Went for the Saturday lunch buffet. Loved it and appreciated the wide variety especially as we were super hungry. The ambiance is nice, spacious but still allowing for a pleasant bustle, and I guess that hanging metal ceiling light fixture is very recognisable. We were happy to notice a sumptuous chaat corner right at the start. But the welcome is led by desserts, which is right up my alley! I couldn't get enough of vegan chocolate mud pie - perfectly sweet, gooey and lovely. The chia seed and coconut porridge was an interesting dish, perfect for those looking for low sugar desserts. Same can be said about the sugar free panna cotta. The baked yoghurt was alright, but a good choice again if you're looking for low sugar fare. Lots of fresh fruits were available in this section, as were salads that included millet and quinoa dishes. From the main fare, the fish cooked in black bean sauce was excellent. I also really enjoyed the pineapple and tomato fried rice. The Ambur Biryani was good, and made for a great combination with the Fish Moilee. Other items on my plate were great, fresh sushi; soft ratatouille; Andhra style chicken curry; and crumb fried fish with a chilli tartar. The pomegranate mocktail was refreshing, but the mini focaccia was bitingly salty to be enjoyable. The staff is great - very friendly and professional. It would be even better if they are a bit more mindful about restocking missing bowls, spoons, and making sure all counters have a service person. A little more awareness of the surroundings would make the experience smoother. Overall, we had a lovely time filling up. I went back for the mud pie, of course!

Went here for team lunch. Ambience is superb. You will feel like wow. Atmosphere is excellent. Staff service is commendable and best. That's what they charge for I believe. Coming to food, it was not that best as I are outside in some other buffet. Starters were good but main course was just just ok. Nothing great. Madras chicken curry, paneer makhani was just okish. There were multiple counters with different varieties of food. I believe they must display on top of each counter that what type of food I can get; menu names were displayed btw. Sweets and other items were good. Juice items like masala cola, pineapple were more ice cubes less juice flavours. Ghevar and Rabdi was best. Chat items were also great in taste.

Got to dine at The Market in Ritz Carlton for a team lunch. I must say the first look was quite amazing. The spread was insane with a minimum 5-course meal. Too many options to select from.. they've got Salads (make you're own as well), confectionery, live chaats, Asian cuisine, continental cuisine, and desserts and multiple options in those as well. The service was very quick and the food quality was great. I would recommend the market for a really upscale business dinner or with family as well. it's worthwhile if you are a good eater.

So i will be really honest about the review. I loved the hospitality, i loved the staff behaviour, ambience 10 on 10 but the food was a bit disappointing, items being bland. Like butter chicken is supposed to be rich in flavour but it wasn't like that. Over all the continental dishes were good but Indian wasn't as expected. Had a buffet at so many places, but at 3000/- per person it wasn't worth that much. Maybe it's my personal review as i like my food full of flavours and i have been impressed with the quality at many other great places. Over all 4 stars, 10/10 for everything but for the food a straight 7. I would love to go there again to explore its breakfast and lunch menu.

Nice ambience, awesome food. Haven't had such a good spaghetti in white sauce before. Their yogurt with fruits is a must-have.

A joint worth the 5 Star tag! Our 1st visit to this restaurant and we went for their Weekday Breakfast Buffet. Now typically, a weekday buffet is usually the most "standard and basic" offering since most of the "special" bits are reserved for Weekends. However, our experience here was nothing short of memorable. Decor : Lavish, gorgeous and extravagant. The restaurant makes you feel youre not sitting in just any fancy place, but rather a proper 5 star hotel establishment. You immediately feel youve been transported to someplace special. Service : Cracker of a service! Prompt clearing of dirty plates, replenishment of silverware, multiple check ins & recommendations from servers. Food : From the variety on offer to the actual taste of each of said item, this place hit it out of the park. Every dish was perfectly seasoned, beautifully crafted and executed to the tee. The dishes on offer too were not your usual suspects but rather an elevated experience with the likes of Avocado Toast, Eggs Benedict etc. Misses : If I had one feedback for them would be to have some sort of Breakfast Pastry or Dessert options as well. Those were sorely missed!

My first ever RITZ experience and it will not be my last. The Market's Lunch Buffet is great.. but the staff make it greater . A special note here of gratitude to RITZ'S ...SUVELU TUNYI & STEPHEN for looking after me so well with their welcome of warmth...their professionalism and politeness and above all their EMPATHY. They are RITZ'S TRUE ASSETS.. The cured meats my fav ..salami, pepperoni, ham and chorizo meet global quality standards. The DESSERTS created are on another level. Their APPLE TART is the STAR for me in all her splendour and glory ..A slice of HEAVEN it is with a fragrant aroma of almond essence and a filling that had an intense almond soul and substance ..buttery nutty ...took my breath away . In all my years of life .. AM 53 ...Dining in the UK USA FAR EAST & MIDDLE EAST for decades ..I have never tasted such a MASTERPIECE ..She is the MONA LISA of all apple almond tarts...none like her. . The pistachio burphy too is packed with a powerful pistachio presence instead of just being green...it is the real deal. The MASTERCHEFS have worked wonders with the Desserts . The Panna cotta and Caramel Custard ACTUALLY TASTE like Panna cotta and Caramel Custard and not pretend fakes. This RITZ buffet at approx Rs 2600 actually includes juices in sealed bottles on ice and filter coffee on request. RITZ'S melt in your mouth TANDOORI TIKKA FISH was mind blowing...another MASTERPIECE. RITZ CARLTON you are a BEAUTY...a jewel in Bangalore"s Crown of fine dining. I thank you and keep you in a special place in my heart SHALOM. LOVE AND PRAYERS HEMA

Visited for the first time. The buffet spread caught the attention both in terms of variety ( width) and quality. Out of the box items were on offer - dates, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds and others to make your own salad. Also the lay out was good. Service by the F&B team was warm. Nice ambience too. Certainly recommend.

Waiters and chefs are here to check everything and fill out what you need. I recommend you to have something more delicious. Seasonal mango and juice were really delicious. It was impressive that the Indian filter coffee which had never been tasted was poured into a brass cup and poured until it was frothy. A staff member with a pierrot made something for the kids with balloons and helped people to enjoy the morning with joy.

Sunday brunch is the best bet!! However, few items were not quite up to the mark. The choice of items available in the brunch buffet was huge.
