of soups you will have, it's technically a Pho (a vietnamese dish) and their Steak was cooked to perfection (I always prefer medium rare), this was served on a bed of potatoes and turnips. Overall a delightful food experience, must try.
Love this place, it's a proper piece of heaven, and I'm glad its survived this long in Bangalore, as most of the really good places never do. I like their small plates the most, and the G&T is to die for!
Nestled in the streets of Richmond town is this cozy place, with the perfect blend of Western and Indian warm decor. Excellent food - the veg topped our pallet with beat salad and the risotto doing the magic. This place has 3 sections, each designed exquisitely with a lovely bar attached. The staff is courteous and recommended us some good food options as we were new to this place. An ideal place for Gin lovers! Though I’m not one, I wouldn’t want to go back without trying one. Their cocktails are well made and ‘stiff’ :) Lovely ambience and great vibes is what this place has to offer. It’s my new favorite and I’m coming back again.
I went for there Sunday morning brunch! The menu was selectivity curated with all the breakfast food. Some dishes had an Indian twist to them. The ambiance was very brightly lit with attention to detail.
I ordered the eggs benedict which was absolutely delicious with fresh orange juice and a chicken broth breakfast soup.

Toast and Tonic is a quaint establishment that is a must visit in Bangalore. If you do come here for breakfast, the Ham and Jalapeno Stromboli is probably one of the best breakfast dishes I've had in town.
I can write essay about food that too won't be enough I think.. I simply loved every item I ordered--apricot salad, soup, asparagus risotto (it bowled me over) and the desert white chocolate cheese cake which I wanted to order again.. So all in all, if you are looking for a cosy place where food is at par then its T&T.

A place for a lovely date night or a calm sit down dinner with friends and folks . The ambience is well done with candles on the table and an extensive bar menu. They stock up a wide variety of wines and if you are a fan do try the wolftrap rosé . The pork belly was clearly in the top three that I have had in Bangalore and was melt in your mouth .

My favorite restaurant. Probably because it’s a 10 minute walk from my house and is the reason I fell in love with gin!!
In my opinion, the best thing on their menu is the Chilli Tossed Tuna Pokè Bowl, their gin cocktails — each is served with a large and two cocktails are enough to get you feeling high — and their cheese platter. They constantly update their cheese platter so the condiments and cheeses served tend to change (it disappointed me when they decreased the size of their cheese cut) so there’s always something new to try. Their cheese is made from scratch with their own cows! You can buy their cheese at Begum Victoria.
I’ve also enjoyed their Spaghetti Caccio e Pepe, T&T Chicken Liver Patè, Handmade Orecchiette with Andouille Sausage, The Soft Eggs & Andouille Sausage on Sourdough Toast (although it was heavy) and Caramelized White Chocolate Cheesecake.
The Soft Shell Crab Fried Rice is alright, the Fresh Pumpkin Gnocchi gets kind of boring after the first few bites, I assume the 7 Hour Roasted Pork Shoulder wasn’t marinated long enough because the flavor of the dish didn’t seep into the meat, and the Baked Eggplant Involtini was alright although the sauce was delightful.
The ambience is nice. They recently renovated their smoking section into an additional dining area and it’s lovely. I personally prefer sitting either there or in the basement or at the bar because the main dining space feels a bit cramped and I dislike the decor. The service is usually pretty good and the waiters are friendly. About once a week they host a live jazz band to play during dinner.
Ordering in from them has been a pleasure so far.
Granted I haven’t tried a lot of their dishes so go ahead and form your own opinions!
Great experience and great service by Raju . Delicious popcorn kind of prawns , Mushrooms toast , cocktails and their jaggery dessert. Only problem when we tried to book our table through ZOMATO. It shows different time than actual.
Nice place for the 'East village' type of chic food. Interesting versions of the food that we usually know... Burger sliders, wings, mackerel sandwiches etc.
Prompt service and tasty food. Tried prawn popcorn, which was quite tasty. The Pho was different from the traditional version and the Naga chicken wings packed a punch!

I loved the place from the moment I entered. The service is excellent. Small details like removing the extra cover show that effort has been put in training. The drinks are to die for and I reccomend you have the fig & tonic! One must have the Victorian Cheese Platter (Bel Paese is my favourite), Tempura Waterchesnuts and Slow Glazed Honey Ribs. The only thing I did not enjoy at all was the Soft Shell Crab which had to be sent back as it was not fresh n edible. This was immediately replaced by the Brik Chicken which was to die for. Service recovery at its best! All in all this is perhaps one of the best places to visit in Bangalore! #amazing

As usual, another fabulous meal at T&T. The pork belly exceeded expectations in the first round, but was a bit too caramelized in the second. The jackfruit tacos were interestingly different. The British Raj stood out as a fine drink for the meal, as did all the main course dishes ordered. All in all, a very enjoyable and delicious meal indeed

The garden burger, mushroom toast in small plates and any G&T ! The presentation is impressive, the food is just another palette for the tongue. Consistently awesome food. The best part about the food is it's flavours... different and distinct that will flirt with your taste buds. Though limited options, the drinks menu is interesting and again a bit different or with some pleasant twists. We are a fan of the bacon infused old fashioned cocktail and the gin cocktail with a hint of hotness from the jalapeno in it. Service and ambience just adds to the delicious food.
Vibrant place to visit any day of the week. My unanimous option for the best gin cocktails in the city with The Herbalist and Ms Rose & Col Cucumber being the highlight cocktails. The food menu is well paired with the cocktails with the Lamb Merguez and Chicken flat bread options standing out. Great spot for a NY hole in the wall date like experience during the week and a great family spot during the weekends based on my observation.

