I've stumbled upon this restaurant while scrolling through Zomato. This restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating and ample space for parking. Service was pretty quick and staff were courteous. I really liked 'Chicken Jungle' here. Ordered Chicken Biryani and the tatse gave be barbeque vibes. Visit this restaurant at night for its beautiful ambience and tasty food.
Bapan did a great job in taking care of us and we had a fantastic day here on my birthday. Tasty food coupled with good ambience. Should visit atleast once.
A huge place with great ambiance and great food. Love the food here..The starters a great way to start off at this place. The yummiest is the honey chilli potato and Panner Manchurian. Even the cheese balls with gravy is really good to have. Other than these the North Indian food also tastes great.

Hakuna Matata ❤️ I don't know why haven't we visited this place earlier. I mean the restaurant is so classy, so romantic and what not.
I have always had something like a place which is good for its cocktails doesn't serve good food but turns I was wrong.
We ordered basic sweet corn soup which was got and nice.
Lahori panneer tikka turns out the best I have ever had. The spices were in the right amount. The texture and softness of panneer at the point. This is the dish which wants me to go back to the place.
Charlie Chaplin, a mocktail contains mango and grape juice. I usually don't prefer going for a mocktail but they really have good amount of different mocktails so I thought why not? 😅
Butter Naan & Diwani handi (A mix veg curry)
Butter Naan was soft and actually good.
Diwani handi, has middle level of spiciness after having Lahori tikka it's a turn down because you don't get enough taste on your buds but it's mild and vegetables are tender good fir the stomach.
So, over all we loved the food and I want to try their cocktails and Non- vegetarian food sometime very soon.

So the unlock days started and with that the restaurant opened for dine in so on sunday afternoon thought to try this place near my house for sunday lunch.
I choose this place because of its open ambeince and huge area this restaurant covered.
I must say they're following strict safety measures for customers and their own staff also. i was so happy to see that.
So after a long photo session as i stepped out after long time with my friends we settled down and decided to order😁
Firstly they sanitized our table and got the menu for us and the staff had a good knowledge of their menu.
So we ordered two starter and one main course with bread
1. Chicken lollipop : was cooked to perfection and the batter was also cooked and the blend of spices was really good with a spicy garlic dip.
2. Tandoori chicken: after craving for almost three months ordered my favourite and they did complete justice to the dish as it was mouth melting and the mint chutney was goin well with it.
3. Peshawari murgh : its was a gravy with good flavour of gralic and a smooth tomato gravy with boneless chicken. A must try for garlic lovers.
4. We ordered assorted breads.
This place has huge variety of indian and oriental dishes.
The staff was really good and courteous and helpful.
The price are really good 1200rs for two without alcohol.

I had been to hakuna matata on a weekend for a dinner with my office team. Perfect way to end ur weekend. Ambience was really gud. Enjoyed the food. Loved each and every item we ordered. I would recommend people to this place bcoz of the food, the quality they maintain and the taste of food.
Decent place and good food. Some of the items are a bit pricey but quantity is worth it.

One of the best restaurants of Bengaluru overall. Gopal needs a special mention for his very good servicing. Details below:
Taste-wise: Mouth-savouring, delectable, finger-licking. All the items we had ranging from Appetizers in Pan Fried Chili Fish, Chicken Hong Kong Wings, Crispy Chili Potatoes, Chicken Lollipop, Veg Spring Rolls to Main Course in Murgh Tikka Masala, Chilli Garlic Noodles, Ghee Rice and Butter Naan, they absolutely aced them. It was only Chicken Stew which we couldn't get a hang of, may be because it is a coastal cuisine and we don't have a taste developed in our systems. But it can be easily ignored as all other items were top-notch. They have a Berrylicious Ice cream outlet right at the entrance. That's good too.
Item-wise: Almost all the cuisines are available. Indian-Continental, Chinese, Italian etc. They have a wide range there. Do order per your liking.
Cost-wise: It is quite expensive. For two persons it will be between Rs. 700-1000. All worth!
Ambiance-wise: Very very spacious. Indoor and Outdoor seatings are available. Three sections where food is served. Bar is an altogether separate section. Berrylicious has its own sitting space. The restaurant has a lot of open space owing to its beauty. Very pleasant and well lit.
Service-wise: We had a great time majorly because of Gopal's prompt service and attentive demeanor. They are all polite and well aware of all the stuffs they are offering.
Well those who read it and also, those who quickly came to this without reading it all, its worth visiting here.
We were delighted by the speed of service and quality of food. The delicious meal began with a long list of starters.
The honey chili potatoes was crispy and the flavors were well balanced. The paneer chatpata and sweet corn kernels were good too. What was really exciting was the paneer satay. The peanut sauce was rich and it was truly a delight for all of us.
Since we had been generous with the starters, we did not get to explore all the options for main course. We had ordered the veg Biriyani, which was decent. My friends had a few cocktails/mocktails and they were happy with it.
I would definitely recommend trying this place out and would surely go back to try their main course dishes and non veg options.

Have been to this place twice with my friends. It's and amazing place with a splendid ambience. They provide both indoor and outdoor seating arrangements. You get a beautiful candle light dinner feels in this place. The staff are very courteous too. Live screening of cricket matches are done here too.
Coming to the food.... This place serves amazing food to satisfy your taste buds. I have tried their achari kebab, chicken tikka, murg makhani, kadhai murg, butter garlic naan and peas fried rice... And none of the dishes failed to satisfy me.

Visited this place many times, it's an amazing place to visit with family as well as friends. They ambience is good with with different sitting places like smoking and non smoking area, and they also have an open place.
Food:
SOUP :Hot and sour soup it's was pretty good.
Paneer Satay :this was the best dish i had in this place, it's a bit sweet but a good combination, really loved it.
Tandoori Stuff aloo : this was a starter stuffed in Aloo it was good.
Butter kulcha : it was filled with butter and and very soft and good
Nargis Kofta curry: it was good in taste and a good combination for kulcha.
Some of the Cocktails and mocktails were good.
Service: The service was really good.they check on us every time they served us the food.
This place has amazing ambience, evenings are best time to visit.

Food is great. It's not a specialized cuisine but food tastes good. Service was superb. Very quick and polite service. We got good attention from the staff especially Abhijan. He was very patient and courteous. The ambience is also great. Only it was crowded.
The service was prompt but table booking should be there as we didn't got good seating area. Hope management will try to start table booking for this restaurant.

This has been a long pending review, I have frequented this place numerous times with friends, family and team mates and best part is that I have never been dissatisfied from my visit.
This place is huge and I love the open seating on the outside, it might be challenge to get this seating on weekend, I have always been able to get seated on arrival, it may get crowded on weekends.
Service is very fast, have been here with teams of 25 members and they get our orders in no time.
Food quality & taste is very good, by now I must have tried 75% of their menu and have no negative feedback on any of the dishes,

If you plan to have any special occasion and you want to enjoy, this is one definite place you should consider.
They have candle light dinner, group tables, drinks, pool in the side, amazing food.
I have tried their starters such as manchurians, paneer satey- which I loved alot.
I tried their main courses as well, rice items noodles and many more. The quantity is good and worth the price.

Good one for a weekend family lunch. Lunch because it's not too crowded during the day and there are only a handful of people asking for alcoholic beverages.
We had a veg hot and sour soup to start with. Then came the lip-smacking murg lasooni kebab. The chicken was delicately soft, melt-in-your-mouth! Wonderful.
The service is pretty quick and they don't keep you waiting and starving long. It was a decent crowd when we were there, but managed to get our orders in quick time.
For mains, we had a diwani handi, roti and a garlic naan. Nothing out of the world, but sober and good.
I also had a mocktail, charlie chaplin. On the top is mango juice and at the bottom is grape juice. Sweet at the top, sour bottom served with a slice of pineapple! Decent again. Nothing extraordinary.
I liked the service and ambience. They've plenty of photo ops and a lot of parking space as well, in case you are wondering.

This restaurant is one of my favourites. Whenever I want to go to some restaurant in Bangalore for dinner or lunch, this is the first choice.
I have tried almost all Tandoori Veg/NonVeg items like Tangdi Kebab, Chicken Jungli, Stuffed Paneer Tikka, mushroom Tikka, Mutton dish etc.. and the best part is all of them have their unique taste. In the main course, we used to order only Dal Makhani or Kadhai paneer. Dal Makhani here is too good. Paneer is also good.
One more good part here is that they serve regular drinks which is definitely an add on for this restaurant.
also if someone wants to try this restaurant, then I will suggest to come here in the evening as they have an option for Candle Night dinner also.
Please note that they are not taking any booking sometimes you will have to wait for the table as this place is crowded in the evening time but wait is worth here.

The quantity was too good.We were 2 people eating non veg but we weren't able to finish the chicken dish.
The only thing which I didn't like about the place was the waiters coming again and again and asking what do we need or serving the food.. Whenever they saw our plates empty.

The place has a good vibe. The price is also fine as usual like other pubs and breweries in Bangalore. Their non veg as well as veg platters were good. Ample amount of space is present inside. We went on weekend afternoon so place was not much crowded. But night of weekend can be crowdy.

On Saturday afternoon, my buddies and I went to Hakuna Matata. It wasn't overly packed. I adore the cocktails here, and the one in the video, whose name I forgot, was the weekend special, and it was delicious. And the chocolate brownie with icecream was also delicious. Years ago, I believe in 2018, my husband and I went here for a candlelight dinner. I must say that the atmosphere was fantastic. The food quality is good, however the standards have dropped slightly since the restaurant first opened. The service is also quite great. Overall, we had a good time.
Hakuna Matata is a really cool resto bar!
There are two areas for dining:
A family friendly area, which is lit by electric lights in a bright manner and is surrounded by walls and a smoking area which is lit by these ambient candles and present in the outdoor region of the resto bar.
The food is delicious and the quantity is decent, considering average resto bar prices; But they mainly have indian and chinese cuisine (not much variety in terms of other cuisine).
They have a good variety of alcoholic drinks in the menu and a decent variety of non-alcoholic drinks in the beverage menu. I can't tell anything about the alcoholic drinks since I'm not really a drinker, but the non-alcoholic beverages (mocktails) were nice (the obvious option is the virgin mojito).
They help out with birthday events (yes, we went for my friend's birthday).
Overall, a really chill and memorable experience!

Had a wonderful lunch at Hakuna Matata. The ambience was calm and inviting. The place caters to all clientele. Even a discerning customer will go back satisfied with the food and service. We were served by a very attentive waiter .
The chicken ghee roast and the prawn dishes were appetising and we had basically gone there to experience the local cuisine especially neer dosa.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hakuna Matata and had an amazing time.
I decided to try the "Sunset Mistress" cocktail. It was a mix of sweet and tangy flavors. It was well-balanced and made me feel invigorated.
For my starter, I opted for the Lemon Chicken,Honey sesame chicken and Amritsar macchi, and I must say, it was absolutely delicious. The Lemon Chicken was tender and juicy, with a delightful tangy flavor and it's a must try! The honey sesame chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, making it really enjoyable to eat. I would highly recommend lemon chicken and honey sesame chicken. For the main course I opted for burnt garlic fried rice. It was mild and flavourful. Just loved it!
Aside from the remarkable food, the service at Hakuna Matata was impeccable. The staff was attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed throughout the meal.