Loved this place for it's service and tasty food. Not giving 5 stars only for it's lack of veg options (though whatever we ordered was tasty) as compared to it's non veg options.
Landed at the place after checking it on zomato and we were not disappointed. The lobster risotto and the BBQ grilled pork were two of the dishes that stood out. Service staff were courteous and prices are reasonable. So all in all it was a good visit.
With a whimsy ambience with waiters to match, Toast & Tonic is a perfectly romantic setting with flickering candle lights and delightful food. I would recommend that you try a tonic - it's really their speciality and what they have on offer is pretty unique. The other thing I loved is the complimentary bread basket with the softest breads! Don't go overboard like I did if you want to save some space for the food to come. You can't go wrong with the food here. Anything you order is bound to be well presented and tasty. Bring your date!

They have a teeny weeny smoking zone which can accommodate around four tables...but the non smoking area is huge!!! Having been here a few months back, don't remember the name of the dishes ..but the food was good!!! We called for a gin cocktail which is a must try! It was super strong. They have a good set of cocktails. The staff is super friendly. They know their stuff. Recommended!! In short --

First up, you will fall in love with the decor and lighting of this place. It's not a big place, but very cosy and the ambience is spot on. Music is played in the background just so you can have some conversation. We ordered a couple of glasses of white wine sangria which I daresay were better than most of what I've had in Bangalore. Go for a nice evening with friends or a special date.

I was here for New Years with my wife and some friends. The six of us had an absolutely wonderful experience.
The staff were very responsive - my drink was getting refilled often and proactively - something you don't expect on a day like the 31st of December.
The food was fabulous. I would strongly recommend the 7 hour cooked Pork Shoulder. And the desserts are what you might want to save all of your stomach for if that's your thing.

Our anniversary night couldn't be anymore special 😍 The ambience was perfect, the G&T - British Raj, Vanillin & Monsoon star was on the spot (that I had 2 of it😉) ,I had ordered a cocktail but I didn't like it and they agreed to change the drink for me.. the naga chilli chicken was very spicy.. so please order only if you can handle spice. The shrimp tempura was yum and reduced the great of chilli chicken.
For main course we had Spaghetti caccio e Pepe.. it was really tasty and filled with flavour.. loved every bite of it..
Dessert was a chocolate brownie which even my Mr lived (very rarely does he like chocolate).

Everything about this place exists like magic. Be it the look and feel of the place, the energy of the people who walk in, or the thoughts that enter your mind, while you spend a portion of your lifetime, in this place. Time spent here can only remind one of all the times when one would enter somewhere and then forgot why they were even there in the first place. Or maybe it's the company and not the place. But whatever it is; ain't that magic, in a universe where the beings had not so long ago started believing that there was none?
I spent a few months or maybe years wanting to go here. I sure wanted to have company while, at it. So every time, I'd ask someone to come with me; But they all run through Google and maps and try to take me elsewhere. And then, I ended up in a not so worthy place, in a not so worthy time. But this time that I had company, I decided to not tell them where I would take them. 'Shut up and come, i said'. Is it a Surprise they asked. Just like that and Just about then, we landed in this part of town and had dilation of a time. While we left, I couldn't be more proud to say that the pictures I took, do enough and more justice to the food and drinks that were had. What more can I say? Other than, Magic!!

Visited Toast and Tonic twice while in Bangalore. The atmosphere, the service, the drinks and the food are amazing. Everything we ordered was tasty and fresh. Great vegetarian options. The mushroom and the Greek lamb flatbread were excellent. The shrimp and lotus tempura dishes were fantastic. The chicken wings were some of the best I've ever had. The chicken and fig salad was delish (salad being hard to find in Bangalore). The Italian mouse for dessert was decadent. They also have excellent cocktails and liquor selections. Make a reservation, particularly if going on a weekend. It's popular. Thank you for an amazing dining experience. Will definitely be back.

This place is a proper fine dine restaurant experience. It is not cheap by any means but again if you want to have a good time with your partner, friends and etc I will highly recommend this place. Their food is just very delicious and good. We ordered 3 dishes and all 3 if them were good. By good I don't mean any normal good. I mean it's commensurate to the price you pay. Their service is fast, friendly and feels like you are being fed food in such a lovely and redirected manner. The ambiance is also well thought out. This place is known for it's Gin Tonics and drinks and you can't miss those of you visit this place (unless you don't drink like me). All in very happy that I visited this place. Highly recommended.

T&T is a great cocktail bar. We visited this place many times, this was the longest gap between the last visit to now (exactly 5 years apart) yet, this place has held on to its great cocktails and lovely food. The ambience is still the same and lovely (more nostalgic for us) and the service is great. Staff are polite and courteous, valet parking is available and vehicles are parked in the available public.
A very pleasant lively ambience, with a hip clientele. Service was very good. We had 2 cocktails, Diablo which was excellent but the Vanilla Ice was not to our liking as it had a flavour we didn’t particularly like. Food was okay, mixed reviews. We liked some but didn’t enjoy others. I think it’s good to go once as it’s unique but we found the place bougie and pricey for the quality they serve.

They offer some of the best Gin cocktails in the city and it is totally worth checking them out. Staff are super friendly and they know the menu very well. The ambiance is very nice and spacious.
